"Do You Have It Up Your Ass?": Drug Warriors in New Mexico Go Too Far

"The truth is in there somewhere."

Probing The Public

Notes From The Police State  -  A new Reason TV video is released "Do You Have It Up Your Ass?": Drug Warriors in New Mexico Go Too Far. Incorporating footage from cameras on the dashboards and lapels of New Mexico law enforcement officers, the program tells the story of Timothy Young, a man who was pulled over in Lordsburg, New Mexico, for a traffic violation in October 2012.

Hidalgo County deputies looking for drugs searched Young’s truck for more than two hours. After a K9 deputy claimed that his dog Leo alerted on the driver’s seat of Young’s truck, deputies obtained a search warrant to search Young’s body. Deputies then drove Young to the Gila Regional Medical Center, located an hour north in Silver City, New Mexico.

Young was X-rayed and, while still in handcuffs, subjected to a digital search of his anal cavity. No drugs were found.

Now Australia cracks down on the free press and internet

"Thou shalt not report the truth."
  • Dictatorial assholes in government know no national borders.
  • Now we see the Australian government clamping down on the free press and the Internet media to prevent them from reporting the truth about corruption.

WikiLeaks has accused the Australian government of blindfolding the public with the worst suppression order in “living memory.” The media gag bans Australian news outlets from reporting on a multinational corruption case for reasons of national security.

The whistleblowing organization published the details of the “unprecedented” gag order issued by the Australian government on Wednesday. The super injunction passed by the Supreme Court of the state of Victoria prohibits Australian media organizations from publishing material on a multi-million-dollar graft case involving high-ranking officials from Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA).

“The gag order effectively blacks out the largest high-level corruption case in Australia and the region,” said a statement published on WikiLeaks’ website reports RT News.

The case pertains to RBA subsidiaries Securency and Note Printing who bribed the officials to secure lucrative contracts to supply bank notes to their governments. The gag order was issued after the secret indictment of seven senior executives from the RBA subsidiaries on June 19, writes WikiLeaks.
.

The Australian government justifies the order as being in the interests of national security and prevention of “damage to Australia’s international relations.” However, WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange argues such an act of “unprecedented censorship” is unjustifiable.

“With this order, the worst in living memory, the Australian government is not just gagging the Australian press, it is blindfolding the Australian public,” said Assange in a statement published on the WikiLeaks website. He called on Australia’s Foreign Minister Julie Bishop to explain “why she is threatening every Australian with imprisonment in an attempt to cover up an embarrassing corruption scandal involving the Australian government.”
“Corruption investigations and secret gag orders for 'national security' reasons are strange bedfellows. It is ironic that it took [Prime Minister] Tony Abbott to bring the worst of 'Asian Values' to Australia,” said Assange.
Lawyers have suggested that media outlets may not be the only targets of the gag order, arguing that social media users who post links to the WikiLeaks statement could be subject to prosecution.

Media lawyer Peter Bartlett told the Age newspaper that using the hashtag WikiLeaks did not violate the order, but any mention of the contents of the statement is prohibited.

According to WikiLeaks, the last blanket suppression order was issued in 1995 to stop Australian news outlet Fairfax Media from publishing information about a US-Australian spying operation on the Chinese Embassy in Canberra.

WikiLeaks founder Assange has been holed up in the Ecuadorian Embassy in London for over two years after being granted political asylum. UK police have resolved to arrest the whistleblower if he sets foot outside the embassy building and comply with an extradition order to Sweden where he is wanted for questioning over allegations of sexual assault.
.
Assange believes his extradition will lead to his eventual transfer into American custody where he will be tried for publishing thousands of classified, US government files on the WikiLeaks website.

"Aloha, Illegals!" - Obama sends illegals to Hawaii

Poor Little Illegal Aliens
  • Most American citizens cannot afford a long Hawaii vacation.
  • But Comrade Obama is sending illegal alien lawbreakers to live full time in the island paradise with free housing, free food, free education, free medical care and free lawyers.

(Fox News)  -  Aloha Illegals!

The federal government is shipping “unaccompanied minors” to the Paradise of the Pacific.

Immigration attorneys in Hawaii tell me at least eight illegals have been dropped off in their state – and they’ve been told to expect more.

“We have lots of attorneys happy to take these cases pro bono if needed,” said Clare Hanusz, chairperson of Hawaii’s chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. “If they cannot afford representation, we will definitely find someone to take the case.”

The boys and girls arrived by jetliner — and were quickly taken away by Immigration and Customs Enforcement. We don’t know if the kids were flown first class or coach. ICE won’t comment.

U.S. Army is Funding the Taliban

Retard Alert
  • The U.S. taxpayer is funding businesses connected with the Taliban.
  • Yet more proof (if any was needed) that the "best and the brightest" do not work for the government.  We are ruled over by retards.

The U.S. could be funding the very terrorists in Afghanistan it is fighting because of an Army oversight process that’s so bad it’s not weeding out businesses connected to insurgents, a top watchdog warned Wednesday.

In one instance, a contractor identified as being connected to insurgents was even given access to a U.S. and allied facility — and got paid for its work — because it hadn’t been prevented from receiving jobs.

In many other cases, individuals and businesses that were found to be connected to insurgents are still eligible to receive contracts and funding from the U.S. government because the Army is not debarring them, said the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction, John Sopko reports the Washington Times.

“The Army’s refusal to suspend or debar supporters of the insurgency from receiving government contracts because the information supporting these recommendations is classified is not only legally wrong, but contrary to sound policy and national-security goals,” Mr. Sopko wrote in the inspector general’s quarterly report on the state of U.S. rebuilding efforts in Afghanistan.

“It is troubling that our government can and does use classified information to arrest, detain, and even kill individuals linked to the insurgency in Afghanistan, but apparently the same classified information cannot be used to deny these same individuals their rights to contract work with the U.S. government,” he said.

Sopko said he is urging the Pentagon to change the “misguided policy” and to “impose common sense” on the suspension and debarment program.

Army officials did not return calls seeking comment.

Allah says "Women must not laugh"

Allah be praised, happy bikini wearing women are not allowed in Islam.

Insane Islamists
'Women should not laugh or display their beauty.'

The problem with these crazy Islamist bastards is they just need to get laid . . . and not by a goat either.

A minister in Recep Tayyip Erdogan's conservative government has outraged Turkey's secular community by claiming that honest women should not laugh in public.

Deputy Prime Minister Bulent Arınc also urged women and men to be chaste during a meeting of the ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) held during Turkey's celebration of Eid, the day marking the end of Islam's holy month of Ramadan.

"Chastity is so important. It is not only a name. It is an ornament for both women and men," Arınc said, according to Hurriyet daily newspaper.

Praising traditional values, the 66-year-old politician listed some rules women should abide to, saying:
"She will not laugh in public. She will not make display of her attractiveness."
Arınc also lambasted racy TV shows and series, saying they are turning the young into a generation of "sex addicts" and claimed easy access to pornography online was causing moral decay in Turkish society.

(International Business Times)

Meanwhile in the Sane West
Nut case, woman hating Islamists just need to get laid.  We sane non-Muslims in the West worship the beauty of women, and we even encourage them to laugh in public!

Screw Allah. Thank you Jesus for this gift of beauty,
love and happiness.

A DHS "Army" seizes private property to enforce EPA regulations

"Obey Your Masters in Government"
The DHS is "protecting" America from the deadly threat posed by vehicles which flout emission standards.

In another example of how the GOP created and funded Department of Homeland Security has expanded far outside the purview of its original function, six vehicles full of DHS agents were required to seize a Land Rover from a couple in Statesville, N.C. due to the fact that the vehicle allegedly violates EPA emission standards.

As part of its mission to “protect the Homeland,” the DHS has been busy seizing imported vehicles that don’t comply with safety and CO2 regulations.

Jennifer and Bill Brinkley were satisfied that their $60,000 dollar purchase of a Land Rover Defender on eBay complied with regulations because it fell into the exemption category of a vehicle 25 years or older reports Infowars News.

However, when DHS agents turned up at the property, they compared the car’s Vehicle Identification Number to a list and immediately seized the Land Rover. The couple were not given “a chance to debate the issue.”

WBTV’s Steve Ohnesorge said DHS agents conducted “almost like a raid to get the car.”
.
“it’s just unnerving the way they did it,” said Bill Brinkley.

The feds have given the Brinkley’s 35 days to appeal the seizure but refuse to tell them where the vehicle is located. The DHS has also failed to respond to media requests about the incident.

The Department of Homeland Security, created in the aftermath of 9/11, was tasked with the role of protecting America from terrorists, man-made accidents and natural disasters. However, the DHS has been turned into a national police force with a remit that extends from seizing websites for copyright infringement to confiscating fake NFL merchandise.

As the Rutherford Institute’s John Whitehead explained in a widely circulated article last month, the DHS is becoming America’s domestic standing army.

“The menace of a national police force, aka a standing army, vested with so much power cannot be overstated, nor can its danger be ignored,” wrote Whitehead, before listing numerous examples of how the DHS is instrumental in pushing America’s decline into a militarized police state.

One such example occurred earlier this month in Greenville, North Carolina, when teams of armed DHS agents showed up outside a courthouse building. There was no threat to the building – the purpose of the agents’ presence was to “let people know they’re in the area,” while encouraging residents to snitch on their neighbors via the ‘See Something, Say Something’ program.

.
What the Fuck?
As the GOP and Democrats eagerly build a domestic army to enforce the whims of  the unconstitutional Big Brother state, I am left to ponder that maybe Malcolm X was right.

Ranchers Believe Border Collapse a Planned Event

Giving America Away To Foreigners

Joe Biggs interviews two local ranchers out of Hereford Arizona, who think the border situation is a planned event by our government. That our border security is meant to be a complete failure.

GOP House Surrenders to Obama

"The Obama Administration has openly declared its plan to implement a unilateral executive amnesty for 5–6 million more illegal immigrants. This unlawful amnesty—urged on by congressional Democrats—would include work permits, taking jobs directly from millions of struggling American citizens."
.
"Any action Congress might consider to address the current border crisis would be futile should the President go forward with these lawless actions. Congress must speak out and fight against them. It must use its spending power to stop the President’s executive amnesty."
.
"That the House leaders’ border package includes no language on executive actions is surrender to a lawless President. And it is a submission to the subordination of congressional power."

Mitch McConnell pulls ahead of Democrat in close Senate race

A Senate Sweep is Coming
  • Yeah, McConnell is a big government Republican and a tool of Wall Street, but he is not a Marxist.  That counts for a lot.  Plus he drives Harry Reid and Comrade Obama crazy.
  • Back in January my 2014 Election Projection had the GOP picking up five Senate seats.  With the insanity at the border and overseas the GOP might gain as many as eight seats.

U.S. Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell has edged ahead of Democrat Alison Lundergan Grimes for the first time in a Bluegrass Poll, though the race for one of Kentucky's Senate seats remains a tossup.

With less than 100 days until Election Day, McConnell has taken a two-point lead over Grimes — 47 percent to 45 percent — as Republicans and coal-producing regions of Kentucky coalesce around McConnell, President Barack Obama's favorable rating remains low and McConnell appears to have neutralized the gender gap.

The poll of 714 registered voters was sponsored by the Herald-Leader and WKYT-TV in Lexington and The Courier-Journal and WHAS-TV in Louisville. It was conducted by SurveyUSA from July 18 through July 23 and has a margin of error of plus or minus 3.7 percentage points. For questions about the Senate match-up, the sample was reduced to 604 likely voters with a margin of error of plus or minus 4.1 percentage points. This is the third Bluegrass Poll conducted this year reports Kentucky.com

In a Bluegrass Poll released in February, Grimes was ahead of McConnell 46 percent to 42 percent. In May, pollsters added potential third-party candidates Ed Marksberry and David Patterson, but Grimes maintained a razor-thin lead of 43 percent to 42 percent.

Marksberry recently announced he would not attempt to get on the ballot as an independent, though Patterson continues to try to get on the ballot as a libertarian.

RETARD ALERT - Walk a dog and go to jail

John Gladwin, with Molly, cannot leave Southern California without
written permission of a probation officer.

Notes From The Police State
  • Countless millions of illegal aliens break our laws daily, but the full police power of the Federal government has come down on John Gladwin for walking a dog without a leash.

Chaparral-covered hillsides dotted with oaks surround both sides of a barbed-wire fence with signs reading: "U.S. boundary." John Gladwin, whose Australian cattle dog, Molly, runs freely through the idyllic Simi Hills on a Sunday afternoon, is careful not to cross this border into the federal territory called the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area.

If he's caught with so much as a foot in the park, which stretches 50 miles from the Hollywood Hills to Point Mugu, the 69-year-old retiree will go to jail. Even more unusual, Gladwin cannot leave a seven-county area, for any reason, without permission from his probation officer.

"Molly and I have never been cited for anything causing any kind of problem. This is all so ridiculous, spending all this money to do this," Gladwin says of his 12-month federal probation.

"The probation department doesn't even take it seriously," he snickers. "They deal with gangbangers, drug dealers, murderers. And here I am, for a dog leash."

The crime for which Gladwin has twice been convicted is a dog-leash citation, violation of Title 36, Volume 1, Section 2.15, Part 2 of the National Park Services' remarkably detailed regulations: "failing to crate, cage, restrain on a leash, which shall not exceed 6 feet in length, or otherwise physically confine a pet at all times."

Gladwin refused a plea bargain put forth by a federal prosecutor over a dog-leash violation and insisted on a trial. While awaiting that trial, Gladwin in October got yet another citation. Now park rangers are intent on ensuring that Gladwin learns his lesson, even if that means jail time. Today, even if he enters the park without a dog, he can be arrested.

NY DHS Offers $500 To Rat Out Your Neighbors

Big Brother says: "Spy on your neighbor."

Islamic Lunacy: Now Scottie dogs are ‘disrespectful to Muslims’

Good Doggie
The sad part is, the insane don't even know they are crazy.

The Commonwealth Games opened in Glasgow five day ago. Scotties were part of the opening ceremonies.

Malaysian politicians and religious leaders have attacked the use of Scottie dogs during the Commonwealth Games opening ceremony, claiming it was disrespectful to Muslims.

Around 40 Scottie dogs were used in the opening ceremony in Glasgow last Wednesday to lead teams around Celtic Park.

The dogs, which all wore tartan dog coats with the name of each team on them, were widely praised on social media, with many people stating they thought they had “stolen the show.” Hamish, who led out the Scotland team, received one of the biggest cheers of the night.

Judy Murray tweeted after the ceremony: “Scottie dogs in tartan coats at CG opening ceremony. Barkingly brilliant.”

However, not everyone was as impressed. Political and religious leaders in Malaysia have claimed the use of dogs connected to Muslim countries was “disrespectful.”
[...]
Mohamad Sabu, the deputy president of the opposition Pan-Malaysian Islamic Party said: "Malaysia and all Islamic countries deserve and apology from the organiser.

“This is just so disrespectful to Malaysia and Muslims – especially as it happened during Ramadan. Muslims are not allowed to touch dogs, so the organizer should have been more aware and sensitive on this issue.

“It is hoped this incident can teach other Western countries to be more respectful in the future”...

World War One - The 100th Anniversary of Insanity

1914 to 2014
Countless millions of dead bodies later and still
we have learned nothing.

By Gary;

July 28, 1914, the Austro-Hungarian Empire declared war on the Kingdom of Serbia.  Here we are at the 100th Anniversary of World War One and it appears man has learned nothing.

I suspect man is incapable of learning.  Perhaps we did evolve from the dreaded Killer Ape.  Man certainly has endless capacity to inflict murder, torture and death to all of those around him.

The so-called "best and the brightest" ruled over Europe in 1914.  But my theory has always been that the "best and brightest" are just assholes who can afford nice clothes.

The Elites of Europe on all sides endlessly beat the twin drums of nationalism and war.  Draw the attending of the Sheeple masses away from their everyday troubles and blame all of their problems on some foreign Boogeyman.

"Just let us take you to war and everything in the world will be right." they claimed.

Nothing Has Changed  -  Man has not evolved.  The Killer Ape simply has invented new and better ways to slaughter mankind in ever larger numbers.

Few of the hundreds of wars in history have had any real meaning.  In most cases if the wars had never been fought nothing would have changed or the world might have even been a better place.

While we must always defend our homeland, beware of the politicians in Devil-Horns preaching foreign adventures . . . . adventures that they will not be participating in themselves.  The political hacks are always volunteering other people's children for wars.

But today let us honor those who foolishly or not answered the call to arms in the Great War - The War to End All Wars.

Yeah, "to end all wars."  Right.  Pure bumper sticker bullshit.

WWI skeleton in a trench.
.
25,000,000 Dead
.
The total number of military and civilian casualties in World War I was staggering.  The numbers are even higher if you include the resulting revolution in Russia and spin-off wars from Poland to Greece.
.
The horror of trench warfare proves that the leadership class was insane.  Battle after battle, year after year, the generals would order their troops to charge at the prepared trench defenses of the enemy with the exact same result  -  mass slaughter.  It was an endless cycle of slaughter, draft new soldiers and more slaughter.
.
I idea of making peace never entered the minds of the moronic generals and politicians.  Only the Russian people had the guts to rise in revolution against the insane warmonger "best and brightest" leadership class.
.
But all those corpses had no meaning to the political hack liars ruling Europe.  To them the war was all about money, power and imperialism.  As fast as humanly possible Britain and France eagerly pulled down the German and Turkish flags in Africa and Asia and raised their own imperial banners with brand new colonies. The common soldier died so the Elites could create an Empire.

Waltzing Matilda
And now every April I sit on my porch
And I watch the parade pass before me
And I watch my old comrades, how proudly they march
Reliving old dreams of past glory
And the old men march slowly, all bent, stiff and sore
The forgotten heroes from a forgotten war
And the young people ask, "What are they marching for?"
And I ask myself the same question
And the band plays Waltzing Matilda
And the old men answer to the call
But year after year their numbers get fewer
Some day no one will march there at all
