(Summit News)  -  A top government official in France has admitted that draconian lockdown measures being imposed on the rest of the population shouldn’t be implemented in the country’s migrant-heavy ghettos in order to prevent riots.

In a letter leaked to magazine Le Canard Enchaine, French Secretary of State to the Ministry of the Interior Laurent Nunez advises, “It is not a priority to enforce closings in certain neighborhoods and to stop gatherings.”

In a separate video conference call, Nunez told other officials that restricting movement and shutting down shops in France’s infamous banlieues risks igniting violent social disorder if enforced too rigorously.

A regional defense zone prefect who was in on the call agreed that businesses that had been closed down in other areas of France should remain open in poorer neighborhoods in order to help with “social mediation.”

“This undermining of the laws that Macron declared as essential, this clear disregard for the population as a whole, comes at a time when police, ambulance and firefighters face record levels of hostility when they venture into the suburbs where gangs set cars on fire then attack them when they arrive to help,” writes Damian Wilson.

As is illustrated in the clip below, whenever police attempt to enforce quarantine measures, or indeed any other act of law enforcement, in migrant-heavy areas, they are immediately surrounded and intimidated by gangs of migrants. It’s not uncommon for fire trucks and ambulances to be attacked in these “sensitive” areas.

As Breitbart reports, migrants in European cities across the continent simply do not respect the lockdown or the police officers trying to enforce it.

Police in the migrant area of Seine-Saint-Denis in Paris say they are overwhelmed by the number of people who refuse to stay indoors.

“We are not going to give up. But we also know where these people live and how they live. Strict containment, for them, is just impossible,” one officer explained.

Islamic Scholar Who Said Coronavirus Was “Allah’s Punishment” Gets Coronavirus

An Islamic scholar who said the coronavirus was “Allah’s punishment” for China’s treatment of Muslims now has coronavirus.

How ironic.

Back in February, Hadi Al-Modarresi, who is based in Iran, said that the coronavirus outbreak was “undoubtedly an act of Allah that is divine punishment against the Chinese for their treatment, mockery, and disrespect towards Muslims and Islam,” reported MEMRI-TV.

“It is obvious that the spread of this virus is an act of Allah. How do we know this? The spread of the coronavirus began in China, an ancient and vast country, the population of which makes up one seventh of humanity,” said Al-Modarresi.

“More than a billion people live in that country. The authorities in that country are tyrannical and they laid siege to more than a million Muslims and placed them under house arrest. The journalists in that country began to mock the niqab of Muslim women and they forced Muslim men to eat pork and drink wine. Allah sent a disease upon them and this disease laid siege to 40 million [Chinese people]. The same niqab that they mocked has been forced upon them, both men and women, by Allah, by means of the state authorities and officials,” he added.

It is now being reported that Al-Modarresi has contracted coronavirus, meaning that Allah must obviously be punishing him for wrongdoing.

Coronavirus: "The Jews did it" says Iran

(Jerusalem Post)  -  Iran’s Press TV, which represents the regime’s English-language propaganda, has been pushing antisemitic conspiracies about the coronavirus to distract from the mullah regime’s mishandling of the pandemic.

On Sunday, Iran’s Health Ministry reported 49 new coronavirus deaths, the highest single-day toll of those killed by COVID-19 in the country since mid-February. As of press time, Tehran has acknowledged 194 Iranians have died from the fast-spreading disease. But observers believe the true number may be far higher.

Over the last several days, Iran has pushed several reports claiming that “Zionists” were behind the coronavirus. Press TV also quoted the same website that was at the center of an antisemitic article from 2017 that claimed “America’s Jews are driving America’s wars.”

On March 5, Press TV claimed that “Zionist elements developed a deadlier strain of coronavirus against Iran.” Although the report claimed to reference a foreign “academic,” it fits the pattern of Iran using foreign experts to give the regime’s own views a patina of authority. 

The agenda of Tehran has been three-fold since the coronavirus outbreak began to affect Iran in mid-February. Iran initially denied that there was a virus outbreak so that it could increase voter turnout for the February 21 election.

Greeks in the border region rallied behind the expanding border force, collecting provisions and offering any possible contribution to what is seen as a national effort to stop a Turkish-spurred incursion.

In several cases, authorities asked villagers familiar with the local terrain to help locate migrants who managed to slip through holes cut in a border fence or to cross the River Evros — Meric in Turkish — that demarcates most of the 212-kilometer (132-mile) border.

“We were born here, we live here, we work here, we know the crossings better than anyone,” Panayiotis Ageladarakis, a community leader in Amorio, a village that lies some 300 meters (yards) from the river banks.

Other villages also responded to the call for volunteer trackers. Small groups of unarmed men monitor known crossing points after dark.

"We sit at the crossings, and they come," Ageladarakis told The Associated Press as he drove a pickup truck with a fellow Greek border village resident along a rough track at night. "We keep them there most of the time, call police and they come and arrest them. Then, it's a matter for the police. We aren't interested in where they take them. We just try to help this effort taking place by the army and the police.”

“There's nobody coming from a war,” he said. “None of them are refugees. They're all illegal migrants and that's why they're trying to get into Europe (this way).”

Greek authorities said that out of a the 252 people arrested for illegal entry over the past week as of Friday, 64% were Afghans, 19% Pakistanis, 5% Turks and 4% Syrians, while the others were from Iraq, Iran, Morocco, Ethiopia, Bangladesh and Egypt.

(NY Post)  -  ISIS-aligned jihadists have released a video claiming to show the execution of 11 blindfolded Christian men in Nigeria, in what analysts say was a barbaric act that was clearly timed to coincide with Christmas, according to reports.

“This is a message to Christians all over the world,” a masked man says in the one-minute video posted online late Thursday by the terror group’s Amaq news agency.

He claimed the killings at the hands of jihadists from the Islamic State West African Province were in retaliation for the death of ISIS chief Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi and his spokesman.

Baghdadi committed suicide in October during a US special forces operation in Syria.

No details were given about the victims, but ISIS said they were “captured in the past weeks” in Nigeria’s northeastern Borno state, according to the BBC.

One captive was shot dead while the other 10 were beheaded.

In recent months, ISWAP has ramped up its attacks on Christians, security personnel and aide, setting up roadblocks on highways and conducting searches, according to Agence France-Presse.

The UN has condemned the “increasing practice by armed groups to set up checkpoints targeting civilians” in the northeast of Nigeria.

On Sunday, jihadists killed six people and abducted five others when they intercepted vehicles on a highway near Maiduguri, the Borno state capital.

ISWAP, which pledged allegiance to Baghdadi in 2016 and split from insurgent group Boko Haram, stepped up attacks on military outposts and troops last year, but has increasingly begun targeting civilians.

City bans criticism of Islam

Officials banned anyone from saying anything negative about mega-mosque in residential neighborhood

(WND)  -  The Supreme Court is being asked to strike down special privileges the city of Sterling Heights, Michigan, created for a giant mosque that Muslims want to build in a residential neighborhood.

It would be tens of thousands of square feet and nearly six stories tall.

The American Freedom Law Center has filed a petition to the high court asking for review.

The case began when city officials bent their own rules to approve a mega-mosque proposed by Muslims. The residents of the surrounding neighborhood include many Chaldean Christians who escaped persecution from Muslims in their home country Iraq.

Seven residents sued, but lower courts sided with the mosque builders.

The Iraq Chaldean community originates from groups of adherents of the Church of the East in about 1552. In Southeast Michigan there is a Chaldean community numbering 113,000 people.

The civil-rights case against the city and its mayor contends the American Islamic Community Center proposed the mosque to "plant the flag" in a community of Christians who fled Iraq because they or family members were subjected to violence and abuse from ISIS.

The city initially rejected a proposal for a mosque in the residential neighborhood. Muslims then sued and the city complied with their demand to ignore local ordinances and regulations and permit the mosque through a consent agreement.

The civil-rights suit by residents followed.

AFLC said the decision to enter into the consent judgment was made during a city council meeting held in February 2017.

"During this public meeting," AFLC said, "the mayor enforced a content- and viewpoint-based speech restriction that prohibited private citizens, including our clients, from making any comments that the mayor deemed critical of Islam, in direct violation of the First Amendment!"

WND reported in 2017 a spokeswoman, Nahren Anweya, expressed the view of the Chaldean and Assyrian Christians in Sterling Heights.

"The mayor and the corrupted personal interests behind him have outraged a community which is comprised of the largest minority Assyrian/Chaldean Christians from Iraq," Anweya said. "This minority group consists of more than four generations of refugees and genocide victims under radical Islam."

(Infowars Europe)  -  Greece has announced plans to tighten its borders and build new detention centers in an effort to mitigate an overwhelming influx of migrants that shows no signs of slowing.

Some 37,000 migrants are estimated to be living in 'camps' on five Greek islands and hundreds more are arriving on a near-daily basis.

The notorious Moria camp on Lesbos, designed for up 3,000 people, is currently packed with over 15,000 migrants, according to reports, and other camps are similarly overflowing.

The camps will soon be closed and new asylum facilities, each capable of accommodating up to 7,000 people, will be built on Lesbos, Chios and Samos, while smaller, remodeled facilities will be installed on Kos and Leros, AFP reports.

"Instead of being allowed to move freely in and out of the camps, asylum-seekers will now be locked up until they are granted refugee status and relocated to the mainland, or they are rejected and sent back to Turkey," officials said.

Additionally, 1,200 new border guards will be hired and deployed to the islands and the land border with Turkey, with a mission to render "migrant entry points air-tight."

"Decongesting the islands is a priority at this stage," said Alkiviadis Stefanis, Greece's deputy defense minister and special coordinator for migration.

"These actions are designed to show our determination in dealing with the migrant-refugee crisis."

Stefanis says 20,000 migrants will be relocated to the mainland by early 2020, with 15,000 living in camps and 5,000 in hotels.

Keep in mind that many Halal certification organizations are linked to jihadists and terrorist factions.

Halal food adheres to Sharia law and is a form of slaughtering animals by slitting their throats and letting the blood drain out. Muslims will recite a ‘blessing’ while the animal bleeds out.

Dearborn, according to the 2010 census, boasts the largest Muslim population in the United States.

Dearborn Public Schools bragged about overhauling its public school menus to make them ‘more diverse’ and by ‘more diverse’ they mean Sharia compliant.

Dearborn Public Schools is overhauling its school menu this year! Students are in for a more diverse menu, more options every day, more fresh produce, and more made-from-scratch meals.

Parents will see menus that are easier to find and understand – right down to being able to look up possible allergens and even carb counts online for every dish.

The changes come after the district hired Southwest Foodservice Excellence (SFE) to help oversee the food service program. The company has provided nutritionists and chefs to help transition the district to a program with a much more expansive and fresh from scratch menu, including training the District staff on how to cook these meals.

In addition, SFE will help improve food service operational, procurement and financial tracking systems and reinforce nutritional and safety protocols. SFE works in 150 school districts around the country offering several employee management models. In Dearborn, District employees will continue to run and staff our kitchens, working in close partnership with SFE.

Students will see dramatic differences in this year’s menu, staring with more made from scratch meals, promised Joshua Bain, SFE senior general manager of food service.

“The district has been doing a lot of heat-and-eat because it was easy,” Bain said. Now, everything will be handmade, down to the sandwiches.

“We will actually spread peanut butter on bread,” Bain assured. More than 75 percent of SFE’s offerings are fresh-from-scratch.

The first short week of school shows the changes. Students will be offered orange chicken with rice, Thai veggie stir fry, and beef tacos. Elementary schools will offer at least three entrée items each day, middle schools four to six, and high schools six to eight. In previous years, elementary schools offered only one other option, the same vegetarian second choice for the entire week.

All the meat served in Dearborn will now be halal. Before some schools offered all halal, while other had a mix, which contributed to confusion about which menu was being served at which school.

Robert Spencer of Jihad Watch said there are many reasons why people don’t want halal meat, such as for humanitarian reasons or because Halal certification organizations fund terrorism.

There may be any number of reasons why people don’t want halal meat. They may object to halal slaughter for humanitarian reasons. They may consider it to be meat sacrificed to idols, as discussed in the New Testament. They may object to the fact that many halal certification organizations have links to jihad terror groups. But we are not allowed to have any such concerns, either in the U.S. or in Australia.

The latest round of Trump tweets threatening military action in response to attacks on Saudi Arabia prompted a fiery response from a Democratic presidential contender.

Replying directly to Trump on Twitter, Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) slammed the president for, in her view, seeking marching orders with regard to a potential strike against Iran following the attack on a Saudi oil plant.

“Trump awaits instructions from his Saudi masters,” Gabbard wrote. “Having our country act as Saudi Arabia’s bitch is not ‘America First.'”

Gabbard’s tweet came in response to Trump saying that the U.S. is “locked and loaded” to respond to the attack against the Saudis.

“Saudi Arabia oil supply was attacked,” Trump wrote. “There is reason to believe that we know the culprit, are locked and loaded depending on verification, but are waiting to hear from the Kingdom as to who they believe was the cause of this attack, and under what terms we would proceed!”

(Infowars)  -  After talks with the Taliban to end to the US ‘forever war’ were killed off by Washington last week, the Afghan militant movement is prepared to fight the “imposed” conflict for another hundred years, its chief negotiator told RT.

The year-long peace process was shut down by President Donald Trump just days ahead of a formal signed agreement. The draft had even been initialed by both parties, top Taliban negotiator Sher Mohammad Abbas Stanikzai told RT. He added that he does not see the US decision as set in stone, however, and said the group remains committed to negotiations.

“Our stance is that there is no solution to the conflict except negotiations and except peace on the table,” Stanikzai said. “We hope that Mr. Trump rethinks his announcement and comes back to where we were.”

The talks were ostensibly called off over a Taliban car bombing that killed a US soldier stationed in Kabul last week – along with nearly a dozen Afghan civilians – with President Trump abruptly cancelling a planned meeting with the militant group at Camp David. The Taliban argues their bombings are a justified response to ongoing attacks by American and Afghan forces, and insist they are defending their land from a hostile foreign occupier.

“The war was imposed on us. It is American soldiers who are in Afghanistan. It’s not our mujahedeen in Washington.”

Stanikzai was skeptical about the president’s reason for stopping the talks, arguing it clashed with statements by Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, who appeared on TV the following day and bragged that the US had killed “over 1,000 Taliban” over the previous ten days, even as the negotiations progressed.

“If they can kill a thousand of us, why can we not kill one or two of them?” Stanikzai asked. “This is our right. We have to defend ourselves and defend our people.”

The Taliban representative said President Trump has failed to distinguish himself from his predecessor Barack Obama, who also attempted peace talks with the Afghan militants before changing course at the last moment. He questioned Washington’s commitment to ending what is now a 19-year-long counter-insurgency, and vowed to continue fighting as long as there is a US presence.

“We can do it for a hundred years.”

Only after a formal agreement is signed and American troops are pulled out of Afghanistan can the Taliban settle its differences with other Afghan political factions, including the US-backed government in Kabul, Stanikzai said, calling for “inter-Afghan talks” and a “comprehensive ceasefire.”

The Taliban delegation visited Moscow this week as part of regular meetings with Russian officials, which have continued parallel to the American talks with the militant group brokered by Qatar.
