Supreme Court ends beer sales

Big Brother Says NO Beer

  • The Great White Father's Court says Indians are children, not adults, and not allowed to decide for themselves what beverages to consume.
  • It looks like the Taliban is not just in Afghanistan.

LINCOLN, Neb. (Denver Post)  —  Four Nebraska beer stores criticized for selling millions of cans each year next to an American Indian reservation where alcohol is banned will remain closed after the state Supreme Court on Friday rejected their appeal.
The court thwarted the last-ditch effort to resume beer sales in Whiteclay, Nebraska, a tiny village on the border of South Dakota’s Pine Ridge Indian Reservation. The ruling upholds an April decision by state regulators not to renew the stores’ licenses amid criticism that the area lacks adequate law enforcement.
The Pine Ridge Indian Reservation is plagued by a litany of alcohol-related problems, including high rates of fetal alcohol syndrome, and activists complain that Whiteclay fuels those issues. The four stores — in a village with just nine residents — had sold the equivalent of about 3.5 million cans of beer annually.
“Today’s Nebraska Supreme Court decision means that the shame of Whiteclay is over,” said Dave Domina, an Omaha attorney for local residents who protested the liquor licenses. “It also means huge rocks have been removed from the road to recovery for many of the Oglala Lakota Sioux Nation and the Pine Ridge Reservation.”

"Push The Button Max"

By Gary;

I am in that mood again to revisit old friends.  So today I am settling down with adult beverages and my DVD of The Great Race.

The world sucks and tries to crush us daily. My only release is to lose myself for a while in fantasy worlds created by Hollywood.

The Great Race is one of my ten "if you were stranded on a desert island" movies along with The Godfather, The Wizard of Oz, The Maltese Falcon and a few other select classics.

The cast is gone now. They are alive only in our dreams.

Hello old friends. I am back for a visit.

Sex Robot BREAKS DOWN after being groped and ‘soiled’ at tech fair

Pervy nerds became a little bit too excited by the hyper-realistic bonkbotShe was 'mounted' and left with two broken fingers.

(The Sun)  -  A SEX robot has broken down after being groped by too many pervy nerds at an Austrian tech fair.
Samantha the Sex Robot was the star attraction at Ars Electronica Festival in the city of Linz.
But grubby geeks ended up becoming overexcited and left the poor sex machine in a dreadful "soiled" state.
Sergi Santos, who runs Barcelona-based firm Synthea Amatus that builds Samantha said: "The people mounted Samantha's breasts, her legs and arms. Two fingers were broken. She was heavily soiled."
According to Santos, Samantha had to be sent back in a parcel to Barcelona for repairs and cleaning.

Santos said: "People can be bad. Because they did not understand the technology and did not have to pay for it, they treated the doll like barbarians."
Even though Samantha's breasts and some other body parts were badly damaged by the sex-crazed Austrian horde, the artificial intelligence software in the robot still worked perfectly.
When Santos asked "how are you?" Samantha replied: "Hi, I'm fine".
"Samantha can endure a lot, she will pull through," Santos added.
Thanks to her AI, Samantha reacts to touch, speaks multiple languages and is even said to be able to learn new things.
She costs about £3,382.
Santos said he has already sold 15 sex dolls, which are built in China and in Spain.
According to Austrian local media, sex industry experts estimate that growing numbers of people now have a fetish for sex dolls.
Erotic analysts also expect more dolls to be made available by brothels.

Leftists drive "Soldiers of Odin" out of soup kitchen

Leftists call everyone a "Racist"

  • Leftist scum calls you a racist if you dare to stand up for the right of your country, religion and language to exist behind secure borders.

(The Sudbury Star)  -  The Soldiers of Odin are done -- at least for now -- volunteering at the Blue Door Soup Kitchen in the Samaritan Centre.
An online petition launched Thursday sought to oust members of the local chapter of the Soldiers of Odin as volunteers at the soup kitchen. However, those volunteers completed their last shift on Tuesday, as it turns out.
"(The petition) is pointless because they will no longer be volunteering at the Soup Kitchen," Marc Leduc, president of the Blue Door Soup Kitchen board, said Friday. "That should put this all to rest. We, at the Soup Kitchen, we have only one purpose. We are very inclusive. We pride ourselves in helping everyone who might need help at all times. We have no issue with any group at the soup kitchen.
"But, the controversy with having that issue (Soldiers of Odin volunteers) going on is not something we want to be a part of."
Leduc said the decision to end volunteering by the Soldiers of Odin was mutual. He said the soup kitchen didn't want the distraction.

"We want to put 100 per cent of our efforts to running a good soup kitchen," he said. "We really want to move on. We don't want to be generating any controversy. We just want to go on assisting the community."
Sudbury Against Fascism prepared the open letter, which is connected to the online petition. it was aimed at expelling the Soldiers of Odin from volunteering at the Blue Door Soup Kitchen.
The group called on readers to share the open letter and online petition on social media and with family, co-workers and classmates. It urged them to call the soup kitchen to "echo the letter's demands," contact Sudbury Against Fascism to assist with petition blitzes or get coverage for media stories and volunteer at the Soup Kitchen themselves.
"We ask that the Blue Door Soup Kitchen forbid the Soldiers of Odin from the Soup Kitchen premises," reads the open letter. "We also ask that the Blue Door Soup Kitchen, and anybody who has been connected with the Soldiers of Odin, publicly distance their organization from them ...
"The (Soldiers of Odin) are a vile cancer in our society, but they have recognized there are hungry people who need to be fed. Fortunately, we do not need a racist gang to do that! Sudbury Against Fascism will be putting up our own volunteers at the Soup Kitchen, and we call on others to volunteer with us as well "¦
"Racism and bigotry have no place in our communities. Thank you for standing against racism and oppression by clearly stating that the Soldiers of Odin have no place at the Soup Kitchen."
In a letter to The Star, Justin Smith, president of the Soldiers of Odin in Sudbury, defended the group.
"There are some out there who believe we are fascists, racists, and any other bad names you can think of," he wrote. "Even though we have been here for over a year now, we've only been called names recently. Never have any members done anything bad to anyone and not even the regional nor the provincial police have heard of anything.
"If they have no evidence of criminal activity, which some members of the public claim, why is it that claims of violence and harassment are now commonplace?"
Smith said the Soldiers of Odin in Canada are a non-profit organization that aims to help communities.
"We pick up needles when no one else will, we help at the soup kitchen because they need help, we assist with local legions when they need help and veterans who cannot do their own yard work, we pick up garbage which others carelessly discard, we help other groups if they need people to help them (as with the organ donor car show), we also help individuals who ask for it or if others ask on their behalf," he wrote.
"We have not participated in any activities which may be taken negatively. We are all average people who want to better our communities. None of us wishes anything bad on anyone and if we come across someone within our ranks who is a bad apple, they are removed. That's if they make it through our vetting process. We only want to help by giving up our own time, effort, and money."

Christian to head Syria parliament

The Big Lie From Bush and Obama

  • Big Lie - We would "liberate" the peoples of Iraq and Syria. But the fact of the matter is both Saddam Hussein and Bashar Hafez al-Assad were allies of Russia and ran secular, socialist states that protected minorities like the Christians.  Without the Socialist Baath Party to protect them it was open season on Christians.
  • The wars of "liberation" were nothing more than an effort to drive Russia out of the Middle East.

Damascus (AFP) - A Christian legislator was Thursday elected speaker of parliament in predominantly Muslim Syria for the first time in decades.

Hammudeh Sabbagh, a 58-year-old Syriac Orthodox Christian graduate in law and member of President Bashar al-Assad's Baath party from Hasakeh province in northeast Syria, won 193 votes out of 252 cast, state media reported.
He became the first Christian to hold the post since Fares el-Khoury who served multiple terms before and after the French mandate of 1920-1946.
Before the 2011 outbreak of war in Syria, Christians of 11 different denominations made up about five percent of the population.
Around half of Syria's 1.5 million Christians have since fled, according to Chaldean Catholic Bishop Antoine Audo.
Christians have tried largely to keep their distance from the conflict, in which they have been targeted by Islamist rebel groups while the regime portrays itself as the secular defender of minorities.
The Islamic State jihadist group, for its part, has carried out mass kidnappings of Christians and destroyed their churches.

Beach Ball Frightens Liberal Snowflakes

Campus police told Conservatives that their free speech ball was "scaring" other students.

(Campus Reform)  -  A video obtained by Campus Reform shows conservative activists at Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville being told by police officers that their “free-speech ball” was “scaring” students.

The activists, a collective of First Amendment advocates from Turning Point USA, Young Americans for Liberty, and the Leadership Institute, employed a popular tactic of rolling a so-called “free-speech ball” around campus, allowing interested students to scribe messages of their choice on the object.

However, they were eventually stopped by campus police, who informed them that the school had received multiple complaints about the free-speech ball and even insisted that the activists were not operating in a public space.

“This is not considered like a public place. Right now, we’re going to have to put the ball away,” one officer explained, adding that “it’s freaking a lot of people out.”
One of the activists responded by asking which specific policy prohibited their activity, asserting that they were simply utilizing their free-speech rights “on a public place.”
“Well I don’t think it’s considered a public place,” the officer replied again, though conceded that the state does own the university.
The officer went on to note that students are required to “sign up” in order to “be able to demonstrate,” revealing that “students are calling in because they’re scared.”
“It’s the ball that’s creating…people are scared of the beach ball?” one unidentified bystander asked in disbelief.
“Yeah,” the officer replied, with his colleague again reiterating that “people are reporting that they’re scared of the beach ball, and what’s going on here.”
“What could be scary about the beach ball?” the bystander again questioned, to which the officer resignedly explained that he “can’t interpret other people’s feelings.”

INSANITY - EU to import 50,000 new Muslims

(Politico)  -  The EU should have a new scheme for resettling migrants, with a target of 50,000 being resettled over the next two years, the European Commission said Wednesday as it set out its plans for migration and asylum policy.

“This is part of the Commission’s efforts to provide viable, safe and legal alternatives for those who risk their lives at the hands of criminal smuggling networks,” the Commission said in statement.

“We need to open real alternatives to taking perilous irregular journeys,” said the European commissioner for migration and home affairs, Dimitris Avramopoulos. “Investing in more legal pathways, both for protection but also for study or work, is therefore essential,” he added.

The resettlement scheme would be voluntary, as opposed to the Commission’s attempt at a refugee relocation scheme, which ended Tuesday. The two-year scheme aimed to take 160,000 refugees who had arrived in Italy and Greece and move them across the bloc. However, the scheme fell well short of expectations. Around 29,000 refugees were relocated and some EU members, notably Hungary and Poland, refused to take part even though participation was supposed to be mandatory.

On Wednesday, the Commission also proposed €500 million in financial support for EU countries in their resettlement efforts and called for an increased focus on resettling migrants from the likes of Libya, Egypt, Niger, Sudan, Chad and Ethiopia.

BBQ Food Truck Kicked Out Of Town For Feeding Hurricane Victims

"Stop feeding hurricane victims"
says Florida city

(Daily Caller)  -  Jack Roundtree was forced to stop selling BBQ to victims in Green Cove Springs, Fla., shortly after Hurricane Irma passed over the town Sept. 10 because he was operating without a permit.
Two Green Cove Springs police officers delivered the message from the city manager shortly after Roundtree set up his food truck in the parking lot of an old restaurant. At the time, 90 percent of the city’s power grid was down and a hot meal was difficult to find.
“This is such a great little town, but it seems like the people who run it do their best to keep it from progressing,” one resident, who witnessed Roundtree being ordered to pack up, posted on Facebook, according to Florida’s Clay Today. “THANKS Green Cove Springs City Manager. Shame on you!”
If Roundtree had come to city officials and requested a permit, he would have been allowed to serve utility workers around the city, Mayor Mitch Timberlake told Reason.
“He is a commercial food truck operator, and he knows the local ordinances for food truck operation and had a responsibility to reach to the city to get a permit for what he wanted to do,” Timberlake told Reason. “We don’t prohibit food trucks. There are times and places where we welcome them.”

Roger Stone on Russia: ‘Scandal Without Evidence – A Myth, A Fairytale. It’s Bullshit.’

Russia
It's all a Fairy Tale by the Deep State
A Republican run hearing that was
out to get Stone and Trump

(Gateway Pundit)  -  Political legend Roger Stone appeared before the House Intelligence Committee today during a closed hearing intended to tackle the allegations of Russian collusion with the Trump campaign, but rather than Roger standing trial, he flipped the script in proper Stonean fashion and put the entire committee itself on trial.

In an exclusive interview, I sat down with Mr. Stone and discussed some of the finer details of the hearing and also touched briefly on the Alabama senate race, the slippery, snakelike DNC operative John Podesta, and the much gossiped about Guccifer 2.0. What follows is a penetrating looks at perhaps the largest political scandal in American history: the Democratic Party’s attempt to displace a sitting President.

When I asked Mr. Stone about how the hearing went, he broke down the internal skirmish between Congresspeople Schiff and Speier and Congressman Trey Gowdy, this touch point revolved around whether or not the FBI had seen and analyzed the DNC servers:
“The most interesting about the hearing was that, in my statement, I strongly asserted my suspicion that the Russians never hacked the DNC and, of course, one of the central arguments, to that effect, is that the DNC refused to turn over their computer servers to the FBI, instead having it inspected by CloudStrike, a forensic IT firm controlled directly and paid by the DNC. When I said that, Congresswoman Speier from California corrected me and told me that the DNC servers had been turned over to the FBI, and then Congressman Schiff essentially confirmed that, after which, Trey Gowdy said, ‘wait a minute, James Comey came before this committee, secretary Johnson came before this committee, and testified under oath that the servers were not turned over to the FBI, so what are you talking about?’ Schiff tried to change the subject and said, ‘well, we’ve got a lot of information that we learned during the recess and maybe we should talk about this privately.’ Gowdy seemed furious and stormed out of the hearing, so somebody’s lying.
Who’s lying? We’ve got to get to the bottom of that.
Beyond that, it was pretty – you know, as you might expect. The Republicans gave me the opportunity to correct the statements of Congressman Swalwell, Congresswoman Speier, and Congressman Schiff, specific things they had said about me . . . For example, Schiff had said Stone was in direct contact with Assange, I never was, Speier said Stone has worked for the Russians, I never worked for the Russians, and Swalwell said that I was part of a cabal that had Russian ties, I have no Russian ties.”

Stone went on to comment on the fact that a number of establishment Republicans are working against the Trump administration and “with the Democrats [to uphold] the status quo,” before briefly touching on the topic of the Alabama senate race, noting:
“It’s too early to say, but I think a lot of [the establishment Republicans] are gonna go down. What happens today in Alabama will be very interesting. Steve Bannon and I have both endorsed Roy Moore, many of my friends in the state are working for Roy Moore. Ironically, the candidate who will most closely support the Trump agenda is Roy Moore, not the candidate endorsed by Donald Trump.”
I then pressed Stone on whether or not the Republicans present at the hearing were as off-the-rails as the Democrats present were, Stone commented:
“There’s a very definite divide between the Republicans and the Democrats, the Republicans wanted to get basic things on the record, such as, ‘Do you have any evidence, whatsoever, of collusion, coordination, and so on with the Russian state,’ whereas the Democrats are more interested in playing “gotcha”. For example, they asked me, ‘Have you ever written a tweet and then deleted it?’ I said, ‘I don’t recall one, specifically,’ and then they say, ‘a-ha!’ and then they whip out some innocuous and completely stupid tweet, which I had posted and then thought better of and had taken down, as if that matters. It’s all a big game of ‘gotcha!

Starve the Kurds says Islamist Turkey

Question of the Day

  • Under Comrade Obama the U.S. supported NATO member Turkey helping ISIS and Turkey's bombing the Kurds. Will Trump allow our Kurdish allies against ISIS to be starved by Turkey, Iraq and Iran?

(RT News)  -  Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has warned that Iraqi Kurds will “not be able to find food” if Ankara decides to halt the flow of trucks and oil into the region, adding that all military and economic sanctions are on the table.
“[They] will be left in the lurch when we start imposing our sanctions,” Erdogan said in a speech broadcast live on television on Tuesday, as quoted by Reuters.
It will be over when we close the oil taps, all [their] revenues will vanish, and they will not be able to find food when our trucks stop going to northern Iraq.”
The Turkish president then warned that Israel’s support would be insufficient to sustain the Iraqi Kurds’ drive for independence and would not save them from international isolation. Erdogan added that Tel Aviv does not exercise sufficient leverage over the world community.
“Who will recognize your independence? Israel. The world is not about Israel. You should know that the waving of Israeli flags there will not save you,” he said, as quoted by Hurriyet.
"If the only support for the KRG’s referendum is given by Israel and if the [outlawed Kurdistan Workers’ Party] PKK starts celebrating [the results] even before the polls close then there can be neither innocence nor legitimacy,” Erdogan said.
The Israel reference comes after Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu expressed support for an independent Kurdistan earlier this month, while taking aim at Ankara's support of Hamas.
“Israel opposes the PKK and considers it a terrorist organization, in contrast to Turkey, which supports the terrorist group Hamas,” Netanyahu said during a state visit to Argentina. “While Israel is opposed to any kind of terrorism, it supports the legitimate means of the Kurdish people to obtain their own state.”
The Turkish leader said Iraqi Kurds are incapable of creating their own state. “They don’t have an idea on how to be a state. They think that they are a state just by saying it. This can’t and won’t happen,”he said.
