NEWS AND VIEWS THAT IMPACT LIMITED CONSTITUTIONAL GOVERNMENT
"There is danger from all men. The only maxim of a free government ought to be to trust no man living with
power to endanger the public liberty." - - - - John Adams

But commit billions in loan fraud, take countless bribes, or engage in a coup d'état against Trump and the "Justice" Department looks the other way.
(Reuters) - The U.S. Justice Department has decided not to prosecute former FBI Director James Comey despite an internal investigation that found he improperly leaked information to the news media, the department's internal watchdog said on Thursday.
The Justice Department's Office of Inspector General said Comey asked a friend to share the contents of a memo with the New York Times to pressure the department to launch an independent investigation into his conversations with President Donald Trump.
In the memo, Comey described a meeting in which Trump allegedly asked him to drop the FBI's investigation into Michael Flynn, who at the time was his national security adviser. Flynn has since pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI about his conversations with Russian officials.
Corruptus in Extremis Jail will never happen nor will anyone even bother to do a real investigation. . There is only the one party in Washington - the corrupt Republicrat Party - and they protect each other from all outsiders. . Remember. It was the Republican Controlled Congress that ran the endless 24-7 Russia investigations against Trump, and it is the Republicans who refuse to do anything meaningful to protect the internet free speech for real Conservatives.
We don't even get see a straight Captain America and the Black Widow go at it. So why should Gay characters be shoved down our throats (so to speak)?
Strangely lecturing the audience on political correctness is now more important than providing entertainment and making money.
The morons in Hollywood forgot the disaster of the Charmed reboot. The series premiered in October, 2018 with 2,960,000 viewers. But the in your face political correctness drove ratings down to only 260,000 viewers.
(Out) - Love and (gay) marriage, it goes together like a billion-dollar franchise.
Amid the steady rollout of news surrounding Marvel’s The Eternals, President Kevin Feige confirmed during this weekend’s D23 Expo that the film will include the studio’s first openly gay male superhero.
The Chloe Zhao-directed movie will coincide with a love interest for the canonically bisexual superhero Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson), whose romantic backstory was cut from Thor: Ragnarok but will be included in the next installment.
While Feige did not announce casting for the character or state which member of the humanoid clan would be LGBTQ+, he did add in a pretaped Monday interview with Good Morning America that Marvel’s first gay superhero would also be getting a partner.
“He’s married, he’s got a family, and that is just part of who he is,” he said.
Marvel’s first foray into meaningful LGBTQ+ representation has been a longtime coming for the studio, which has teased the introduction of queer characters for years. Back in 2015, Feige promised the Marvel Cinematic Universe would “for sure” get an out LGBTQ+ character within the next 10 years.
(CNS News) - Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D.-Mass.) sent out a Tweet on Tuesday that linked to an investigative report by ProPublica about the screenings some transgender people are subjected to by the TSA when they attempt to board flights.
“Trans and non-binary people shouldn’t have to face invasive and dehumanizing screenings to travel,” Warren said in her Tweet.
“We must do better—and I’ll keep working to ensure that every trans and non-binary American is able to live without fear or discrimination,” said Warren.
(WND) - Apparently, officials at an Iowa community college aren't comfortable with a professor threatening to "clock" President Trump with a baseball bat and "bury" evangelical Christians "deep in the ground." Jeff Klinzman, who taught English at Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids, wrote he wants to "stop evangelical Christians" and "[k]ill them all and bury them deep in the ground." "It's not pretty, and I'm not proud," he wrote, "but seeing what evangelical Christians are doing to this country and its people fills me with rage, and a desire to exact revenge." Boasting of being a part of the often-violent, far-left group "antifa," he responded to President Trump describing antifa in a tweet as, "Radical Left Wack Jobs who go around hitting … people over the heads with baseball bats." Klinzman reacted on Twitter, "Yeah, I know who I'd clock with a bat ..." Now, according to Washington Examiner, he resigned after the college decided to "remove him from the classroom."
(Gizmodo) - Within the past 24 hours, Facebook was granted a patent for “Moderating content in an online forum,” which it first applied for in February of 2015. Unfortunately, the most accurate term to describe what it covers is shadowbanning.
Shadowbanning—which has become a favored term among conservative and far-right interests who believe they’re experiencing ideological censorship at the hands of social networking platforms—describes a specific scenario wherein a user has their content demoted or outright hidden without their knowledge. Compare that vernacular definition to this excerpt of the patent’s abstract (emphasis ours):
[T]he social networking system may receive a list of proscribed content and block comments containing the proscribed content by reducing the distribution of those comments to other viewing users. However, the social networking system may display the blocked content to the commenting user such thatthe commenting user is not made aware that his or her comment was blocked, thereby providing fewer incentives to the commenting user to spam the page or attempt to circumvent the social networking system filters.
Amid the milieu of largely baseless congressional inquiries into perceived social media bias and a GOP frothing at any evidence, no matter how thin, that supports that crusade, Facebook laying legal claim to the act of automatic shadowbanning reads as a massive misstep.
As with other patents, this one attempts to cover as many related variations as possible, bestowing the power to shadowban on “a forum creator or moderator,” text or sentiment analysis software, or a “machine learning classifier.” Deployment examples include “profane words, extremely negative, racist or derogatory comments,” and as such it’s fair to assume an automated mass-hiding filter is not currently in use on Facebook.
Attempts have been made to clamp down on borderline content across Facebook’s apps, with Instagram most recently unveiling an AI-powered anti-bully initiative. The first element of this is a feature which appears to conduct sentiment analysis on potentially rude comments and attempts to sway users into not posting them. A forthcoming feature more closely resembles the shadowbanning described in this patent, giving users the options to set other accounts as “restricted,” where restricted accounts will have comments they leave on the restricting user’s content hidden to everyone but themselves.
Jeff Kanter, the lead inventor on patent 10,356,024, worked as a product management lead at Instagram when the patent was first filed. (He has retained a similar title but since moved over to the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative—the philanthropic arm of Mark Zuckerberg’s empire.)
We’ve reached out to Facebook for comment and to learn what could possibly be gained by patenting a specific moderation tactic. We’ll update if we hear back.
Like the 1950s Hungarian freedom fighters, the people of Hong Kong will be ignored by the people and governments of the world.

Many in Hong Kong flee to Taiwan
TAIPEI/HONG KONG (Reuters) - For Hong Kong resident Yung Xiu Kwan, 67, a proposed extradition law that would allow people in the former British colony to be sent to mainland China for trial was the final straw.
Yung is packing her bags and leaving the Chinese-ruled city to set up a new life in proudly democratic Taiwan, fed up with what she sees as Beijing’s ever encroaching grip over the city that has led to an erosion of civil liberties.
“Without freedom and democracy, it’s like being put in jail, like living in a concentration camp ... without freedom, (I) would rather die,” said Yung, as she waved a Taiwan flag at a massive protest in Hong Kong on Sunday.
“Taiwan can offer that because Taiwan has democratic elections and a constitution that safeguards democracy.” (More)
I have decided to try and start each new week off on a positive high note. But being a glass half empty kind of guy I suspect things will turn into crap soon enough.
Growing up this was one of my favorite movies. Calamity Jane is a 1953 American Technicolorwesternmusical film loosely based on the life of Wild West heroine Calamity Jane, and explores an alleged romance between Calamity Jane and Wild Bill Hickok in the American Old West. The film starred the late Doris Day as the title character and Howard Keel as Hickok.
This is our first introduction to the boisterous Calamity Jane (Doris Day) as she arrives in Deadwood City with a wagon full of goods. The sequence extends to include her entry into the Golden Garter, where we encounter Wild Bill Hickok (Howard Keel).
Nationalists, Conservatives and Libertarians need to move over to the free speech platform Bitchute.com and open an account.
By Gary;
I have had it with Google censorship of just about anyone to the right of Marx - - - not to mention their censorship of The Federalist blog.
BOTTOM LINE - The Marxists in Congress are working to abolish internet free speech.
On the flip side the so-called "Conservative" GOP is stone cold silent as their own supporters are banned from the internet. Republicans basically sit around sucking their thumbs like two year olds as Conservatives are raped.
Non-Marxists need to use YouTube as long as they can, but the writing is on the wall. We will be shut down and Traitor Quislings put forward as speaking for us.
So Fuck Google.
I have almost totally moved over to Bitchute for watching news and commentary.
I urge everyone to open an account on Bitchute and start watching your favorite shows there.
