Judge Rules RFK Jr. Can Sue Biden Over Censorship

(Zerohedge)  A federal judge on Tuesday ruled that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. can continue to pursue his lawsuit against the Biden administration over censorship at the direction of the government.

The decision comes after a June ruling by the Supreme Court, which established who can sue the Biden administration for violating their First Amendment rights when government officials pressured social media companies to suppress free speech did not have standing to sue.

According to District Court Judge Terry Doughty, Kennedy meets the standard set by the Supreme Court because there is "ample evidence" to show he was censored at the direction of government actors, and is at "substantial risk" that the censorship will continue, the Daily Caller reports.

Kennedy was named by one of the "Disinformation Dozen" - and was specifically targeted by the government over what they alleged was COVID-19 misinformation, Doughty noted in his ruling - adding that there is "not much dispute" that Kennedy, and his organization - Children's Health Defense, were "were specifically targeted by the White House, the Office of Surgeon General, and CISA [Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency]."

I have been declared a Thought Criminal by the corrupt Corporatist, Leftist filth that runs Google.

The Federalist Blog has been actively suppressed by Google for a long time now. My Blog has gone from 173,345 pageviews in August 2017 down to 31,000 and change for November, 2019.

Then a strange thing happened around Thanksgiving 2019 - - - on my Google administrative page my pageview numbers numbers mysteriously started to increase giving me the impression people were visiting my Blog.

What I noticed is many so-called "visitors" were coming from the "Unknown Region"  - - -  unknown is pure Bullshit. Google (and the NSA) knows exactly where you are and they both record every word we say.

Below are the pages viewed and the date one of my articles was published. These numbers are what I used to get before Google started to shadowban my Blog.  Shadowbanning lowered pageviews of my stories to double digits averaging 25 views per story.

Starting around Thanksgiving 2019 the clicks on stories "magically" started to shoot through the roof (see below).

At the same time (November 2019) I started getting "visitors" from an "unknown region".

There is no such thing as an unknown region. Google knows what color socks I am wearing. So I suspect Google bots were were running up the numbers to give Bloggers and website owners the impression people can see their content when it is actually censored.

Back to Censored "Normal"

On February 4, 2020 I published an article FRAUD - Google Phonies Up Pageviews of The Federalist.  

In just a few days my phony pageviews just vanished overnight (see below).  My low story pageview count returned to a shadowbanned "normal".

As if by "magic" the "unknown region" has vanished like a fart in the wind.

Tucker Carlson has slammed conservative institutions for having done “absolutely nothing” to protect dissident thinkers on both the left and right.

During a recent radio show guest appearance, Carlson highlighted how life is being made intolerable for anyone who questions the status quo.

“If you are not with the program, if you dissent even a little bit…they can’t increasingly live freely in our society and my question is who is standing up for them? Who is protecting them?” asked Tucker.

Carlson said that this applied to both the right and people on the “sincere left” who “actually care about the society and where it’s going.”

“There’s nobody protecting dissident voices and I can’t get past it, I’m focused on it and I don’t really know what the answer is,” added the Fox News host.

Carlson then turned his anger to Conservative Inc., who despite the relentless silencing and deplatforming of dissident voices have offered little more than a whimper of complaint.

“It makes me very upset with the institutions that purport to be conservative in our country and consume hundreds of millions, billions over time, in contributions – they’re doing nothing to protect these people. In fact, they’re the first to abandon them,” said Carlson.

Tucker gave the example of how conservatives will disavow others for a tweet someone liked 5 years ago at the merest hint of controversy.

“No – you’re cowards, you will be judged, you are selling out people who actually believe in you – you’re horrible,” he concluded.

The House Google hearings were a fucking dog and pony show.

The endless lies (and lies by omission) by both parties and Google CEO Sundar Pichai were staggering.

Head Democrat Whore Jerry Nadler started off demanding internet censorship of right wing "extremists" - - - - TRANSLATION:  Big Brother must censor any thought to the right of Joe Stalin.

When Nadler's Fascist bullshit was not challenged by the so-called "Conservative" GOP I knew at once the direction of the hearing. Lots of hot air, bullshit and no meaningful discussions of censorship.

Both parties beat on Russia and China while deliberately ignoring the censorship and de-platforming of real Conservatives, Nationalists and libertarians.

For example, this Blog has been shadow-banned by Google. In August, 2017 we had 173,345 page views in just one month. That has been forced down to 30,000 views now. The Nazis at Google make sure the public can't find this and other sites run by Patriots.

The Republican questions were mostly a fucking joke.

The GOP made no mention was made of all the websites and YouTube channels that are under attack, have been banned or had their finances cut off by our Silicon Valley Masters.

Why?

Simply, the open borders, big government loving GOP (like the Dems) is bought and paid for by multi-national Corporations. The GOP views these "crazy" Conservatives, Trump Nationalists and libertarians as their real enemy.

The GOP has no problem with these sites being shut down. If they did they would say something.

Also note the "Conservative" GOP never invites to testify anyone who is both forceful, articulate and with extensive first hand knowledge on internet censorship.

The list of qualified people who could testify is long:  Alex Jones, Styxhexenhammer666, Stefan Molyneux, The Red Elephants Vincent James, Outlaw Morgan, Tim Pool or Sargon of Akkad.

(Daily Signal)  -  Kathleen McKinley, a conservative blogger and political commentator for a local 
Fox station in Houston, was surprised Friday to find an email from Twitter announcing her account had been suspended.

Twitter listed two tweets that it claimed violated rules against “hateful conduct,” emails that McKinley shared with The Daily Caller News Foundation show.

In the first tweet, McKinley stated her opposition to an Obama-era rule allowing transgender troops serving in the military, which she felt the Obama-era “was normalizing a mental disorder (gender dysphoria) (called ‘distress’ now) which has no place in our military. Certainly not our $$ for surgery.”

The belief that biological males who believe they’re women shouldn’t be cleared for military 
service is well within the conservative mainstream.

McKinley’s second tweet referred to “extreme Muslim beliefs” — rather than mainstream Muslim beliefs — “that condone honor killings.”

That tweet had a specific context: McKinley’s friend Obianuju Ekeocha, an African pro-life activist, was in a Twitter debate about abortion with Bill Prady, a producer on CBS’ “The Big Bang Theory.

At issue was whether pro-lifers should support exemptions for someone who claimed a religious right to abortion. Ekeocha’s answer was no, for the same reason that she wouldn’t support a religious right to honor killings.

Prady’s response made him appear uncertain on whether he condemned religious honor killings 
(a fact he later acknowledged and called “inexcusable”).

It was in that context that McKinley replied, “Please do not pretend you know nothing about extreme Muslim beliefs that condone honor killings!!”

Ten months later Twitter ruled that tweet constituted “hateful conduct.” The company did not return TheDCNF’s request for comment.

• The Big Brother British police are arresting thousands of people for the "crime" for daring to speak their minds on the Internet.

British police are arresting nine people per day for attacks on the internet as they attempt to clamp down on hate speech online.

In some areas, this is up almost 900 percent from 2014.

The number of people detained for alleged attacks over the internet has rocketed in two years as social media allows users to verbally attack others report RT News.

“Trolling” can cause serious distress and high-profile politicians and campaigners have been targeted, as well as celebrities and ordinary people.

Last year, more than 3,300 people were detained and questioned, according to the Times.

Police in London arrested 867 people last year while West Midlands police arrested 635 suspects.

The increase in the Midlands is staggering as figures showed an 877 percent rise in the number of arrests since 2014, when 65 people were detained.

However, of these, around half of the investigations were dropped before prosecutions and campaigners have accused the police of threatening free speech.

Advocating civil liberties, people have been suggesting vile attacks over the internet should be allowed under rights to express feelings.

Home Secretary Amber Rudd announced a national police hub to combat the vitriol on the internet.

Using Freedom of Information requests, the Times found that 3,395 people across 29 forces were arrested last year under section 127 of the Communications Act 2003.

Last year 1,696 people were charged and 1,399 convicted.

Naturally both Republicans and Democrats in Washington have zero interest in defending the 1st Amendment rights of the pro-Trump media.

That plus the endless unconstitutional spying and secret courts makes you wonder if the Republic has died?  Like the the old Roman Republic are we moving away from freedom and a Constitution and into an age of authoritarianism?
