George Washington Statue Vandalized With KKK Hood, Graffiti

Fuck All Leftist Filth
Washington
The Greatest Man in History

  • For thousands of years the world knew nothing but dictatorships. Putting his life on the line George Washington overthrew the monarchy, refused a crown, established a Constitutional Republic and rejected being "President for Life". Instead Washington gave up power to become a farmer and freed his slaves.

Vandals in Chicago spray-painted a statue of George Washington overnight with messages in red paint on three sides reading, “Slave Owner!”, “Burn the Whitehouse down” and “God bless AmeriKKKa”, reported Alexis McAdams with WLS-TV, via Twitter. A white KKK hood and cloak were also placed over Washington’s head.

WMAQ-TV reported on the statue also having a white hood and cloak put on it.

“Vandals spray-painted graffiti and put a white hood on a statue of George Washington in Chicago’s Washington Park neighborhood Sunday morning. Photos from the scene show the statue, which is located in the 5500 block of South Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, with spray-painted messages scrawled on its base. Earlier in the day, a white hood and gown, likely intended as a representation of the Ku Klux Klan, had also been seen on the monument.”

“Graffiti covers the more than 100 year old George Washington statue on the Southside. Messages in red spray paint read “Slave Owner” “Burn the Whitehouse down” & “God bless AmeriKKKa” CPD investigating. Some neighbors want the statue to go, others say it’s part of history.”

Washington makes our current crop of liar, hack politicians look like the scum of the earth that they are.

"First in war, first in peace, and first in the hearts of his countrymen, he was second to none in the humble and endearing scenes of private life. Pious, just, humane, temperate, and sincere; uniform, dignified, and commanding, his example was as edifying to all around him as were the effects of that example lasting."

"Who is there that has forgotten the vales of Brandywine, the fields of Germantown, or the plains of Monmouth? Everywhere present, wants of every kind obstructing, numerous and valiant armies encountering, himself a host, he assuaged our sufferings, limited our privations, and upheld our tottering republic."

General Henry Lee III
American Revolutionary veteran. Delivered his famous eulogy on Washington before the two Houses of Congress on December 26, 1799.

Oregon residents petition to join Idaho

When you just can stand
Liberalism any more

(USA Today)  -  Frustrated by liberal policies, some Oregon residents petitioned to leave the state – by moving the border with Idaho westward.
The movement secured initial approval from two counties and aims to get enough signatures to put the proposal on ballots in November, according to the group called Greater Idaho.
If the group succeeds, voters in southeast Oregon may see a question on whether their county should become part of Idaho by redrawing the border.
“Rural counties have become increasingly outraged by laws coming out of the Oregon Legislature that threaten our livelihoods, our industries, our wallet, our gun rights, and our values,” Mike McCarter, one of the chief petitioners, said in a news release. “We tried voting those legislators out, but rural Oregon is outnumbered and our voices are now ignored. This is our last resort.”
Greater Idaho said it needs to collect about 2,400 signatures from Josephine County and about 3,000 from Douglas County to appear on the ballot.
"People here would prefer Idaho's conservative governance to the progressive/liberal current Oregon governance," Gottschalk said in a news release. "Every time I look at the Facebook group Greater Idaho, the group has gotten bigger."
Of Oregon's 36 counties, only 14 in the Willamette Valley area would remain if the group had its way. Moving the border would require approval from the U.S. Congress as well as the Idaho and Oregon Legislatures.

Bloomberg was the GOP Mayor of NYC

Michael Bloomberg got the GOP nomination for mayor three times.

  • The "Conservative" corporate media that refuses to meaningfully stand up for internet freedom of speech is now pretending to care (for ratings) about Bloomberg's remarks.

By Gary;

Sean Hannity and the other phony bought and paid for GOP boot-lickers are gleefully beating on Michael Bloomberg for remarks about throwing minorities up against the wall.

BS.  That is why for 16 years I have called myself a Constitution Federalist - not a Republican.

To that I now add I am a Trump Nationalist - not a Republican.

Most of the brainless and ball-less open borders Republicans in Congress and the corporate media have sold out the average Conservative voter for years. That is why the Trump Nationalist Movement exists.

BOTTOM LINE  -  The Republican Party is always nominating and electing assholes like Bloomberg.

There is only one difference between Bloomberg and the GOP whores in Congress.  "Conservative" Congressmen and Senators are just better at telling lies to their own supporters that they actually care about Conservative issues.

The Federalist Shadow-Banned by Google, Part IV

Mid Year Censorship Report
Google Censorship
We are eagerly Goosestepping into 1984

By Gary;

Here we are.  This Blog started publishing in 2011 - - - - before the Dark Times, Before Internet Censorship.

I was excited for years that my rather quaint, old fashioned views on freedom and the Constitution could literally reach millions and millions of people. The free internet allowed us all (Left & Right) to speak our minds.

Since 2011 The Federalist has published 9,125 articles screaming to an often deaf world the story of individual liberty and limited government.

But along came The Donald. Suddenly the Multi-National Corporations running the internet started to crack down on freedom of speech on the Right - - - the crack down on the Left will come as soon as they start attacking their Corporate Masters. Then with both the Right and Left silenced we will be "living" in the 1984 Big Brother State.

The Federalist is being censored by Big Brother Google.

I am basking in my Through Crime.

When I first read 1984 in high school never in my wildest dreams did I suspect that I would be declared a Thought Criminal.

Deep down it makes me kind of proud that the Billionaire Internet Cartels are frightened shitless by a little hobby Blog like mine.  Indeed my thoughts must be dangerous.

We badly need a modern Theodore Roosevelt to break up the Internet monopolies if anything resembling freedom is to continue to exist.

The Right and now even the Left is getting censored by Google, YouTube, Facebook and more.  And naturally the do-nothing "Conservative" GOP is silent as the free speech of Conservatives is being strangled.

I started this little Hobby Blog back in 2011 to talk about freedom and Constitutional Federalism in a world that increasingly worships Big Brother. Well I must have hit a nerve. We shot past 4 million page view this year often hitting 3,000 to 5,000 pages viewed daily. In August, 2017 we peaked with 173,345 views in just one month.

Then overnight page views of my Blog fell like a rock.  Fallen to ultra low levels I have not seen in years.

Shadow-Banning they call it.  They are not censoring Conservative sites.  Google. Facebook etc. just make sure that no one can ever find us.

Both Democrat and Republican political hacks and their lap dog media are silent.

One wonders in the dead of night if there is anyone left out there who cares.  Is the Republic dead?  Is all we are seeing is the twitching of a still warm corpse?

I hope not, but I fear the worst.

I have no choice but to fight on.  The shame of it all is the bought and paid for whores in Congress. Like Rome of old - - - they watch the Republic burn while feeding at the trough of corruption.

Mark Levin: US Senate Has No Purpose Since Adoption of 17th Amendment

Mark Levin is Wrong Again

“Ambition must be made to counteract ambition.”
James Madison

Federalist Papers Nos. 10 and 51

  • Ratings mean everything.  Never Trumper Mark Levin blasts the Senate for not supporting Trump. Unless you want to lose your radio audience you now need to look like you support Trump even if it means opposing the Constitution.
  • Sorry Mark but the Founders allowed for amendments to the Constitution like allowing Blacks and women to vote etc. Direct elections of Senators is a fact of life. Deal with it.
  • As usual Levin misses a major point of the Constitution - the division of power to help prevent dictatorships. An independent Senate has specific Constitutional rolls to play.

(CNS News)  -  On his nationally syndicated radio talk show Monday, host Mark Levin blasted the Senate for its reluctance to confirm Mike Pompeo as Secretary of State, suggesting that the U.S. Senate has no purpose since the adoption of the 17th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

“[W]hat is the purpose of the United States Senate?” asked Mark Levin. “Once the 17th Amendment was adopted and senators were elected directly as opposed to from state legislatures, what is the purpose of the United States Senate? They say it’s the most deliberative body. It’s not the most deliberative body. They don’t debate amendments to bills. They didn’t even debate the spending bill six weeks ago, five weeks ago. The United States Senate has no purpose since the 17th Amendment.”

Below is a transcript of Levin’s comments from his show on Monday evening:
“To attempt to deny a president his nominee for secretary of state, the oldest cabinet position, makes me call into question – and I’m going to tell you this quite seriously – what is the purpose of the United States Senate? Once the 17th Amendment was adopted and senators were elected directly as opposed to from state legislatures, what is the purpose of the United States Senate? They say it’s the most deliberative body. It’s not the most deliberative body. They don’t debate amendments to bills. They didn’t even debate the spending bill six weeks ago, five weeks ago. The United States Senate has no purpose since the 17th Amendment.
“The initial purpose of the United States Senate was to represent the views of the states. The Framers of the Constitution set up this bicameral body: The House of Representatives, directly elected every two years, every member – there’s your democracy – and the United States Senate to represent the priorities of the states.

“Today these senators go in any direction they want to. Most of them spend their time in the Senate positioning themselves for higher office, president or vice president. Others decide to make a career of it and stay there 30, 40 years.
“None of this would be taking place if the states could function through the Congress as was intended by the Framers.
“So, the states have no say in the federal government or in federal legislation, no say.
“And the Senate is the most bizarre institution of any institution of governance. It doesn’t really have a purpose in my view.”

The Senate
Dividing Power to Protect Freedom

kk
James Madison said, “Ambition must be made to counteract ambition.”

As new Republics established themselves one of their first acts was to follow Madison's advice and divide legislative power into two branches: a lower and an upper house to try and prevent a concentration of power.
jj
The Senate of Brazil is a good example. Their Senate is comprised of 81 seats. Three Senators from each of the 26 states and three Senators from the Federal District are elected on a majority basis to serve eight-year terms. Elections are staggered so that two-thirds of the upper house is up for election at one time and the remaining one-third four years later. When one seat is up for election in each State, each voter casts one vote for the Senate; when two seats are up for election, each voter casts two votes

Thank You - The Federalist Hits 4 Million Page Views

Over 4 million page views by
The Federalist
Since 2011 we have published nearly 8,000 stories

By Gary;

Somewhere in this 24 hour period The Federalist Blog will shoot past the 4,000,000 page view mark.

I am still shocked by the growth of this little hobby Blog of mine.

The Federalist was started way back in May, 2011.  I had this crazy idea of trying to cover the news from a Constitutional Federalist point of view . . . a point of view that has become nearly extinct in the modern American political system that worships Big Brother more than George Washington.

This is not The Drudge Report with its billions of page views. This is only a little hobby Blog of mine to scream out to an often deaf world the ideas of Constitutional Liberty.

I figured that few would care and even fewer would come back a second time.  I was wrong.

Back in May, 2011 we stared with a "massive" 834 page views for the month. But even that number staggered me considering the rather primitive nature of the site.

By July, 2011 we had jumped up to 5,413 page views for the month. By February, 2012 we had shot up to 27,220 page views. We have only grown from there.

In August, 2017 we hit another high reaching 173,345 page views for the month.

For the growth of this Blog thank yous go to Comrade Obama and the open borders big government loving Republican Party. Without both of these bands of loons I would not have a fraction of the material I need to publish.

Today we see the battle between Trump Nationalists and the corrupt open borders Oligarchs of the GOP and Democrats.

So where do we go from here? I don't know. All I do know is the madness of man never ends. The Donald will try to bring some sanity back to government only to be opposed by "friends" and enemies alike.

What I do promise is to be there for our regular and irregular readers alike.

2017 - The Year From Hell
An open alliance between Leftists and
the GOP to destroy Trump Nationalism

The election year of 2016 was bad. We saw virtually the entire "Conservative" Republican Party either sit on their hands or openly root for the corrupt Hildabeast. Only the rank and file Conservatives wanted Trump.

January 20th proved nothing changed. This last year we saw a battle between the few Trump Nationalists out there against an alliance of the corrupt open borders Oligarchs of the GOP and Leftist Democrats.

From day one the GOP run Congress deliberately held endless Russia hearings in attempts to entrap and jail Trump, his family and his supporters.

But it gets worse. All year we saw Traitor Republicans protect Mueller's corrupt investigation that gets its marching orders direct from the DNC.

Judge Jeanine Pirro said there is a "subtle Republican plot" to bring down Trump and install another establishment Republican president similar to George Bush or like warmonger Sen. John McCain. Personally I don't think the plot is all that subtle. GOP officeholders openly piss on our President and his Nationalist supporters at every opportunity.

There was one ray of hope in 2017. The GOP was finally shamed into acting on taxes after dragging their feet kicking and screaming all year on issue after issue.
.
So where do we go from here?

I don't know. All I do know is the madness of man never ends. The Donald will try to bring some sanity back to government only to be opposed by "Conservative friends" and Leftist enemies alike.

What I do promise is to be there for our readers and speak up for Freedom and American Nationalism.

How the 17th Amendment Ruined the Senate

The Constitutional Convention

Direct Election of Senators
Government of, by and for the Oligarchs

  • The Constitution as created by Alexander Hamilton's Federalist Party was destroyed in 1913 by allowing the direct election of Senators by voters rather than by state legislatures.
  • Now Senators no longer represent their state. Instead they are little more that the bought and paid for tools of one or another unelected Oligarch Wall Street faction.
  • It is even worse in the House. Districts have grown so large and only millionaires or those accepting millions in special interest cash have any chance of getting elected.

(Tenth Amendment Center)  -  With the Graham-Cassidy healthcare bill to repeal Obamacare flaming out, not even getting a vote, one might wonder whether it was a lousy bill or if something else were amiss. As the bill seemed like pretty decent legislation, its failure to get a vote may be due to what the U.S. Senate has become.

Today’s Senate is populated with careerists: professional politicians. Such politicians can be more attuned to the interests of their donors than to those of their constituents. . . .

If you don’t like that your U.S. senators are breaking their promises to you, then you might start blaming yourself, because with the 17th Amendment in 1913 we started electing U.S. senators by popular vote. You, dear voter, have been sending the same people back to Congress year after year, to the point that we’ve actually had a senator or two whose age was in excess of 100. It’s as though the Senate were an episode of Survivor.
If you think that the 17th Amendment was a mistake that should be repealed, then you’re probably going to need to convene the states, as provided for by Article V, because there’s little chance that sitting congressmen are going to initiate an amendment to repeal the 17th. Good luck.
The original character of the Senate and the intent of the Founders was laid out in The Federalist in Nos. 62, 63, 64,65, 66, 75, and 76. In Federalist No. 62 we read:
In this spirit it may be remarked, that the equal vote allowed to each State is at once a constitutional recognition of the portion of sovereignty remaining in the individual States, and an instrument for preserving that residuary sovereignty. […]
Another advantage accruing from this ingredient in the constitution of the Senate is, the additional impediment it must prove against improper acts of legislation. No law or resolution can now be passed without the concurrence, first, of a majority of the people, and then, of a majority of the States.
So the House of Representatives is the People’s house, and the Senate is the house of “the several States.” But that was before the passage of the 17th Amendment, which changed the character of the Senate. Now, U.S. senators answer to the People, not their state legislatures. On Obamacare repeal, Sen. McCain is at odds with his State and its residents.

Arizona has experienced Obamacare premium hikes of more than 100 percent, but Sen. McCain is more interested in “process,” “regular order,” and some ethereal bipartisanship (with the Hun, no less) than he is in getting a little relief to his constituents in Arizona.
Democrats often bemoan the money in politics. If U.S. senators were elected by state legislatures, wouldn’t there much less of a need for campaign money. The 17th Amendment was a mistake and should be repealed because it changed the character of the Senate. Senators are now “freelancers,” and don’t need to worry about the wrath of the voters until just before the next election. The U.S. Senate has become a club, and it’s a club that isn’t very responsive to the folks. Their job in life is first to raise money for their reelection campaigns, and second to make laws for the rest of us to live by, laws that don’t apply to U.S. senators.
The repeal of the 17th might also contain the right of state legislatures to recall their senators if they aren’t voting in the interests of their state. With such a recall mechanism, Sens. Collins and McCain could be relieved of their duties for their opposition to Graham-Cassidy by their state legislatures. In recent years, several states have been underrepresented because their senator had suffered an aneurysm, stroke, or brain cancer. But there’s no mechanism to replace them, so the state suffers. The 25th Amendment (Section 4) allows us to relieve of his duties a president who is “unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office,” but we have no such avenue for incapacitated senators. Recall by state legislatures would also be useful for senators who are just too old, like Strom Thurmond.
If you’d like your state legislature to be able to ensure that you’re fully represented in the Senate by being able to recall and replace ailing senators, then you’ll most likely need to convene the states by way of Article V because sitting senators will likely never approve of such a thing. Good Luck.
There needs to be a great deal more turnover and churn in the Senate. For the last 104 years, since the ratification of the 17th Amendment, the low rate of turnover has been largely due to voters; they send the same people back to D.C. election after election. They do this because their senators “bring home the bacon,” and give them “free stuff.” But the Senate has become dysfunctional, swampy, and corrupt, (see Bob Menendez). Because the amendment avenue for fixing the Senate is so daunting, it is left to you, dear voter, to change that body. And the way to do that is to throw the careerist bums out in the caucuses and primaries.
In 1787, the Founders gave us a stable, sound, and solid system, but the tinkering and tweaks since haven’t always improved that system. By not even proceeding to debate on Graham-Cassidy, it may be time to retire this description of the U.S. Senate: “The world’s greatest deliberative body.”

Leftists try to shut down school immigration debate

Which is Worse?

  • Pick one. Which is worse?  1) Leftist thug students shutting down freedom of speech or 2) so-called "adult" school administrators caving to these thugs like a bunch of pussies.

(Campus Reform)  -  Seattle University's law school has pulled its sponsorship of a slated debate over illegal immigration in fear exposing students to “painful” conservative viewpoints.
According to Bloomberg Law, the event was originally co-hosted by the school’s Federalist Society, a nationwide conservative organization that aims to promote the originalist interpretation of the U.S. Constitution, and the school’s Access to Justice Institute.
The goal of the debate was to examine the deferred action for childhood arrivals (DACA) program, a project created under President Obama that is presently under review by the Trump administration.
The topic of the debate, however, sparked a wave of backlash from more than 200 angry students, who signed an online petition urging the school to cancel the debate.
"We refuse to sit by and let hateful xenophobic and anti-immigrant rhetoric be a part of the culture/message/speech of Seattle University School of Law and Seattle University as a whole," read the original petition, as reported by The Washington Free Beacon.
“We demand the school act on behalf of its undocumented students, and instead of co-sponsoring programming which is harmful to them, they should foster an environment which is safe for them and for everyone else on campus,” the letter added.
Following the petition last week, law school dean Annette Clark announced that the institution would no longer sponsor the debate as part of its “Social Justice Monday” series. Instead, Clark said that the event will “go forward under the sole sponsorship of the Federalist Society.”
According to Bloomberg, Clark further explained that Trump’s policy on DACA “generated great fear within vulnerable immigrant communities and has caused real harm, making discussions of immigration policy that include a conservative viewpoint even more painful and anxiety- and anger-producing for those individuals and families who are at risk (and for their allies).”
“In other words, we should have taken into account the historical moment in which this program was going to be presented as a Social Justice Monday and what that would mean to marginalized individuals in our community,” she added.
