(Infowars)  Disturbing video from Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL) shows a group of migrants tucked away in a hidden room guarded by a U.S. service member.

Republican state Sen. Colton Moore, who is the vice chairman of the Georgia Freedom Caucus, took video shared by the Daily Caller News Foundation showing a hidden room at ATL full of illegal aliens from around the world and volunteers of Team Libertad guarded by a uniformed soldier.

Moore said an Atlanta airport “whistleblower” tipped him off about the clandestine makeshift migrant shelter by the terminals, and claimed he noticed an uptick of migrants traveling through the airport in recent months.

“We’re all getting them flights to where they need to be,” a man who identified himself as a Team Libertad volunteer says in the video. “These are just recently documented travelers getting released from ICE [Immigration and Customs Enforcement] getting to where they need to be.”

“There’s people that, they get dropped off here from ICE detention with no help,” the man added.

Moore said that the uniformed soldier — whose military branch affiliation was not established — tried to stop him from filming when he began recording the migrants.

“The room was absolutely packed with people from every continent on this planet,” Moore told the DCNF. “When I took my phone and reached it up above the guy to get a better view of all the illegals in the room, that’s when chaos broke out. That’s when the U.S. Army guy took the phone.”

Last Thursday, the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works reported legislation (the Prove It Act) that sets the stage and lays the foundation to impose a carbon dioxide tax on American families, workers, and consumers.

This new energy tax was voted out of committee 14-5, with four Republicans — Senator Kevin Cramer (from North Dakota, an energy producing state), Senator John Boozman (Arkansas), Senator Graham (South Carolina), and, most inexplicably, Senator Cynthia Lummis (from Wyoming, another state that produces energy) — joining ten Democrats to create this new tax.

Five Republicans, led by Senator Capito from West Virginia, voted against the new energy tax.

Like all energy taxes, this one will fall hardest on the poor, the elderly, those on fixed incomes, and local institutions that have limited budgets, like schools and hospitals.

The legislation sponsors, which include Senator Cramer, have tried to disguise the actual intention of the legislation — which is to increase the price of energy and everything grown, made, or transported with energy in an attempt to address global warming — with propaganda about being tough on our trade competitors, including China.

A spokesman for the Texas Department of Public Safety ripped the Biden administration for ordering Border Patrol agents to cut a fence on the border.

Republican Gov. Greg Abbott of Texas posted video of the agents appearing to cut a barbed-wire fence and lowering a rope for some illegal immigrants Wednesday, saying the Biden administration ordered the agents to do so and that he had directed the National Guard to rebuild the barrier. 

“This is something we have seen before, Border Patrol agents cutting the concertina wire that we have placed as a state as a deterrent to try to prevent illegal border crossings. This is not the fault of the border patrol agents. The field agents are doing tremendous work under just challenging circumstances but they are getting orders from the administration to do this,” Lt. Chris Olivarez told Fox News host Laura Ingraham as she replayed the video Abbott posted. “And it puts these agents in a predicament now where they are being forced by the administration to go against what they completely signed up for, and that is to protect our borders and to focus on criminal activity, not to cut concertina wire and allow mass illegal immigration into our state, especially in Texas.”

Abbott said Thursday that National Guardsmen were in Eagle Pass, Texas, replacing the concertina wire that had been removed.

(WND)  -  William J. Burns, who is President Joe Biden’s nominee for director of the CIA, is president of a think tank that has received up to $2 million from a Chinese businessman as well as from a think tank with close ties to the Chinese Communist Party.

As president of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, Burns also invited nearly a dozen congressional staffers to attend a junket to China, where they met with a communist party operative and a president of a Chinese front group.

Burns, who was paid $540,580 last year as president of Carnegie, will appear before the Senate Intelligence Committee for a confirmation hearing likely to be held this month. He has been president of Carnegie since March 2015.

During Burns’ tenure at Carnegie, a businessman named Zhang Yichen joined the think tank’s board of trustees.

“We are very fortunate to have Zhang Yichen on our board,” Burns, a former deputy secretary of state, said in a statement in October 2016. “I look forward to working with him to make Carnegie an even finer institution.”

Zhang, the CEO of CITIC Consulting, a China-based investment firm, donated between $500,000 and $999,999 to Carnegie from July 1, 2017, through June 30, 2018, according to Carnegie’s website. He gave between $250,000 and $549,999 in the 2020 fiscal year, according to Carnegie’s 2020 annual report.

Zhang is a member of two organizations linked to the Chinese Communist Party, according to his biography at CITIC Capital: the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and the Center for China and Globalization.

CPPCC is an advisory group for the Chinese Communist Party that is affiliated with China’s united front system, which promotes Chinese government initiatives abroad.

It is described on the website of one Chinese embassy as “a united front organization under the leadership of the Communist Party of China and an organ for various other political parties, mass organizations and personages of various social circles to take part in the running of the state.”

Warren’s plan calls for the creation of a Justice Department task force to investigate and prosecute corruption and immigration “violations” committed by the Trump administration. This plan is hatched while the Democrats/media excuse the Biden corruption entirely.

Warren threw red meat to her fascist followers.

She is promising to persecute Trump officials.

According to National Review Warren promises to go after the Trump administration.

The Massachusetts senator says she will move to establish a task force to probe whether Trump officials broke any “federal bribery laws, insider trading laws, and other anti-corruption and public integrity laws” during their time in office.

Warren also proposed a DOJ task force to investigate possible violations of law committed in the course of enacting the Trump administration’s immigration agenda.

Democrats in her comment section cheered the plan to get back at Trump officials.

(Daily Caller)  -  President Donald Trump is poised to end 2017 without announcing nominees for over 200 positions requiring Senate confirmation.

“A lot of those jobs, I don’t want to appoint, because they’re unnecessary to have,” Trump told Fox News in February when there were over 600 senior positions lacking nominees. “You know, we have so many people in government, even me. I look at some of the jobs and it’s people over people over people. I say, ‘What do all these people do?’ You don’t need all those jobs.”

Trump’s position has remained consistent.

“The President has said before he doesn’t think that every single position in the government needs to be filled. He’s going to cut back on some of those positions,” White House press secretary Sarah Sanders said during a recent press briefing.

The lack of nominees, however, means that career bureaucrats and some Obama appointees currently hold these senior positions. The State Department’s undersecretary of political affairs, for example, is Thomas Shannon, a career diplomat who was nominated for the role by former President Barack Obama.

The Washington Post and the Partnership for Public Service, a nonpartisan organization, have determined that there are 249 Senate-confirmable positions lacking nominees.

A former Republican presidential personnel official, speaking on condition of anonymity, told The Daily Caller that Trump’s lack of nominees isn’t necessarily a bad thing.

“It’s not as if these big federal agencies aren’t full of people, the question is are they implementing the president’s agenda or is it business as usual,” the former official said, adding that he hopes lower level political appointees are “providing oversight or performing the functions.”

“When you look at State, Secretary Tillerson is reviewing how the whole building works so I can understand a hesitation to fill roles if you plan to do a big re-org,” the official noted.

. . . . A former Republican White House official insisted that the “leviathan” of the federal government would still undermine Trump even with people in these roles.

“The federal government is full of very nice people who take their jobs seriously who, by in large, have no interest in #MAGA as the president has envisioned it, and can gum up the works,” the former Republican White House official said. “Just because you have not appointed a director to some small agency does not mean that agency disappears. It is still full of career staff spending money and making decisions.”

(Breitbart)  -  The chairman of the House Oversight Committee demanded late Tuesday that the FBI turn over all documents relating to communications between former FBI Director James Comey and President Trump — after warning that he has his “subpoena pen ready.”

Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-UT) wrote to acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe in the wake of a New York Times report on parts of a memo by Comey claiming that Trump asked him to end the investigation into former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn.

In his letter to McCabe, Chaffetz says that the memo raises questions “as to whether the President attempted to influence or impede the FBI’s investigation as it relates to Lt. Gen. Flynn.”

He then requests the FBI provide by May 24, “all memoranda, notes, summaries, and recordings referring to or relating to any communications between Comey and the President.”

In a tweet before the letter became public, Chaffetz promised that the committee will get the memo, “if it exists” and warned: “I have my subpoena pen ready.”

In a blog post for Foreign Policy magazine, Rosa Brooks, a former Obama administration official, outlined four ways to “get rid” of President Trump, including declaring him mentally unfit for command or carrying out a military coup.

Brooks is a Schwartz senior fellow at the New America Foundation, which is funded by billionaire George Soros’s Open Society Foundations. She served from 2009-2011 as Counselor to the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy and served as a senior adviser at Obama’s State Department.

Her posting is titled “3 Ways to Get Rid of President Trump Before 2020,” although the piece actually outlines four ways….

• Elect him out of office after his four-year term. “But after such a catastrophic first week, four years seems like a long time to wait,” she wrote.
• Impeachment. However, she lamented, “impeachments take time: months, if not longer — even with an enthusiastic Congress. And when you have a lunatic controlling the nuclear codes, even a few months seems like a perilously long time to wait.”
• Utilizing a claim of mental instability to invoke the 25th Amendment of the Constitution, which sets the path for the commander-in-chief’s removal if the “president is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office.”
• A military coup. She writes: “The fourth possibility is one that until recently I would have said was unthinkable in the United States of America: a military coup, or at least a refusal by military leaders to obey certain orders.”
