Obama attacks the Supreme Court

Authoritarianism  -  Obama attacks the Constitution and the Supreme Court. What else is new?

  • Our Dear Leader attacks the Court saying it would be "unprecedented" to overturn Obamacare.
  • If you tell a Big Lie often enough then the simpleminded among us will believe it.
  • Obama joins Presidents from Jefferson on who have attacked the independence of the Supreme Court.

Comrade Barack Obama took an opening shot at conservative justices on the Supreme Court on Monday, warning that a rejection of his sweeping healthcare law would be an act of "judicial activism" that Republicans say they abhor.

"And I'd just remind conservative commentators that, for years, what we have heard is, the biggest problem on the bench was judicial activism, or a lack of judicial restraint, that an un-elected group of people would somehow overturn a duly constituted and passed law," said Dear Leader Comrade Obama.

"Ultimately, I am confident that the Supreme Court will not take what would be an unprecedented, extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress," Obama said at a news conference with the leaders of Canada and Mexico.

See our article:  THE FEDERALIST - "Only the Supreme Court stands between us and Dictatorship."

Our Federalist Founding Fathers knew full well the greed for ultimate power that can consume a man.  That is why they divided Federal power so many ways.

Presidents from Jefferson to Jackson to Wilson to FDR to Obama have pushed hard against the bill of Rights and the Constitution.  Each political party has taken their turn in attacking the Court and/or that "outdated" Constitution that just gets in the way of governing.

This time around it is the Democrats attacking the "evil" and un-elected Court.  (Never mind this is what the Founders wanted.)  In past years is was the Republicans attacking the "evil" un-elected Court for daring to say separate is not equal, that citizens should be advised of their rights by the police etc.

A far from perfect institution, the Courts is all we have between us the the political power grabs by hacks and liars calling themselves our leaders.

"John Marshall has made his decision; now let him enforce it!".
- - - Andrew Jackson

President Andrew Jackson ignored the Supreme Court, stole the land of the American Indians in the South and  forced them on the Trail of Tears where thousands died.  From Caesar to Obama, leaders of nations often think they are Gods and eagerly violate their Constitutions.

FDR's Democrat Justice Department lied to the Supreme Court.

Big Brother Concentration Camps, confiscation of

private property and racial identity cards.  The only
thing missing was a final solution plan.

THE FEDERALIST - "FDR Lied to the Supreme Court"

The signing of the Constitution of the United States.
The Constitution.  The only thing standing between us and dictatorship.
