Sex offender lived with girlfriend's corpse for 2 months

Las Vegas police said that a registered sex offender lived with the corpse of his girlfriend for two months after he killed her, and he told them he was afraid she might return from the dead.

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department said in a release that officers responded Wednesday to a call reporting a murdered woman at an address on Railroad River Avenue.

Police said they found the remains of Beverly Ma in a closet and that she "appeared to have been deceased for an extended period of time."

They identified 31-year-old George Anthony Bone as a suspect. Ma had known him from the high school they both attended and had moved in with him recently. He was arrested and charged with murder after being booked into the Clark County Detention Center.

Bone allegedly told police that Ma had died in May. Court documents said that he told investigators he had placed a cooler outside of the closet so that he could be alerted if Ma rose from the dead, like he had seen in the movies.

"Bone went about living at the house with Beverly deceased in the upstairs closet for the next two months and began ordering several items on Beverly's Amazon account using her funds for his own gain," police said.

GOP Governor supports “child sex changes”

After 20 states and counting passed legislation to prohibit the transgender mutilation of children, Nevada, under the leadership of Republican Gov. Joe Lombardo, just passed a law requiring insurance companies to pay for minors to get sex changes.

As long as the body butchery is "recommended by a psychologist, psychiatrist or other mental health professional," as well as by a physician, children in Nevada are now allowed to get their genitals sliced and their hormones wrecked for free, all thanks to Lombardo.

Massive conservative outcry over Lombardo's decision to sign the legislation prompted him to issue a statement claiming that its provisions are somehow not as ghastly as they truly are.

"I implore people to read the bill in its entirety," Lombardo told a reporter about the matter. "And you will see it's not as draconian or detrimental or immoral as people are portraying it to be."

Democratic state Sen. Melanie Scheible, conversely, was overjoyed by Lombardo signing the bill, suggesting that this is a major win for the LGBT lobby and its quest to mutilate as many children as it can get its hands on.

"At a time when states across the country are passing draconian laws to restrict trans and nonbinary people's right to exist, Nevada is doing the opposite," Scheible announced proudly.

Democrats Sent 223,000 Ballots to "Wrong" Addresses

We Are Being Royally Fucked
  • There is a Marxist Revolution in the streets, in Silicon Valley and in the Democrat Party.
  • Meanwhile the GOP looks like a convention of undertakers with no clue what is happening and no desire to say or do anything meaningful defend our freedoms.

More than one-sixth of the mail-in ballots sent to voters in Nevada’s largest county during the 2020 primary went to outdated addresses, according to a new watchdog report.
The Public Interest Legal Foundation, an election integrity group, reviewed the 1.3 million mail-in ballots Nevada’s Clark County sent during the June primary. It found that more than 223,000 of the ballots were sent to outdated addresses, leading the postal service to designate them as “undeliverable.” The undeliverable ballots accounted for 17 percent of all ballots mailed to registered voters. Nearly 75 percent of Nevada’s total population resides in the county, which includes Las Vegas.
“These numbers show how vote by mail fails,” said J. Christian Adams, PILF’s president and general counsel. “New proponents of mail balloting don’t often understand how it actually works. States like Oregon and Washington spent many years building their mail voting systems and are notably aggressive with voter list maintenance efforts. Pride in their own systems does not somehow transfer across state lines. Nevada, New York, and others are not and will not be ready for November.”

Feds try to kill Burning Man Festival

Is there anything the Feds can't fuck up?

  • The big government assholes running the BLM write a 372 page "report" on Burning Man - - - a harmless 30 plus year festival where people go to just have fun.
  • It frightens prick bureaucrats that folks can peacefully gather to have fun without first licking the Jack Boots of their Big Brother Masters.

(SF Gate)  -  Burning Man organizers are pleading with festival-goers to write to the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and urge them to reconsider a number of new requirements for the festival.
In March, BLM released a 372-page draft version of the annual Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) that required the festival to take a number of new measures to remain in compliance with the  National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
These requirements include reducing the amount of light pollution at night, providing more dumpsters inside of the city and along Gate Road for the festival's 80,000 participants, and paying for the maintenance of County Road 34, which takes participants to the entrance.
"Some of BLM's proposals are in direct conflict with our community's core principles and would forever negatively change the fabric of the Burning Man event, if not outright kill it," festival organizers wrote in March.
There is no shortage of volunteers to take the security shift at Burning Man.

On Thursday, Burning Man staff asked Burners and other people interested in the annual festival at Black Rock City to write to the Bureau of Land Management, since organizers believe the new requirements would "spell the end of the event as we know it."
"The Draft EIS does not adequately factor in the astronomical cost increases and beyond-excessive government oversight associated with BLM's requirements," organizers wrote. "It does not adequately factor in our operational track record or expertise and proposes instead to increase federal government agency operations exponentially in order to take over or 'monitor' our operations."
On requiring the presence of dumpsters, organizers wrote, "Leaving No Trace has been one of our core principles for over 30 years, and is the bedrock of our ethos of Radical Self-reliance: we pack everything in and pack everything out. Our community's resounding success in this area is largely due to the fact that there are no trash cans (or dumpsters) on playa, so participants must rely on themselves to Leave No Trace."
They continue, "Our history has proven that if you emphasize the LNT ethic and don't offer on-site waste removal support resources, people won't come to expect the organizing entity to handle their other needs as well. This is part of what pulls community together."
Burning Man organizers also took aim at BLM requiring private security to screen vehicles, participants, vendors, contractors, staff and volunteers entering the event for drugs and illegal weapons.
"This BLM requirement constitutes search and seizure without just cause — the 'probable cause' in this case is solely and exclusively the fact that a participant is going to Burning Man, and we believe this would constitute a violation of the 4th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution," they wrote.
Festival organizers estimated the additions to the Burning Man event would cost nearly $10 million a year and that the cost of tickets could be raised as a result. "BLM would benefit financially from these increased expenses," the group wrote, pointing out that BLM takes a percentage of Burning Man's gross revenue already — which the Reno Gazette-Journal noted was a 3-percent use fee.
Further, the Burning Man organizers already compensate for labor and operations performed by BLM staff, a cost recovery fee that the Gazette-Journal reported reached $2.5 million in 2017.

Democrat Accuses Joe Biden of Sexual Harassment and “Inappropriate Touching”

(Gateway Pundit)  -  A former Nevada lawmaker accused groping Joe Biden of creepin’ on her with an inappropriate kiss when he campaigned for her in 2014.

Lucy Flores, the former Democrat nominee for Nevada Lieutenant Governor, accused Biden of an inappropriate encounter in a piece she wrote Friday in “The Cut” titled, “An Awkward Kiss Changed How I Saw Joe Biden.”

Flores, then 35, stated then-Vice President Joe Biden reached out to her campaign to help her team and other Democrats in Nevada to help boost voter turn out shortly before the election.

Ms. Flores described how she was standing in a ‘holding room for speakers’ preparing to go on stage at an event in Las Vegas just days before the November election when Biden groped her — the young Democrat hopeful said she was in total shock and mortified over the incident.
As I was taking deep breaths and preparing myself to make my case to the crowd, I felt two hands on my shoulders. I froze. “Why is the vice-president of the United States touching me?”
I felt him get closer to me from behind. He leaned further in and inhaled my hair. I was mortified. I thought to myself, “I didn’t wash my hair today and the vice-president of the United States is smelling it. And also, what in the actual fuck? Why is the vice-president of the United States smelling my hair?” He proceeded to plant a big slow kiss on the back of my head. My brain couldn’t process what was happening. I was embarrassed. I was shocked. I was confused. There is a Spanish saying, “tragame tierra,” it means, “earth, swallow me whole.” I couldn’t move and I couldn’t say anything. I wanted nothing more than to get Biden away from me. My name was called and I was never happier to get on stage in front of an audience.
Joe Biden was supposed to be there to promote her, instead, Flores said he made her feel “uneasy, gross and confused.”
“The vice-president of the United States of America had just touched me in an intimate way reserved for close friends, family, or romantic partners — and I felt powerless to do anything about it,” Flores wrote.
Imagine you’re at work and a male colleague who you have no personal relationship with approaches you from behind, smells your hair, and kisses you on the head. Now imagine it’s the CEO of the company. If Biden and I worked together in a traditional office, I would have complained to the HR department, but on the campaign trail, there’s no clear path for what to do when a powerful man crosses the line. In politics, you shrug it off, smile for the cameras, and get back to the task of trying to win your race.
Flores said she told a few of her staff about Biden’s touchy feely grope session, but didn’t plan on telling anyone else — he was the Vice President of the United States, she said, so she moved on with her life.

Police State is Beaten - Cliven Bundy a Free Man

A Blow Against the Police State

  • As usual almost all of the "small government" Republican officials ran deep into the hills to get as far away from the Bundy Ranch as humanly possible.  As the Bill of Rights was being crapped on in full view of the world the GOP was silent.
  • A Obama appointed judge attacks the Police State proving that lifetime appointments can help create independent judges.

(Washington Times)  -  Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy could have spent the rest of his life in jail, but instead he walked away Monday a free man, the case against him and his sons thrown out over what the judge decried as “outrageous” misconduct by federal prosecutors.
In a stunning rebuke, U.S. District Court Chief Judge Gloria Navarro scolded the prosecution for violating the due process rights of the four defendants — Cliven Bundy, his sons Ammon and Ryan, and Ryan Payne — and dismissed the case “with prejudice,” meaning they cannot be retried on felony conspiracy and firearms charges stemming from the 2014 Nevada standoff.
“The court finds that the universal sense of justice has been violated,” said Judge Navarro, appointed to the bench by President Barack Obama in 2010, as reported by the Arizona Republic.
Wearing a cream-colored cowboy hat, the 71-year-old Bundy was greeted by cheers from dozens of well-wishers as he emerged from the federal courthouse in Las Vegas with his arm around his wife, Carol Bundy.
Corruptus in Extremis
The corrupt Harry Reid Machine was in bed with the fucking Chinese Communists to steal land and build solar farms on Bundy's land.
.
But most disgusting of all is the then Republican Governor Brian Sandoval and then GOP Senator Dean Heller must have been in on the fix because they were totally fucking silent as the rights of Americans were being openly raped to pay off the Communist Chinese.

“How am I feeling? Well, I tell you, I’ve got my sweetheart beside me and I’m feeling pretty good,” said Mr. Bundy in video posted by KSNV-TV in Las Vegas. “I’m not used to being free, let’s put it that way. I’ve been a political prisoner for right at 700 days today.”
He insisted, “I come in this courtroom an innocent man, and I leave an innocent man.”
The dismissal brought a dramatic close to the high-profile case three weeks after Judge Navarro declared a mistrial, citing the prosecution’s willful withholding of evidence related to the armed standoff with the Bureau of Land Management at the Bundy ranch near Bunkerville.
The decision also comes as the latest and most devastating in a series of failures for the Justice Department in its ongoing battle against the Bundys and their supporters in trials in Nevada and Oregon.
In October 2016, an Oregon jury acquitted Ammon and Ryan Bundy, as well as five others, on felony conspiracy and firearms charges from their 41-day armed occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge.
Ammon and Ryan Bundy were also released on Monday, but Ryan Payne of Montana is expected to be transported to Portland, Oregon, for sentencing after entering a guilty plea for his role in the takeover.
Dayle Elieson, who took over as interim U.S. Attorney for Nevada on Friday, released a brief statement that gave no hint as to how the Justice Department would respond to the prosecutorial misconduct.
“We respect the Court’s ruling and will make a determination about the next appropriate steps,” she said in a statement.
Supporters of Cliven Bundy fly the flag.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions ordered an expert examination of the case on Dec. 20, the day Judge Navarro declared a mistrial, but the department has yet to release the results of the review.
Four more defendants await trial in Nevada
Also unclear is how prosecutors will proceed with the final phase of the three-tier trial in Nevada.
Four more men are scheduled to go on trial, the last of the 19 men charged with multiple felony counts for their roles in the standoff, which saw hundreds of Bundy backers descend on the ranch after BLM agents attempted to impound 400 head of cattle.
The BLM responded by cancelling the operation, triggered by Cliven Bundy’s longstanding refusal to pay about $1 million in grazing fees and fines to the federal government in a protest against public-lands policy.
In the first trial, which began in February, the judge was forced to declare a mistrial after the jury deadlocked on most charges against the six defendants. Two were found guilty of weapons and obstruction counts.

The four others were retried, resulting in the jury acquitting two defendants on all charges and the other two on most counts, but deadlocking on other charges. Six other participants have entered into plea deals.
The trial’s third tier is expected to begin next month, but Ryan Bundy said he wanted to see the judge free remaining defendants, who include two more Bundy brothers, David and Melvin.
“The government has acted wrongly from the get-go,” Ryan Bundy told the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
Judge Navarro admonished the government for “flagrant prosecutorial misconduct” and withholding “potentially exculpatory” evidence, including FBI logs on surveillance and sniper activity, threat-assessment reports indicating that the Bundys were not dangerous, and internal reports about misconduct involving BLM agents.
Outside the courthouse, Cliven Bundy said that he had a “15-second defense: I grazed my cattle only on Clark County, Nevada, land, and I have no contract with the federal government.”
He criticized local government officials, including the Clark County sheriff, asking why they allowed federal officers to “come in with an army against us and stick their guns down our throat?”
“Am I mad at the federal government? I am not mad at the federal government,” said Mr. Bundy. “I am mad at my local government that’s supposed to protect my life, liberty and property. My county commissioners, my governor and my county sheriff.”
Ian C. Bartrum, professor at the University of Nevada Las Vegas law school, said he was struck by the judge’s reproof, noting that “she didn’t mince words in her criticism of the government,” and characterized the dismissal as a clear victory for the Bundys and their fight against federal lands policy.
“The judge’s decision plays like a vindication for at least part of the Bundy’s claims — that the government has been overzealous from the beginning on this case,” said Mr. Bartrum in an email. “The roundup was overkill, the charges were overkill, and the prosecution’s behavior was, in the judge’s words, ‘outrageous.’ That’s a pretty big win for the Bundys politically, which is where all the land stuff will eventually play out.

This 'doomsday prepper dream home' in the Nevada desert is on sale

The Hard Luck Mine Castle comes with 40 acres of land off Highway 267 in Esmeralda County.

  • Call me a Crazy Blogger (which I am) but this "doomsday castle" provides a nice above ground target for roving bands of thugs or zombie hordes.

(CNBC)  -  Ever wish you could get away from it all?

This four-story, 22-room, 8,000-square-foot castle for sale for $900,000 in the Nevada desert is one solution.

"In a lot of ways, it's a 'doomsday prepper' dream home...extremely self-sustaining, secure and — admittedly — quite odd," Jake Rasmuson, who is marketing the property, tells CNBC Make It.

"Basically this property is an enormous, privately owned fortress with 16-inch-thick concrete walls and self-sustained energy systems using solar and wind, and with a 4,000-gallon water storage/rain catchment system. It's located in the middle of the Nevada desert, and the owner has added two enormous, vintage pipe organs which resonate through the halls [when played], only adding to the oddity of it all," Rasmuson says.

So-called "doomsday preppers" are people and groups preparing for worst-case scenarios, like the end of the world as we know it. Companies that cater to doomsday preppers sell things like food preserved in military grade Mylar pouches, portable toilets, propane grills, solar panels, generators. (When the perceived tensions between the United States and North Korea increased in the summer of 2017, such companies' sales increased, the New York Times reported at the time.)

Those who can afford to do so — think Silicon Valley tech elite and New York City financiers — are going a step further, buying bunkers and homes where they can hole up in the event of calamity. "Hard Luck Mine Castle" in Goldfield, Nevada, is one such option.

Hard Luck Mine Castle is surrounded by nothing but the Nevada desert for miles. The home is located at 6,000 feet atop Gold Mountain 35 miles south of Goldfield, Nevada. The closest sign of civilization is Gold Point, which is not much more than a ghost town turned "Old West" vacation spot 10 miles away. Beatty, a town with a population of 1,010, is 50 miles away. Las Vegas is 187 miles away and Reno 325 miles away.

The Hard Luck Castle was constructed between 2000 and 2012 with engineering that is designed to last 400 to 500 years, according to the property listing. It's made of steel, concrete, cinder block and glass. More than seven tons of rebar and 24,000 bricks were used to build the castle, according a website about the structure.

The castle is completely self sustaining and off the grid. Power comes from batteries charged by solar and wind energy. There is a 3,000-gallon propane tank to power heaters throughout the house, a 300-gallon diesel storage tank to fuel a diesel-powered generator and two back-up generators — one diesel and one propane. There is a 4,000-gallon water storage tank. There is both a rainwater harvesting system and an 800-gallon water-hauling trailer to bring water to the building.

The property also comes with a gold mine, which was closed at the end of the second World War but is "still high in gold content," according to Rasmuson's listing. The sale includes a remodeled miner's cabin.

GOP candidates ignored their own voters

GOP Candidates Hate Their Own Voters

  • I just returned from a Las Vegas business conference where I saw this article on fuck ups who run the local GOP.
  • The bought and paid for Republican Elites hate real Conservatives, Nationalists and libertarian voters. We "crazies" keep asking our elected officials to actually do something. What nerve speaking up to our betters.
  • The Nevada GOP fuck ups are just as bad as our California GOP fuck ups. In Cali we have only 7 GOP Congressman left out of 53. California is now a a one-party Leftist state along the lines of North Korea or Venezuela.
  • The national GOP was handed the political Golden Ticket of all political Golden Tickets: to defend the 1st Amendment against Leftist censorship. Instead the "Conservative" GOP hid under their desks in the hope that no one would ask them any hard questions. Shockingly freedom loving voters were not inspired to go to the polls and cast ballots for a party made up of pussies and cowards.

Wayne Allyn Root
Las Vegas Review-Journal

Here is the third installment of my assessment of the Nevada GOP tragedy. Again, it’s not just about the Nevada Republican Party. These are lessons for the entire country.

The issue was confirmed by national conservative radio talk superstar Bill Cunningham. Bill and I spoke a few days ago. Let’s first compare the results from Nevada and Ohio.

In Nevada, the GOP lost almost every major office. Democrats also strengthened their majorities in the state Senate and Assembly. It’s all painted blue.

In Ohio, the GOP won every major office and kept majorities in the state Senate and House. It’s all painted red. So what caused such disparate results?

Cunningham has a local Cincinnati radio talk show, as well as a popular national talk show. His local Cincinnati show is a radio blowtorch that dominates the Ohio airwaves.

My show is the only afternoon drive-time radio show that reaches the entire state of Nevada. Like Cunningham’s show, it’s a Nevada conservative blowtorch.

But here’s the difference. In Ohio, every single GOP candidate appeared as a guest on Cunningham’s show multiple times. They understood it was the most effective way to reach Ohio conservatives and motivate the GOP base.

The same Ohio GOP candidates not only appeared nonstop on Bill’s show, but they bought large advertising campaigns on the show. Between the candidate interviews and the nonstop ads, all Ohio conservative voters heard 24/7 was these GOP candidates. That’s called branding.

The GOP won virtually everything up and down the ticket. Bill Cunningham played a large role. He got the message out to Ohio GOP voters.

In Nevada, our GOP campaign managers and consultants are … how do I say this nicely? Dumb and dumber. Or maybe they were trying to lose. Maybe they were on the Reid machine payroll. Because no one could be this dumb on purpose.

My producer, Andrew Paul, tried repeatedly for months to contact every major GOP candidate in the state — in particular, U.S. Sen. Dean Heller and gubernatorial candidate Adam Laxalt. Their consultants had no interest.

Usually they didn’t even return the calls. When they did, they said their candidates had no time for interviews and “no money for radio.”

No money for conservative talk radio, the only platform on Earth to impress, motivate and brand your name to your own base? Dean Heller couldn’t find eight minutes for an interview to introduce himself to his own base? And he spent tens of millions, but he didn’t have a dollar for radio advertising to his own base?

Laxalt was about 1 percent better. He spent virtually nothing and made one appearance — at 3:30 p.m. on Election Day. Talk about a day late and a dollar short. Your own base never heard from you.

Result? The Ohio GOP won everything. The Nevada GOP lost everything. Think there might be a connection?

Every GOP consultant in this state should be banned from ever touching another Republican campaign anywhere in America.

Pimps instead of Whores in Nevada's Legislature

Taking Over The GOP From Within

  • Let's face it.  There is hardly a political hack out there who would not eagerly drop his pants, bend over and spread his cheeks for an injection of corrupt political cash.
  • At least with Dennis Hof what you see is what you get. No games.

(Las Vegas Sun)  -  Pimp Dennis Hof, the owner of half a dozen legal brothels in Nevada and star of the HBO adult reality series "Cathouse," won a Republican primary for the state Legislature on Tuesday, ousting a three-term lawmaker.

Hof defeated hospital executive James Oscarson. He'll face Democrat Lesia Romanov in November and will be the favored candidate in the Republican-leaning Assembly district.
Hof celebrated his win at a party in Pahrump with Hollywood Madam Heidi Fleiss at his side.
"It's all because Donald Trump was the Christopher Columbus for me," Hof told the Associated Press in a phone call. "He found the way and I jumped on it."
Hof, who wrote a book titled "The Art of the Pimp," has dubbed himself "The Trump of Pahrump," and held a rally with longtime Trump adviser Roger Stone. Hof was in the limelight in 2015, when former NBA player Lamar Odom was found unconscious at Hof's Love Ranch brothel in Crystal after a four-day, $75,000 stay.
If Hof wins in November, he wouldn't be the only brothel owner in elected office — Lance Gilman, the owner of the famous Mustang Ranch in Northern Nevada, is a Storey County commissioner.
Voters in November will be voting on closing down brothels at least one of the seven Nevada counties where they're legally operating. The question will be on the ballot in Lyon County, where Hof owns four brothels. Activists are also gathering signatures to try to get to get the measure on the ballot in Nye County, where Hof owns two more brothels in the desert outside Pahrump.
He painted the anti-brothel efforts as political retribution that's tied to his opponent, but Oscarson and the referendum backers deny any connection.
Most brothels operate in rural areas of Nevada. They're banned in the counties that contain Las Vegas and Reno.
Hof said Tuesday he's downsizing his business by selling off some brothels to focus more on politics.
Oscarson and Hof previously faced off in 2016 when Hof ran for the seat as a Libertarian. Oscarson won with 60 percent of the vote.

Sailing the Colorado River to Escape the Madness

Screw Politics
and Sailing the Colorado River
Members of E Clampus Vitus gather
in their distinctive red shirts

By Gary;

I missed a little Blogging this last weekend. That was mostly computer/internet related.

But I do not regret it in the slightest.  Screw politics and the Bastard Elitists try to crush the average American . . . at least for a day or two.

Instead I went sailing on the Colorado River off Laughlin, Nevada.

My fraternal order, The Ancient and Honorable Order of E Clampus Vitus (ECV), gathered in Laughlin.

Opinion is split. We are either a historical drinking society or a drinking historical society.  I lean to the latter.

I have been a proud Clamper now for 29 years. There is nothing like our group. God pity those fools sitting on their asses at home watching the boob tube instead of living life.

The local chapter Queho Posse rented a private air conditioned boat for our members to cruise the Colorado.  Bar tenders were there to properly lubricate our membership. Food was plentiful. This has been an annual event for 17 years.

It was a stunningly beautiful, crystal clear 109 degree day on the sparkling Colorado River.  After three beers I decided "Fuck the world". It is time to live life.

Even here it was hard to get away from politics. So many of the Clampers I met were ex-Californians now living in exile in Arizona. They loved California, yes LOVED past tense. They told me the state is not just vastly overpopulated but turning into a Leftist Shit-hole of high taxes and gun grabbers.

I managed to pull back from political conversations as much as possible and enjoy the day.

Against my better judgement I did return to the People's Republic of California. My batteries have been recharged for the endless fight against the corrupt Elites . . . at least until it is time to go Clamping again this fall.

The Great Mark Hall Patton from Pawn Stars attended and gave the history lesson to the incoming new members.
.
I have known Mark for many years. What you see on Pawn Stars is real. Mark knows so much. He is a wonderful historian and a proud Clamper.

Mark's history lesson dealt with the role water played in the settlement of southern Nevada.

Sailing down the Colorado.
A magical day for all.

Clampers in their distinctive red shirts

Absurdity is the motto of the Clampers.  Our "historical plaque" for this outing is designed to educated the public on the basics they missed in school.
