Austria to build border fence to block illegal alien Muslims

Donald Trump - Visionary

  • First Hungary puts up their fence to block illegal alien Muslims.  Now Austria will put up one.  Suddenly Donald Trump looks like a clear thinking visionary and world class statesman.

(BBC News)  -  Austria has said it is planning to construct a fence at the main border crossing used by migrants entering the country from Slovenia.
Austrian Chancellor Werner Faymann said the move would not shut the border, but would allow better control of arrivals.
The UN estimates more than 700,000 migrants have crossed to Europe by boat so far this year - mainly from war-ravaged Syria. The approach of winter has so far done little to slow the flow.

The latest moves came after Slovenia said it could erect a fence along its border with Croatia if an EU plan agreed on Sunday was not implemented. It follows suggestions from Serbia, Romania and Bulgaria that they might begin building their own barriers.
Some 85,000 refugees have poured into Slovenia in the last 10 days, after Hungary closed its border with Croatia.
On Sunday, 11 EU states and three non-EU countries agreed to set up reception centres with another 50,000 spaces in Balkan countries, and send 400 guards to assist Slovenia within a week. But EU members have previously been slow to deliver on pledges of such assistance.
"If the situation worsens and the Brussels action plan is not fulfilled, then Slovenia has several scenarios prepared, including the installation of a fence guarded by forces," said Slovenian Foreign Minister Karl Erjavec.
Hungary has already fenced off its border with Serbia and Croatia, so such a move would, in theory, mean sealing off that route entirely.

Austrians rushing to buy guns in the face of Muslim invasion

Immigration: War by another means

The Muslim invasion is here and a few clear
headed people are starting to wake up.

(American Thinker)  -  There’s a lot of political correctness crashing to Earth in Europe these days, thanks to the prospect of millions of Muslims moving into and taking advantage of the welfare states, imposing no-go areas governed by sharia, and demanding changes in their host cultures.

Oh, yeah, and causing rape and robbery and homicide rates to skyrocket.

In Austria, the public is arming itself as rapidly as law and and the supply of guns will allow.  The U.K. Daily Mail reports:
Weapon sales are soaring in Austria as citizens of the small Alpine nation become paranoid over the numbers of refugees crowding into their country.
In a country of 8.5 million people, there are now an estimated 900,000 firearms in homes.
And gun dealers report that it is women driving the sales rush. This year alone, police say 70,000 guns have been sold.
'Virtually all shotguns are currently sold out, because you need no permit for them', said Thomas Ortner, spokesman for an arms dealer in Upper Austria.
For every other type of weapon, a licence is required.
Licence courses, in which applicants must demonstrate knowledge of firearms, used to take place every five weeks but they are now held weekly because of spiking demand.
In cities like Salzburg, a line of people outside the necessary government office to get the paperwork to buy a gun is now an everyday sight.
A race is underway.  Will Europeans discard political correctness in time to save their civilization?

“Gay-Themed” traffic signals and sewers - It's the end of the world as we know it

Stick it up your . . . .

  • I would tell the Gays to shove it, but they might enjoy that.
  • Personally I don't give a crap who is screwing who or who marries who.  Just take it behind closed doors please.

Vienna (AFP) – From gay-themed traffic lights to singing sewers, Vienna is getting spruced up as it prepares to host one of the world’s most popular music competitions, the 60th Eurovision Song Contest.
With less than a week to go before the first semi-final, the Austrian capital has launched a series of original initiatives to celebrate the ESC’s anniversary edition.
Lights at 120 pedestrian crossings are receiving a quirky makeover: instead of the traditional single figure, they now show either a heterosexual or gay couple with hearts.
Officials said the revamped signals were signs of Vienna’s tolerance, celebrating not only the song contest, but also the HIV/AIDS charity Life Ball event on May 16 and the Rainbow Parade in June.
The installations are also part of a scientific experiment aimed at raising traffic awareness.
Local authorities said the signals had been replaced at junctions where people traditionally ignore the red lights, and want to test whether the new interfaces can change the public’s behaviour.
Back on Vienna’s busy high streets and squares, sewers have swapped gurgling sounds for musical tunes.
Cleverly hidden stereo systems inside the gutters play Austria’s two winning Eurovision songs — one by bearded drag queen Conchita Wurst, who won last year, the other by 1966 champion Udo Juergens.

Today’s Multicultural Moment – Muslim Destroys Neighbor’s Statue Of Christ

Muhammad is not the reason for the season

An Egyptian man who moved into a house in Grossenzersdorf in Lower Austria told his neighbours the 60-year-old figure of Jesus on a cross outside his home was an 'eyesore' - so he cut it down with an angle grinder.

Shortly after the man bought the house in Augasse, he was heard complaining to his neighbours about the two-metre high crucifix with the figure of Jesus that stood for several decades on the grass verge in front of his property.

"I don't want that.  It has to go!", he said, according to a report in the news daily Heute reports The Local.

Soon, during renovations to his house, he had access to an angle grinder, so he simply cut it down, slightly damaging the Jesus figure in the process.

His neighbours weren't happy.  Local mayor Hubert Tomsic of the socialist Christian Democrats (SPÖ) said "I had a conversation with the man about repositioning the cross at a different location in the alley - at his expense."

Tomsic said that such a 'radical' response to the common Christian symbol was offensive, and inflammatory. The right-wing Austrian People's Party (ÖVP) said on Monday that they have lodged a complaint with the police for criminal damage, and denigration of religious teachings.

On Tuesday, local Muslim leaders condemned the action of the Egyptian man in the strongest terms, saying that such an act caused great consternation. According to Islam, Muslims should respect the symbols of other religions, they said in a press release.

The old cross was a regular destination for Church processions since the past 60 years.

Austrian Muslims are fighting in Middle East

500,000 Muslims Live in Austria
The pansy, limp-wristed West keeps importing Muslims.

Authorities suspect around 130 people resident in Austria - most of them foreign nationals - have allied themselves with Islamist militants fighting abroad, officials in Vienna said on Friday, raising their estimate by nearly a third.

Public safety director Konrad Kogler told a news conference the 130 figure included "people actively participating in combat as well as ones who have returned to Austria, because both groups of people are relevant for us".

He thought around two-thirds of them had come back to Austria and one-third were in battle or on the way there reports Reuters News.

Officials were tracking the target group's foreign travel and monitoring their activities when they return given the security risk they might pose, he said.

He said 40 of the 130 were Austrian citizens. The others were primarily from Russia, the Balkans and Turkey. Austria has a population of around 8.5 million people.

The subject is at the top of the news agenda in the neutral Alpine republic after police arrested nine people this week who prosecutors said were believed to be on their way to Syria to join the fighting.

They have not given any more details about the suspects' destination or said what forces they might have joined.

Islamist militants are among the rebel forces fighting Syrian President Bashar al-Assad's government in a civil war that the United Nations says has cost more than 190,000 lives.

The insurgency is split between competing factions in Syria, with the militant Islamic State emerging as the most powerful. The group also controls large parts of Iraq.

Kogler did not confirm reports that the nine suspects - one aged just 17 - were Chechens, but said many were Russian citizens.

The suspects had mostly come to Austria as young people and got political asylum that could be revoked should they be convicted of joining a terrorist organization, officials said.

All nine have been remanded to investigative custody.

Interior Minister Johanna Mikl-Leitner said support for radical Islamists was on the rise in Austria and called for closer European cooperation to address the issue.

"We need to close ranks across Europe in the fight against terrorism and jihadism," she said, urging a policy of zero tolerance.

Roughly half a million Muslims live in Austria, representing about 6 percent of the total population.

Several people have been arrested in Europe in recent months amid fears that fighters returning from Syria could stage attacks on European soil. Authorities in Graz detained a cleric in June on suspicions he was radicalizing Muslims and recruiting them to fight in Syria.

Singapore expressed concern at the risk of militant attacks posed by local and foreign jihadists returning to Southeast Asia after fighting in Syria.

Interior Minister Teo Chee Hean said returning fighters have the skills to carry out terror attacks or support others planning them.

“The presence of former foreign fighters in our region - whether they originate from Southeast Asia or elsewhere -- is a security threat to us,” Teo told parliament.

“This threat is magnified if these returnee fighters are Singaporeans.”

Obama Evacuates Consulate in Kurdistan - Viennese March in Support of Middle Eastern Christians

Obama moving staff out of consulate in Erbil
Time to lower the flag and run like Hell.

On June 15 I posted here a report from the New York Times saying that some embassy staff was going to be “shifted from Baghdad to consulates here in Erbil, in the northern Kurdish region…” They were supposed to be safe in Erbil. Now they’re being shifted out of Erbil.

Obama keeps cutting and running from the problem he created reports Pamela Geller.

The U.S. has removed some staff from its embassy in Baghdad and its consulate in Erbil, the capital of Iraq’s Kurdish region threatened by militants, the State Department said Sunday. A travel warning posted Friday cautioning U.S. citizens from travelling to Iraq due to the “high risk for kidnapping and terrorist violence” was updated to say that “a limited number” of U.S. Consulate and U.S. Embassy staff members were relocated to Amman, the capital of Jordan, and Basrah, a southern Iraqi city.

Viennese March in Support of Middle Eastern Christians

On Sunday, August 10, 2014, about 2,500 Christians, Jews, Buddhists and others took to the streets of Vienna and marched in support of persecuted Christians and Yazidis in northern Iraq. The demonstration was organized by the Union of Oriental Christians.

The occasion was calm, with no disturbances except for one incident involving a convert to Shia Islam in an ayatollah robe and turban. He demanded to speak, wanting to tell the audience about how “nothing in the Koran justifies the killing of Christians.” Because he is well known for his taqiyya, the ayatollah-wannabe was asked to leave, which he did — after the police helped him along reports Gates of Vienna.

Elisabeth Sabaditsch-Wolff and Harald Fiegl

Elisabeth Sabaditsch-Wolff and Harald Fiegl, a member of Wiener Akademikerbund (Vienna Society of Academics), were among those who attended.

Below is a translation of the sign they are both holding:

I am a Nazarene. The Arabic “N” stands for “Nazarene” (Christian), is currently used in parts of Iraq and Syria and is painted on Christian houses. The Christians are then forced to leave, convert or be killed.
I am a Christian and a Nazarene!

English-language flyer handed out at the demonstration

Video of the event is in the works. Some raw footage is available here (Thanks, Vlad). Subtitled clips may eventually be posted.

Muslims take to the streets of Europe to attack Israel

Open Borders Immigration in Action
  • Muslims protest all over Europe waving the flags of Pakistan, Turkey, Syria etc.  Every day the Islamification of Europe takes another step forward.

Almost 11,000 demonstrators have attended a pro-Palestinian protest in the Austrian capital Sunday between the Hofburg Palace and the Rathaus town hall, in anger at Israel’s military campaign which has killed more than 400 people already.

'Free, free, free Palestine' and 'Let Gaza Live', the protesters changed while wielding a variety of posters and flags.

"We are not against the Jewish people. the Jewish people should feel free and live free like everybody. We are against the Zionists, actually, who are supported from this big, big mafia and lobby around the world," Abderrahmen Laarouchi told Ruplty.

The protesters made their way to the historic Hofburg Palace, which is now the official residence of the country’s president. The demonstrators were playing drums and some were carrying bloody sheets wrapped like a dead body or dolls, signs saying "Made in Israel".

"We should stand here - Austrian, English, Jewish, Muslim, Buddhist, all together - to stand for and stand up against the Zionist system all over the world. Free Palestine," Laarouchi said.

The Vienna protest comes on day after as nearly 15,000 people hit the streets of London and marched from the Israeli Embassy to Downing Street. Same protests took place in Paris Saturday, but resulted in several injuries and at least 38 arrests. Dozens of protesters used stones and bottles to attack police lines for several hours in northern districts of the capital.

"Too beautiful for a veil". Against the Islamization of Europe

Making Austria a Burqa-Free Zone
  • If you dare to stand up for your freedom, culture and religion you will be called "far right" or a racist.

Leader Heinz-Christian Strache on his Facebook page launched a new poster campaign by the right-wing Austrian Freedom Party (FPO). It shows a blonde woman with the phrase "Too beautiful for a veil".

The poster references a recent call for a ban on the public wearing of the burqa by the FPO.
.
Next week the party proposes to introduce a private member's bill into the Austrian parliament.

Upper Austrian provincial leader Manfred Haimbuchner who has repeatedly warned of the threat of Islamification and problems with integration in Austria, has connections with the image, The Local reported.

The Freedom Party critic known as FPO used a photograph in their poster that was taken from the Fotolia image company. Specific conditions for use of this image preclude its use in any political activity, and require a clear copyright notice to be retained, neither of which conditions were observed.

Further investigation revealed that the FPO appear to have copied the idea for the poster campaign from the right-wing group ‘Identitären Movement’, who are active in France and Germany.

Historical Reenactment Of 1813 Battle Of Leipzig

Reenactment of the Battle Of Leipzig
200th Anniversary of the battle

Members of historical clubs prepare to reenact the 1813 Battle of Leipzig during the Napoleonic War on October 20, 2012 near Leipzig, Germany.  The re-enactment of the battle involved around 6,000 people.

The Battle of Leipzig or Battle of the Nations was fought by the coalition armies of Russia, Prussia, Austria and Sweden against the French army of Napoleon I, Emperor of the French, at Leipzig, Saxony.

Napoleon's army also contained Polish and Italian troops as well as Germans from the Confederation of the Rhine.

The battle marked the culmination of the autumn campaign of 1813 during the German campaign and involved over 600,000 soldiers, making it the largest battle in Europe prior to World War I.

There were over 114,000 causalities in only four days.

Being decisively defeated for the first time in battle, Napoleon was compelled to return to France while the Allies hurried to keep their momentum, invading France early the next year. Napoleon was forced to abdicate, and was exiled to Elba that spring.
