Leftist Establishment Yale Discriminates Against Asians?

Modern Liberals are still discriminating against Asian Americans

According to The College Fix, “An Asian American coalition has filed a federal civil rights complaint against Yale University alleging discrimination using racial proxies during the 2023-2024 admission cycle.”

This accusation is despite the ruling from The Supreme Court that Colleges may not admit based on or discriminate based on race. Too many universities were engaging in discrimination against White and Asian students.

This specific complaint alleged that Yale continues to engage in discrimination against Asians in its admissions process.

This Asian coalition alleged Yale was trying to circumvent The Supreme Court ruling.

“In the complaint, the coalition asked the federal government to suspend funding to the university if Yale does not comply with the law and remove all race-based admission preferences and practices.”

It's a Miracle From God
Kamala Harris Changes Race

God works in mysterious ways.

At first God said, "Let Kamala be Asian."

Then God said, "Let Kamala be Black for the Democrat primaries."

Now God declares, "Let Kamala be Asian again."

Whites Forced To Wear Masks - "People of Color" Are Exempt

(Infowars)  -  A coastal county in Oregon expects everyone to wear masks – that is, everyone except “people of color” who claim to have racial profiling concerns.
Lincoln County’s directive, which went into effect June 16, appears similar to other mask orders across the country, stating:
General directive: All individuals in Lincoln County are required to wear face coverings during any indoor public setting or outdoor public location where a person will be in within six feet of another individual, who does not share the same household.
Where Lincoln County breaks from other places is it’s made an exception from the mask order for “people of color.”

Blacks, Hispanics, Gays given segregated graduation ceremonies

A World Gone Mad

Virginia Tech offered ten separate graduation ceremonies this year for different student groups based on identity.
Virginia Tech hosted ten separate graduation ceremonies for students based on their identity.
In May, the university held separate ceremonies for Black, Asian, Latino, Muslim, and LGBTQ students. Breitbart News reported in May that many American colleges offer separate graduation ceremonies for Black students.
The College Fix reported this week that Virginia Tech is one of many universities that have adopted separate ceremonies for student groups based on identity. For example, The Donning of Kente Ceremony is held to commemorate the graduation of Black and African American students.
The Donning of the Kente Ceremony serves as a celebration of achievement for Black and African American undergraduate, graduate, and Ph.D. candidates. This ceremony provides graduating students with a positive and rewarding experience that recognizes them for their hard work and dedication. Family and friends are a very important part of this recognition ceremony and are given an opportunity to acknowledge the achievements of their loved ones.
Virginia Tech will also hold a “Lavender Ceremony” for student members of the LGBTQ community.
Each spring, the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and ally community at Virginia Tech gathers to recognize the achievements of graduating students during the annual Lavender Commencement Ceremony. This ceremony began in 2009 by recognizing five graduating students. With great joy, the sponsoring organizations (the LGBT Faculty and Staff Caucus, HokiePRIDE, and Queer Grads, Professionals, & Allies) welcome family, friends, faculty, staff, students, and the community to celebrate this special occasion.

Racist Democrats attack Asian-Americans

The People's Republic of New York
Racist Democrats look to reduce the
number of Asian American students

(NBC)  -  A plan to diversify New York City's most elite public high schools is drawing fire from the minority group that has come to dominate the schools in recent years: Asian-Americans.
Mayor Bill de Blasio announced last weekend that he wants to scrap the test that governs admission to eight specialized high schools including Stuyvesant High School and the Bronx High School of Science, calling the test "a roadblock to justice, progress and academic excellence."
Fewer than 10 percent of students who score well enough to gain admission to the schools are black or Latino, despite the fact that those two groups make up two-thirds of the city's 1 million public school students.
"It's not fair. It's not inclusive. It's not open to all," de Blasio said.
But such a change might mean fewer seats for Asian-American students, who now make up 62 percent of the pupils.
"This policy causes chaos in the Asian-American community and we're here to reject this policy," John Chan, head of the Coalition of Asian-Americans for Civil Rights, said.
Opponents of the proposed change accused the mayor of pitting minority groups against each other.
"For many of these Asian-American families I represent, they're mostly new American families, new immigrants who came here," Assemblyman Ron Kim, a Queens Democrat, said. "They're just following the rules that were set. For the chancellor to imply they own the admissions test, I think it's completely uncalled for. They didn't create this system."

Democrats attacked Asian Americans a few years ago in California
  • racist Socialistic Democrat bill to reduce the number of Asian-American college students is pulled after a wave of protests from Asian American parents.
  • As always Leftist Democrats are frightened to death of an individual succeeding on his merits.  To Socialists only Big Brother Government should decide how many members of each racial group will be allowed to become educated.
