1984 - 1 HOUR LIMIT on watching the Internet

Bi-Partisan Fascism is Here

Fascist "liberal" and "conservative" state attorney generals have banded together to limit your right to listen to news, movies - - - oh Hell, limit even watching cat videos.

The liars say this is to protect the children.  But to even log on to the internet you will have to enter your ID to prove you are not a child.

The all-powerful State decides what you can watch and for how long.

Over ONE TRILLION phone calls a year collected by Big Brother

Obey Your Lizard Overlords

Never speak without permission

Never travel without permission

Never eat without permission

Millions of Americans who use AT&T’s phone network are having their phone calls monitored by a surveillance program called Data Analytical Services (DAS), which has had coordination with federal and local law enforcement agencies.

According to a document obtained by WIRED, DAS has been secretly collecting and analyzing over one trillion domestic phone records within the U.S. each year.

The program used to be called Hemisphere and is run by AT&T in coordination with different agencies, according to Fox News.

The program uses a technique known as chain analysis. This goes after those who have been in direct contact with a criminal suspect, and anyone else who has had communications with them.

This program also allows law enforcement agencies to receive any data access in the records of any calls that use AT&T’s infrastructure. This information can include phone numbers, locations, dates and even the addresses of those subscribed.

According to Fox, this surveillance raises serious concerns about privacy rights and the 14th Amendment.

This program has reportedly been operating for more than ten years and has received millions of dollars from the White House’s Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) under a program called HIDTA, or "high-intensity drug trafficking area."

Oregon Democratic Sen. Ron Wyden sent a letter last week to Attorney General Merrick Garland, urging him to investigate and review the program. “I have serious concerns about the legality of this surveillance program, and the materials provided by the DOJ contain troubling information that would justifiably outrage many Americans and other members of Congress,” Wyden wrote.

Government SUPER UNDERWARE Will Spy on You 24-7

The U.S. government is investing millions in wearable technology designed to track your every move.

Try This On For Size: The federal government has invested at least $22 million into developing smart clothing that can spy on people and locations.

The smart clothing products are part of a program the government is calling Smart Electrically Powered and Networked Textile Systems, also known by the name SMART ePANTS.

The government intends to develop shirts, pants, socks and underwear that are capable of recording audio, video and geolocation data.

The program was officially unveiled in a press release last month. The Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity (IARPA) division of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence said the program aims to "make performance-grade, computerized clothing a reality" and represents the single largest investment into Active Smart Textiles.

If that doesn't make your skin crawl, what will? Apparently, not the computerized clothing — at least it's not supposed to. Business Insider reported that the government aims to develop underwear that appears and performs just like normal undergarments, but "can also record your every move."

1984 - Vaccine passports to restart "normal life"

The Medical Police State
  • The All-Powerful 1984 police state declares that you are a child who must ask permission to leave the house, ask permission to go to work, ask permission to travel . . . . even ask permission to breath air without a mask.

Denmark’s government has said digital vaccine passports will be used “in three, four months” to restart life in the country. And by the end of February, Danes can check their status online and print off their vaccination certs.

Speaking in Copenhagen on Wednesday, Finance Minister Morten Bodskov said Danish companies needed to get back on track to kickstart the nation’s economy – and a digital vaccine passport was a key part of that.

“It will be the extra passport that you will be able to have on your mobile phone that documents that you have been vaccinated,” Bodskov said. “We can be among the first in the world to have it and can show it to the rest of the world.”

The government plans to work with business bodies like the Confederation of Danish Industries, which represents Denmark’s major companies, and the Danish Chamber of Commerce to get the new system into place.

Bodskov said society needed to “move on” once people had been vaccinated.

“It’s about finding the right technological solution so that we can get opportunities in cultural life and Danish society, and so that those who have to travel, for example on business, will also have a chance to do so,” he said.

The finance minister stressed, however, that other requirements such as social distancing and mask wearing would not be replaced by the digital passports.

"Hate Speech" in Homes to be Prosecuted by Government

(WND)  Scotland's justice minister says he intends to clamp down on "hate speech" in private homes under a new bill that critics warn could make possessing the Bible a crime.

The bill leaves out a crucial defense included in other U.K. hate crime legislation, which protects conversations in the home from police intervention, free speech advocates point out, according to the U.K.'s Christian Institute.

Humza Haroon Yousaf, the cabinet secretary for justice,
issued the warning in a conversation with the Justice Committee about the proposed legislation.

The Christian Institute said Yousaf is refusing to provide a "dwelling defense," insisting that "hateful speech" in the home should be criminalized.

Lord Bracadale, the judge whose recommendations led to the bill, later advised members of the Scottish Parliament that they should think carefully about allowing a public order offense to extend into the private sphere.

He said concern about such actions are "well-founded."

The Times of London reported the justice secretary said conversations over the dinner table that incite hatred must be prosecuted under the law.

It noted that journalists and theater directors also could face charges if what they write is perceived as deliberately stoking "prejudice."

San Francisco Attacks 1984 Big Brother State

Leftist Democrats Attack 1984

  • Meanwhile the so-called "Conservative" GOP in Congress protects, expands and fully funds every possible unconstitutional 1984 Police Surveillance State program ever invented.

(NBC)  -  San Francisco supervisors voted Tuesday to ban the use of facial recognition software by police and other city departments, becoming the first U.S. city to outlaw a rapidly developing technology that has alarmed privacy and civil liberties advocates.
The ban is part of broader legislation that requires city departments to establish use policies and obtain board approval for surveillance technology they want to purchase or are using at present. Several other local governments require departments to disclose and seek approval for surveillance technology.
"This is really about saying: 'We can have security without being a security state. We can have good policing without being a police state.' And part of that is building trust with the community based on good community information, not on Big Brother technology," said Supervisor Aaron Peskin, who championed the legislation.
The ban applies to San Francisco police and other municipal departments. It does not affect use of the technology by the federal government at airports and ports, nor does it limit personal or business use.

1984 - China's TERRIFYING Social Credit System

It's already operating in the west.
You must obey Big Brother
and Silicon Valley is protected by both
the Republicans and the Democrats

“We are the dead. Our only true life is in the future. We shall take part in it as handfuls of dust and splinters of bone. But how far away that future may be, there is no knowing. It might be a thousand years. At present nothing is possible except to extend the area of sanity little by little. We cannot act collectively. We can only spread our knowledge outwards from individual to individual, generation after generation. In the face of the Thought Police there is no other way.”

"Extremist" Internet Content To Be Blocked By AI

Bullshit Alert

  • The so-called "Conservative" Party is using ISIS as the excuse for developing AI internet censorship . . . . ignore the fact that ISIS is virtually extinct.
  • A "Crazy Blogger" like me might suspect the government has other targets in mind for internet censorship.

(TechCrunch)  -  The UK government's pressure on tech giants to do more about online extremism just got weaponized.
The Home Secretary has today announced a machine learning tool, developed with public money by a local AI firm, which the government says can automatically detect propaganda produced by the Islamic State terror group with "an extremely high degree of accuracy".
The technology is billed as working across different types of video-streaming and download platforms in real-time, and is intended to be integrated into the upload process -- as the government wants the majority of video propaganda to be blocked before it's uploaded to the Internet.

So yes this is content moderation via pre-filtering -- which is something the European Commission has also been pushing for. Though it's a highly controversial approach, with plenty of critics. Supporters of free speech frequently describe the concept as 'censorship machines', for instance.
Last fall the UK government said it wanted tech firms to radically shrink the time it takes them to eject extremist content from the Internet -- from an average of 36 hours to just two. It's now evident how it believes it can force tech firms to step on the gas: By commissioning its own machine learning tool to demonstrate what's possible and try to shame the industry into action.
TechCrunch understands the government acted after becoming frustrated with the response from platforms such as YouTube. It paid private sector firm, ASI Data Science, £600,000 in public funds to develop the tool -- which is billed as using "advanced machine learning" to analyze the audio and visuals of videos to "determine whether it could be Daesh propaganda".
Specifically, the Home Office is claiming the tool automatically detects 94% of Daesh propaganda with 99.995% accuracy -- which, on that specific sub-set of extremist content and assuming those figures stand up to real-world usage at scale, would give it a false positive rate of 0.005%.

1984 - 'Police Cloud' Mines Data to Track Population's Every Move

1984 Hits Hyper-Speed

"It is the height of naivete to think that once collected this information won’t be used.  This is the nature of secret government organizations. The only way to protect the people’s privacy is not to allow the government to collect their information in the first place.”

Even Schmidt
Former Commander, East German Stasi
Communist Secret Police

(Radio Free Asia)  -  The Chinese police are building a "big data" policing platform that can analyze massive amounts of citizens' personal information, using it to track rights activists, political opponents of the government, and ethnic minority groups, according to a U.S-based rights group.

The New York-based Human Rights Watch (HRW) called on the ruling Chinese Communist Party to halt its "abusive" system, called the Police Cloud.

"It is frightening that Chinese authorities are collecting and centralizing ever more information about hundreds of millions of ordinary people, identifying persons who deviate from what they determine to be ‘normal thought,’ and then surveilling them," HRW China director Sophie Richardson said in a statement.

"With authorities increasingly able to track everyone’s every move, what’s at stake across China isn’t just people’s privacy—it’s also many of the rights they hold," Richardson said.

China's ministry of public security is currently exploring new technologies, including big data analytics and cloud computing-based systems, to analyze large volumes and varieties of data, including text, video, and pictures, HRW said in a report published this week.

There are also moves afoot to link up existing databases at national and local level, as well as those held by private organizations.

According to HRW, the Police Cloud includes details of people's medical history, supermarket purchases, delivery records, linking it to their national ID card numbers.

"This allows the Police Cloud system to track where the individuals have been, who they are with, and what they have been doing, as well as make predictions about their future activities," HRW said.

"The fact that these systems are designed in part to track groups the authorities deem politically or socially threatening raises serious concerns about social and racial profiling," it said.

The system can be used to track petitioners, those deemed to "undermine stability" through word or deed, those who are involved in terrorism, major criminals, those involved with drugs, wanted persons, and those with mental health problems who "tend to cause disturbances," according to HRW.

"Local police can decide that virtually anyone is a threat and requires greater surveillance, especially if they are seen to be undermining stability," the report said. "There are no legal avenues for people to be notified of this designation, or contest it."

Targeted groups include those who persist in complaining about the government through the petitioning system, and ethnic minority Uyghurs from the northwestern region of Xinjiang, it found.

Citing official documents, the report said Police Cloud systems are now fully operational in some provinces, including Tianjin Municipality and Jiangsu.

Medical records, petitions lodged with government departments, criminal convictions, corporate and individual use of social media and package delivery contents are among some of the data types now being linked by the new systems, it said.

Residential addresses, family relations, birth control methods and religious affiliations, as well as hotel, flight, and train records, biometrics, CCTV footage, and information from other government departments and even private companies are also being added to the mix.

The system "makes visible" hidden trends and relationships between people in the ocean of data, enabling keyword searches linking vast amounts of data.

It allows the police to analyze those "who travel, who live, who work together; who go on the internet; who share the same household registration; who share the same family members; and who are involved in the same case, HRW said.
