NEWS AND VIEWS THAT IMPACT LIMITED CONSTITUTIONAL GOVERNMENT

On the lighter side, you just gotta love the insane vehicles at the Burning Man Festival currently going on in the Black Rock Desert of northern Nevada.
Burning Man attendees fully represent that streak of insanity and individualism that is America.
In 2010, 51,515 people attended Burning Man. Attendance in 2011 was capped at 50,000 participants and the event sold out on July 24; the attendance rose to 70,000 in 2015.
(The Local) - Police were forced to intervene after youths wearing clothes visited a nudist beach in western France and prompted a brawl, according to reports.
It was just a normal day on Friday at La Teste-de-Buch, in Arcachon, until a group of around ten youths wearing clothes headed across the nude zone and walked among the naked beach goers.
But instead of taking off their swimwear and getting a full body tan like the others, the group "acted provocatively" around some of the naked women at the beach, reported France Bleu radio.
Their behaviour prompted other beach goers to confront the men, telling them to either "get nude or get lost".
The argument escalated into a fight of clothed versus unclothed, with punches thrown, sand flung in people's eyes, and insults hurled left and right, according to reports.
With plenty of witnesses on hand, it wasn't long before someone alerted the authorities and a unit of the riot control CRS police raced onto the beach in a four-wheeler to calm the scene.
Two of the alleged aggressors, both from nearby Bordeaux, were caught by police after attempting to flee the scene, only to be let free later in the day.
Conforming to society has never been high on my list. The people at Burning Man totally represent that streak of American rebellion and individualism.
(London Daily Mail) - Burning Man kicked off on Sunday as thousands of revelers made their way into the Nevada Desert for eight days of art and alternative living.
The annual festival, which began in 1986 as a bonfire, takes place in Nevada's Black Rock Desert.
Thirty years after its first incarnation, the event is so populous with tens of thousands of people attending, the dried up lake where the event is held becomes Black Rock City.
Black Rock City is 'a temporary metropolis dedicated to community, art, self-expression, and self-reliance', Burning Man's website says.
On Sunday, hundreds of RVs began rolling into the Black Rock Desert, carrying thousands of revelers to Burning Man.
About 70,000 people attended Burning Man last year. More than 3,200 of them arrived via a temporary airport built especially for the festival, USA Today reported.
No currency is exchanged at Burning Man, with festival goers exchanging goods instead and operating as a ‘gifting society’. Money can only be used to buy ice and coffee.
(Infowars) - Motorcyclists supportive of presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump are arriving in Cleveland for the Republican National Convention.
“Bikers for Trump” organizer Chris Cox told MSNBC he expects anywhere from 1,000 to 10,000 bikers riding around the convention in order to be a “calming factor” against agitators wishing to carry out violence.
“We feel like it’s open season on law enforcement, there’s an assault on decency, and we’re here to stand with law enforcement, and in the event that we’re needed we’ll step up,” Cox said.
“The bikers are citizen crusaders from all walks of life,” he added.
Tweets show numerous bikers rolling in and assembling, with some estimating 3,000 are already in town.
(London Daily Mail) - A bizarre German craze of posing for pictures alongside actors dressed up as polar bears has been unearthed by a series of photographs dating back to the 1920s.
The collection shows men, women and children of all ages cheerfully standing next to the bears - with one picture showing even Nazi officers were not immune to the trend.
The pictures were found by French collector Jean-Marie Donat and are currently being exhibited at the Arles Photography Festival in the south of France.
Donat calls the collection TeddyBär and says they date from the end of the First World War to the late 1960s.
In one photo two Nazi soldiers - thought to be officer class as one carries a sword - pose with an actor in a bear costume with wide grins on their faces.
Another picture sees a couple embracing the craze on the beach at the Baltic Sea. The man has taken his top off, but strangely still wears his long black trousers.
And others show the actors in bear costumes making appearances at schools, weddings and cuddled up to children in peculiar holiday-style photos.
There is little in the way of explanation for the social phenomenon except to say that the country long had a fascination with polar bears.
'These photographs were found during 20 years of research, all over Germany, in shops that sell old photos, or in markets,' Donat told the Guardian.
'They date from 1920 to 1960. All these individual moments add up to the story of Germany over 60 years.'
That yearning for the frontier and independence still runs in an American society of serf-like citizens increasingly being dumbed down and dependent on Big Government handouts.

"By God, I are a mountain man."

Ain't this somethin'? I told my pap and mam I was going to be a mountain man; acted like they was gut-shot. "Make your life go here, son. Here's where the people is. Them mountains is for Indians and wild men." "Mother Gue", I says "the Rocky Mountains is the marrow of the world," and by God, I was right. Keep your nose in the wind and your eye along the skyline.

By God, I are a mountain man, and I'll live 'til an arrow or a bullet finds me. And then I'll leave my bones on this great map of the magnificent...
Florida woman is forced by the Big Brother Police State to use city utilities instead of her private solar panels and rainwater.
Follow the money. Calls for "environmentalism" and Green Energy are as phony as a $3 bill. The city went ape-shit because they were not getting money from Robin Speronis every month for their monopoly utility system.

A Florida woman who has been living “off the grid” for more than a year will be forced to partially plug in or face consequences from the city, a special magistrate ruled last week.
In December, Robin Speronis became engaged in a dispute with the city of Cape Coral for her refusal to use modern amenities such as running water and electricity. A code enforcement officer at the time visited her home and deemed it as “uninhabitable property,” reports The Blaze.
“I was exercising my First Amendment rights of free speech in discussing living off the grid,” Speronis said in December.
In addition, her alternative source of energy must be approved by the city. The city contends that using rainwater and solar energy violates the International Property Maintenance Code.

Woman Living Off Grid Being Kicked Out of Her Home
The legal system, however, did not agree with her assessment of the situation on Thursday.
The magistrate ruled she was guilty of not being hooked up to a proper water supply, WBBH-TV reported. She was acquitted, however, of not having a proper sewer and electrical system.
“I’m choosing to live without being dependent on the system,” Speronis said.
She now has a month to comply and make the changes deemed necessary by the city, though vowed she won’t do it, WBBH-TV reported.
For her part, Speronis said she does not intend to hook up to the city’s water system, vowing to appeal the Magistrate’s ruling.
“I know how to live off the grid completely and in a sanitary way,” Speronis said in response to the city’s action, according to The News-Press. “That’s what seven months living in the woods taught me. I do have an alternative toilet from my days of living in the woods,” reports RT News.
The Cape Coral resident said she will dispose of waste just as dog owners do for pets. She also plans to collect wastewater in containers for use in her garden.
Speronis already collects rainwater for bathing and other uses, all while generating electricity with solar panels.
“I don’t have to justify my life. They have to. That’s the way our system of justice works. They have justify it. I don’t” Speronis said.
Ms. Speronis dares to collect rainwater for bathing and other uses, all while generating electricity with solar panels without asking for permission from Big Brother.

America is dead and buried. It used to be the God given right of an American to put up a simple home on his own land and live his life. But that is no more. Now Big Brother dictates to you what type of toilet to use, what kind of windows to put in and what type of heating you will be allowed to use. Big Government has dramatically driven up the cost of home ownership.
