The Obama Justice Department attacks the Bill of Rights
- Obama wants to confiscate the private property of California landlords who rent to medical marijuana dispensaries.
- Obama is looking to crack down on newspapers who dare to accept advertising that is not approved by the All-Powerful-Sate.
California's largest doctor group is calling for legalization of marijuana.
Trustees of the California Medical Association, which represents more than 35,000 physicians statewide, adopted the position at their annual meeting in Anaheim. It is the first major medical association in the nation to urge legalization of the drug, according to a group spokeswoman, reports the Los Angeles Times.
The CMA says current laws have "proven to be a failed public health policy." They cite increased prison costs, the effect on families when marijuana users are imprisoned and racial inequalities in drug-sentencing cases.
But the right of the people to rule themselves has no meaning to Comrade Obama. They must be slapped down and obey their Beltway Masters.
The Bill of Rights
The Bill of Rights to the Constitution gives states the power to run their own affairs. Period.
Under the Bill of Rights California's marijuana laws have eased over the last 15 years. State voters passed Proposition 215 in 1996, decriminalizing it for medicinal purposes. In 2010, Republican Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger signed a bill that reclassified possession of less than an ounce from a misdemeanor to an infraction.
But Comrade Obama has no respect for the Bill of Rights or the Constitution.
Four California U.S. attorneys from Obama's Justice Department are looking to push a coordinated statewide marijuana enforcement strategy. That approach includes the seizure of land or buildings leased to medical marijuana operations that may be legal under state law but remain illegal under federal statutes.

“This is sea change stuff. This is a big deal,” said one federal drug official, who spoke on condition of anonymity.
Make note that hardly a word condemning this attack on the Bill of Rights is coming from either the Socialist Democrat Party or the Socialist Republican Party. For their own reasons both Socialist parties are happy to tear up the Bill of Rights and grow a Big Brother centralized government.
