(National File) The City and County of San Francisco, California was issued an “Order of the Health Officer” that explicitly allows “minors to consent to receive the COVID-19 vaccine” and legally allows medical providers in the city to rely on that consent.
Order of the Health Officer No. C19-19 explicitly allows “minors to consent to receive the COVID-19 vaccine” and allows “vaccine providers in the city to rely on that consent” and the legal protections it affords.
In the summary of the order, Acting Health Officer Susan Philip asserts that “Minors under the age of 18 are showing increasing numbers of infection” and notes that “California law does not generally allow such minors to consent to receipt of the vaccine” due to their age.
Philip also notes that while many parents would consent to their child being vaccinated, “that is not true in all situations.” Philips declares that, “It remains vital” that “every person, including minors, who wants to receive the vaccine be given the opportunity.”
Philip then decrees, that “this Order does two things. First, it allows minors in the City and County of San Francisco who are 12 years old or older to consent to receive any vaccine against COVID-19 that has been authorized by the FDA (whether authorized on an emergency use basis or fully approved) for receipt by someone who is the age of that minor.”
The Order of the Public Health Officer also “allows but does not require providers who are authorized by the State of California to administer an FDA-authorized or approved COVID-19 vaccine to administer such a vaccine to any minor in the City who is 12 years old or older and who provides consent”.

(Infowars) A controversial process called “alkaline hydrolysis,” where the bodies of dead people are liquified using a mixture of water, heat, and chemical agents, is being approved for use in states across America.
The latest state to contemplate using the body disposal method is Wisconsin, which just approved Senate Bill 228 that authorizes the practice.
The Republican-led Senate of Wisconsin passed the bill, which states, “A person may use the process of alkaline hydrolysis to cremate human remains only if the person is registered as a crematory authority by the Department of Safety and Professional Services. The bill places the use of alkaline hydrolysis for cremating human remains under generally the same requirements that apply under current law to conventional cremation.”
In 1993, the EPA passed “Rule 503” which allows “the spreading, spraying, injection, or incorporation of sewage sludge” to lands, including, “public parks, ball fields, cemeteries, plant nurseries, and golf courses.”
The EPA allows “biosolids” to be used in playgrounds and farms despite the fact that it contains high concentrations of heavy metals, neurotoxic chemicals and toxins the agency classifies as “primary pollutants.”
While the government promotes spraying dead bodies and sewage on crops and parks as “green” recycling combatting climate change, others are sounding the alarm about potential dangers.
The harmful effects of biosolids have been well documented across the U.S., including North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Maine, Michigan and several other states.
Nevertheless, eighteen states have already legalized alkaline hydrolysis.
In the UK, a public crematorium was the first to receive permission to begin using alkaline hydrolysis, but in March 2017 local water utility Severn Trent Water refused the council’s application for a “trade effluent permit” because there was no water industry standard regulating the disposal of liquified human remains into sewers.
“It is the liquefied remains of the dead going into the water system. We don’t think the public will like the idea,” a UK Water source explained.

(The Sun) - BRIT model Stephanie Dubois was "living the dream" in Cyprus before dying after getting a Covid jab, her family said.
Ms Dubois, 39, suffered a “serious thrombotic episode” and a "very rare" blood clot after being given the Oxford-AstraZeneca jab in Paphos, Cyprus on May 6.
The model's heartbroken dad Tony said the family had been "living the dream" in Cyprus, where the ex-RAF officer has lived with Stephanie's mum, Brigitte, since retiring to a village outside Paphos a decade ago.
Stephanie had divided her time between the island and the UK, and had spent much of the pandemic with her beloved parents in Cyprus.
Pambos Charalambos, the owner of one of the couple's favourite restaurants, described the family as "lovely, outgoing" people.
A senior operational logistics executive in the air force, Tony has always been an active member of Paphos' vibrant ex-pat community as has Brigitte.
"They're lovely, outgoing people and Stephanie is beautiful," he told The Sun Online.
"I had no idea this had happened to her. She was very sweet, very polite. After leaving the military Tony had worked for years in Saudi Arabia.
"The whole family loved Cyprus. They're very good friends but I haven't seen them for a long time because we've had three lockdowns in Cyprus and I've had to keep the taverna closed."
Just 12 days after her jab, Ms Dubois shared what would be her final Facebook post - a picture of her bruised arm.
She wrote: "Done being ill now… Couple more tests today! PS - I still don’t like needles - feeling tired."
Charalambos Charilaou, Cypriot health service spokesman, said that her death would be investigated by the European Medicines Agency (EMA).

Dubois posted on Facebook after she received the first dose: “So I had the vaccination today! I hate needles, today was no exception . . . And now I feel horrendous . . . pizza and bed for me.”
On May 14 she was taken to hospital with breathing problems. She wrote: “Woke up feeling fine and then within an hour I had full body shakes, all my joints seized and I was struggling to breathe and was cold to the bone with a persistent headache and dizziness.
“Mum and dad came to look after me and took me for a Covid test, which thankfully was negative . . . but it still doesn’t explain what the problem is. Maybe I’m having a prolonged reaction to my Covid jab last week.”
By May 19 she had slipped into a coma and “was not expected to come out of it”, according to Andrew Powers, a friend.
Local media reported that she had suffered a brain haemorrhage and died on Saturday afternoon.
Health officials at Cyprus’s main state hospital in the capital, Nicosia, said that she had no underlying health conditions.

"The Fed Has Lost Control" - Hyperinflation In 2022

Economist John Williams, founder of ShadowStats.com, says the Federal Reserve has painted itself into such a tight corner with the economy it really has only two choices. Williams says it comes down to “Inflation or Implosion.”
What would happen to the financial system if the Fed stopped printing massive amounts of money for stimulus and debt service? Williams explains,
“You could see financial implosion by preventing liquidity being put into the system. The system needs liquidity (freshly created dollars) to function. Without that liquidity, you would see more of an economic implosion than you have already seen. In fact, I will contend that the headline pandemic numbers have actually been a lot worse than they have been reporting. It also means we are not recovering quite as quickly. The Fed needs to keep the banking system afloat. They want to keep the economy afloat. All that requires a tremendous influx of liquidity in these difficult times.”
So, is the choice inflation or implosion? Williams says, “That’s the choice, and I think we are going to have a combination of both of them..."
" I think we are eventually headed into a hyperinflationary economic collapse. It’s not that we haven’t been in an economic collapse already, we are coming back some now. . . . The Fed has been creating money at a pace that has never been seen before. You are basically up 75% (in money creation) year over year. This is unprecedented. Normally, it might be up 1% or 2% year over year. The exploding money supply will lead to inflation. I am not saying we are going to get to 75% inflation—yet, but you are getting up to the 4% or 5% range, and you are soon going to be seeing 10% range year over year. . . . The Fed has lost control of inflation.”
And remember, when the Fed has to admit the official inflation rate is 10%, John Williams says, “When they have to admit the inflation rate is 10%, my number is going to be up to around 15% or higher. My number rides on top of their number.”
Right now, the Shadowstat.com inflation rate is above 11%. That’s if it were calculated the way it was before 1980 when the government started using accounting gimmicks to make inflation look less than it really is. The Shadowstats.com number cuts out all the accounting gimmicks and is the true inflation rate that most Americans are seeing right now, not the “official” 4.25% recently reported.
Endless money printing in Zimbabwe brought hyper-inflation. Pay another 100 Billion and you get two strips of bacon.
Williams says the best way to fight the inflation that is already here is to buy tangible assets. Williams says,
“Canned food is a tangible asset, and you can use it for barter if you have to. . . . Physical gold and silver is the best way to protect your buying power over time.”
Gold may be a bit expensive for most, but silver is still relatively cheap. Williams says, “Everything is going to go up in price.”
When will the worst inflation be hitting America? Williams predicts,
“I am looking down the road, and in early 2022, I am looking for something close to a hyperinflationary circumstance and effectively a collapsed economy.”

The US State Department sent out a letter this week approving displays of the Black Lives Matter flag this Tuesday on the Anniversary of George Floyd’s death in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

A source within the Biden State Department wishing to remain anonymous has shared with Human Events News a document that indicates that all U.S. “Diplomatic and Consular posts” are being encouraged to display shows of support for Black Lives Matter on Tuesday, May 25, the one-year anniversary of George Floyd’s death.
The memo reads in part, “The Department supports the use of the term ‘Black Lives Matter’ in messaging content, speeches, and other diplomatic engagements with foreign audiences to advance racial equity and access to justice on May 25 and beyond (italics added) We encourage posts to focus on the need to eliminate systemic racism and its continued impact.”
The memo, which is in part a woke statement on social justice, part an apology for U.S. actions, and part an endorsement of all BLM materials, expressly encourages the display of the BLM flag or banner at U.S. facilities (except on the actual flagpole that holds the American flag).

Just as we get a glimmer of hope that maybe, just maybe, there might be a chance of crawling out of this totalitarian cesspool in which we’ve been mired, we get kicked down again.
In the same week that the U.S. Supreme Court unanimously declared that police cannot carry out warrantless home invasions in order to seize guns under the pretext of their “community caretaking” duties, the Biden Administration announced its plans for a “precrime” crime prevention agency.
Talk about taking one step forward and two steps back.
Precrime, straight out of the realm of dystopian science fiction movies such as Minority Report, aims to prevent crimes before they happen by combining widespread surveillance, behavior prediction technologies, data mining, precognitive technology, and neighborhood and family snitch programs to enable police to capture would-be criminals before they can do any damage.

This particular precrime division will fall under the Department of Homeland Security, the agency notorious for militarizing the police and SWAT teams; spying on activists, dissidents and veterans; stockpiling ammunition; distributing license plate readers; contracting to build detention camps; tracking cell-phones with Stingray devices; carrying out military drills and lockdowns in American cities; using the TSA as an advance guard; conducting virtual strip searches with full-body scanners; carrying out soft target checkpoints; directing government workers to spy on Americans; conducting widespread spying networks using fusion centers; carrying out Constitution-free border control searches; funding city-wide surveillance cameras; and utilizing drones and other spybots.
The intent, of course, is for the government to be all-seeing, all-knowing and all-powerful in its preemptive efforts to combat domestic extremism.
Where we run into trouble is when the government gets overzealous and over-ambitious and overreaches.
This is how you turn a nation of citizens into snitches and suspects.
In the blink of an eye, ordinary Americans will find themselves labeled domestic extremists for engaging in lawful behavior that triggers the government’s precrime sensors.
Of course, it’s an elaborate setup: we’ll all be targets.
In such a suspect society, the burden of proof is reversed so that guilt is assumed and innocence must be proven.
It’s the American police state’s take on the dystopian terrors foreshadowed by George Orwell, Aldous Huxley and Phillip K. Dick all rolled up into one oppressive pre-crime and pre-thought crime package.
What’s more, the technocrats who run the surveillance state don’t even have to break a sweat while monitoring what you say, what you read, what you write, where you go, how much you spend, whom you support, and with whom you communicate.
Computers now do the tedious work of trolling social media, the internet, text messages and phone calls for potentially anti-government remarks, all of which is carefully recorded, documented, and stored to be used against you someday at a time and place of the government’s choosing.
In this way, with the help of automated eyes and ears, a growing arsenal of high-tech software, hardware and techniques, government propaganda urging Americans to turn into spies and snitches, as well as social media and behavior sensing software, government agents are spinning a sticky spider-web of threat assessments, behavioral sensing warnings, flagged “words,” and “suspicious” activity reports aimed at snaring potential enemies of the state.
It works the same in any regime.
As Professor Robert Gellately notes in his book Backing Hitler about the police state tactics used in Nazi Germany: “There were relatively few secret police, and most were just processing the information coming in. I had found a shocking fact. It wasn’t the secret police who were doing this wide-scale surveillance and hiding on every street corner. It was the ordinary German people who were informing on their neighbors.”
Here’s the thing as the Germans themselves quickly discovered: you won’t have to do anything illegal or challenge the government’s authority in order to be flagged as a suspicious character, labeled an enemy of the state and locked up like a dangerous criminal.
In fact, all you will need to do is use certain trigger words, surf the internet, communicate using a cell phone, drive a car, stay at a hotel, purchase materials at a hardware store, take flying or boating lessons, appear suspicious to a neighbor, question government authority, or generally live in the United States.
