COVID Has Become a “New Religion” says Tim Robbins

(Summit News)  According to actor Tim Robbins, people who refuse to let go of pandemic restrictions have formed a belief system that has all the indications of a “new religion”.

The comments were made by Robbins in the second part of his interview with comedian and social commentator Russell Brand.

Brand asked Robbins about the rise of censorship in response to the pandemic, measures which saw the “granting of paternal authority to a state that always offers us safety, to a corporate sector that always offers us convenience, all the while banalizing the human experience, turning us into data.”

“This is a new religion,” responded the Shawshank Redemption star.

“It’s exactly like a religion, it’s dogmatic, it’s absolute – if you do not believe in it you are condemned to hell, maybe this is a new religion,” he added.

Brand agreed that pandemic narratives were being “posed as politics, but it’s behaving like a religion.”

“Seems like it, seems like it has some of those aspects at least,” said Robbins.

During the first part of Robbins’ interview with Brand, the actor also explained how he was once a staunch advocate for pandemic restrictions but later changed his mind after seeing how people who were skeptical of the narrative were being treated.

“We turned into tribal, angry, vengeful people,” he said. “And I don’t think that is something that is sustainable for the Earth, that we start demonizing people who don’t agree with our particular health policies and turn them into monsters, turn them into pariahs, say they don’t deserve a hospital bed.”

“It turned into ‘you should fucking die’ because you have not complied,” he added. “That’s incredibly dangerous.”

As we document in the video below, despite there now being almost a three year period passing since the start of the pandemic, many of the same people who got the response spectacularly wrong are yet again calling for more restrictions to be imposed.

Micro-Rental Where You Can ‘Sit On The Toilet And Cook’

Live in the Pods
and Eat the Bugs

(Telegraph)  A studio for rent in China has gone viral after photographs advertising the six-square-metre property showed a man cooking while sitting on a toilet.
The listing, shared by property agents on Douyin, China’s TikTok shows off the micro-rental which is located under stairs and is being listed for 380 yuan (£45) per month.
The post put a renewed focus on the living standards of migrant and low-paid workers.
“This side is the bed; on the other side, there is a washing machine, kitchen, smoke extractor, toilet and water heater, you can sit on the toilet and cook,” the agent enthused in the advert.
The studio flat was renovated from a storeroom under the stairs of a three-storey house in a village in Shanghai’s Qingpu district, the Jimu News reported.
It was marketed as an “all-inclusive” design.

The building has been converted into a total of 13 separate studios, each of which is currently occupied apart from this one, the smallest.
The space is ideal for those who “need a temporary shelter”, according to the property agent.
Commentators have criticised the design, saying it will deprive the tenant of dignity while others argued it is a fair price for a small rental in Shanghai.

'Living there will make you lose dignity'

“Only 380 yuan for a place where we only need to sleep, good enough.” one user commented under the video.
While another user on Douyin wrote: “Living there will make you lose dignity as a human.”
Residents told state media that a studio in the neighbourhood typically costs between 1,000 and 2,000 yuan (£240) a month for a space over 20 square metres.
Owing to high demand for rental properties in big Chinese cities like Shanghai, homes being divided up into different properties is commonplace.
Migrant workers and low-income graduates are usually the target market for these listings.
Last June, local media reported that 39 workers were revealed to have shared a 90-square metre flat in a high-end district of Shanghai to save on living costs.

U.S. Virgin Islands Governor Albert Bryan (D) terminated Attorney General Denise George on Saturday, just four days after she filed a lawsuit against JP Morgan Chase which alleged facilitation of human trafficking.

(National File)  U.S. Virgin Islands Attorney General Denise George was terminated on Saturday by Governor Albert Bryan after she filed a lawsuit against JPMorgan on Tuesday which asserted several counts of facilitation of human trafficking in Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking network.

Gov. Bryan made a statement about the development on Monday. “I relieved Denise George of her duties as attorney general this weekend,” Gov. Bryan said. “I thank her for her service to the people of the territory during the past four years as attorney general and wish her the best in her future endeavors.”

“I am not at liberty to discuss details on personnel matters,” Gov. Bryan added.

“The investigation revealed that JP Morgan knowingly, negligently, and unlawfully provided and pulled the levers through which recruiters and victims were paid and was indispensable to the operation and concealment of the Epstein trafficking enterprise,” the lawsuit stated.

JP Morgan turned a blind eye to evidence of human trafficking over more than a decade because of Epstein’s own financial footprint, and because of the deals and clients that Epstein brought and promised to the bank,” the lawsuit said.

"Dies Suddenly" - Vaccine-Pushing Former NFL Player

Another Victim of Corporate Propaganda

Former NFL player Uchechukwu Nwaneri, who vociferously advocated for mandatory vaccines, died suddenly last Friday, with a coroner reporting he likely suffered a heart attack.

Nwanaeri, 38, was reportedly found dead at his home in West Lafayette, Ind., according to the Lafayette Journal & Courier.

More from the Courier:

Nwaneri drove up from Georgia, police said, and he was at his wife’s West Lafayette’s house in the 2600 block of Willow Drive when he apparently collapsed, Costello said.

Nwaneri’s wife found him unresponsive in a bedroom in her house about 1 a.m. Friday and called 911, Costello said.

Tippecanoe County Coroner Carrie Costello told the Courier an autopsy on the former Jacksonville Jaguars lineman found no evidence of foul play and “Preliminary results indicate a possible heart attack, pending toxicology results.”

Ukrainian Pagan Solstice Celebration

Soldiers of the Azov regiment hold their flag as they attend an annual commemoration ceremony for their comrades

Footage of Azov Regiment's pagan solstice celebration, and the Teutonic coldness of neo-paganism.

(Daily Mail)  Thousands of Ukraine's Azov soldiers have performed a traditional viking longboat burning ceremony to honour their fallen comrades killed by Russian troops.

The battalion, whose final stand fiercely defending the Azovstal steel plant in the Siege of Mariupol drew praise from around the world, gathered in the Rivne region of Ukraine for the touching tribute.

Stunning images show a replica of a Drakkar viking ship going up in flames on the river as row upon row of soldiers look on solemnly.

Former commander Maxim Zhorin said at the ceremony: 'In the flames, our Fallen are symbolically sent in a drakkar to another world, Valhalla or Vyrii.'

In Norse mythology, Valhalla is an afterlife populated by heroes who die in combat.

Before the establishment of Ukraine, its territory was part of Kievan Rus' from the 9th to 13th centuries.

The state was invaded by the Varangians, a group of marauding Vikings from Sweden who went on to rule Kievan Rus' until the 11th century.

The Azov regiment often harks back to this Viking iconography, which also presents their soldiers as fierce warriors.

In a post on their Telegram channel, the battalion said: 'The military fraternity, consisting of various units, including the Azov OZSP, held a ceremony to honour the memory of the Azov people who died in battle.

'Every year on the Day of the Dead, we remember all Azov residents who died for the independence of Ukraine in battle with weapons in their hands.
