NEWS AND VIEWS THAT IMPACT LIMITED CONSTITUTIONAL GOVERNMENT

"There is danger from all men. The only maxim of a free government ought to be to trust no man living with
power to endanger the public liberty." - - - - John Adams

Media ignores Obama building a Police State

A Bi-Partisan Media Cover Up
No member of the press ever asks Obama or Romney about the NDAA and jailing Americans without a trial
  • Both Democrats and Republicans voted to give any President the right to jail Americans forever without a trial.  The Bill of Rights be damned.

Here are two questions you will never hear from a reporter at a press conference or a Presidential Debate.

To Obama:  "Mr. President why do you so badly want the power to jail Americans indefinitely without a trial?"

To Romney:  "Governor, why did your party in Congress overwhelmingly vote to give the President the power to jail Americans indefinitely without a trial?"

Police State Media Blackout  -  The Presidential campaign and debates are in full swing and the press fails over and over again to ask Obama why he wants the power to jail Americans without a trial while building a Big Brother Police State that appears to spy on nearly everyone without a warrant.

To be fair, Romney has been silent to this massive threat to our Bill of Rights.  Nor has the Elite Media bothered to ask him about the NDAA.

Recently a federal judge ruled that an temporary injunction on section 1021 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 must be made permanent, essentially barring the White House from ever enforcing a clause in the NDAA that can let them put any US citizen behind bars indefinitely over mere allegations of terrorist associations.

See our story VICTORY - Judge strikes down NDAA.

Really wanting the power to jail Americans without a trial Comrade Obama appealed the ruling.
A lone appeals judge bowed down to the Obama administration and reauthorized the White House’s ability to indefinitely detain American citizens without charge or due process.  This will continue to work its way through the courts.

The Constitution is being abolished and nearly all of the Media plays dead.

Thanks to The Libertarian Patriot  for a heads up on this video.

Republican Senators were falling all over each other to vote to
grant the President the right to imprison Americans without a trial.
The GOP controlled House had already rubber-stamped this insanity.

National Defense Authorization Act

  • Huge majorities of both parties have no trouble voting to abolish the Bill of Rights and give the President the unlimited Imperial power to imprison Americans.
