Staggering
Over One Billion Hours Watched in only a matter of days.
Hollywood tries hard to create artificial "hits" - most of these "hits" never were and are forgotten the following week.
Then comes Wednesday. A minor character in a nearly 60 years old TV series and a 31-year-old movie.
How do you base an entire show on her? Yet somehow Tim Burton managed to do it.
Even stranger, the public eagerly embraced this minor character in a monstrously huge way all the way to producing fan art.
Hollywood somehow created a real hit.
I just rewatched all eight episodes this last weekend. They stand up to repeated viewings. I can't wait for season two.
