How about zero population growth to protect American jobs?

What Quality of Life?

  • The Drudge Report told us of 51 million new immigrants in only 8 years putting enormous pressure on employment for American citizens, social services and pollution.
  • With the open borders Republicans and Democrats in charge there is no end in sight.

By Gary;

Welcome to the American Ant Hill.

The Census Bureau report is not news to me or any other thinking person.  But none of the political hacks in Washington want to address the issue.

The pansy Leftist Democrats sing "We are the World" and deliberately import every possible poor person on earth out of liberal guilt and to gain new voters.

Meanwhile the Wall Street boot-licking "Conservative" GOP wants open borders for both legal and illegal aliens in order to drive down wages for their billionaire corporate Masters in business.

But the fact of the matter is the U.S. no longer needs millions of new workers.   We are seeing countless millions of middle class jobs being permanently abolished by the Internet, robotics, computers and outsourcing.  The importation and legalization of new workers totally screws American citizens of all nationalities.

Quality of Life

Also, where is it written in stone that population growth is good?

There are over 7 billion people on earth, and most of them are poor.  Is the quality of American life improved by bringing in another 200 million more people?

The human waste pollution alone for 7 billion people is staggering.  Add in all the associated pollution of factories, businesses and cars and the quality of life starts to drop fast.

I have seen the swift reduction of the quality of life here in California.  Thousands of square miles of this once Golden State have been paved over to create new shoulder-to-shoulder housing tracts, strip malls and Wal-Marts.

Call me crazy, but I can't see how the quality of our lives is improved by building yet another freeway or another auto mall.

We are way past the point where we need to close the borders in order to protect our way of life and our jobs.

"I'd like to share a revelation that I've had during my time here. It came to me when I tried to classify your species and I realized that you're not actually mammals. Every mammal on this planet instinctively develops a natural equilibrium with the surrounding environment but you humans do not. You move to an area and you multiply and multiply until every natural resource is consumed and the only way you can survive is to spread to another area.
There is another organism on this planet that follows the same pattern. Do you know what it is? A virus. Human beings are a disease, a cancer of this planet. You're a plague and we are the cure."
