SHOCK - Documents stored in file cabinets cannot be hacked! |
Go Ahead And Hack Us
Big Brother Government wants to be
hacked by everyone on earth.
By Gary;
Another week, another hack of "secret" government Internet files.
Big Brother government screams, "Grab your children and hide in caves. They are after us all."
The latest "horror" is the personal data of 18 million current, former and prospective federal employees were hacked.
Pardon me if I smell Bullshit here.
My feeling is Big Brother wants to be hacked. I mean really, if the government gave a crap about protecting their records they would not connect them to the Internet in the first place. No sane person wants the Chinese, Russians, ISIS or pimple faced 16 year old hackers roaming through their files.
By connecting "top secret" records to the Internet the government can then scream about the resulting hack of those records. Then they can demand from Congress even more control over the Internet in order to "protect" the very files that they deliberately exposed to hackers.
The Washington Post confirms my theory. The Post reports in 1998 a panel of computer nerds testified before Congress saying "If you are looking for computer security, then the Internet is not the place to be." One of the tech geeks said that the Internet could be taken down "by any of the seven individuals seated before you" within 30 minutes.
Depending on your point of view Congress either ignored or adopted their advice.
They either ignored their advice and stupidly connected everything on to the Internet or connected it to the net on purpose in order to increase the Police State powers of Big Brother.
Pick one.
. Government wants you to be afraid of everything and then turn to the government to "save" you from the problems they created. |
