ZERO Income Tax For Mothers Under 30

HAVE SEX
And just like that the labor "shortage" is
ended and immigrants are not needed

(National File)  In Hungary, mothers under the age of 30 will be exempt from paying income tax as part of the nation’s plan to increase its native birth rate. Hungary has instituted a number of pro-family policies in recent years as a number of its fellow EU nations have opted to tackle their population struggles with mass immigration from Africa and the Middle East.

“Hungary extends its family friendly policies: from Jan, women who become mothers before turning 30 will be exempt from paying personal income tax!” wrote Balázs Orbán, a member of the Hungarian parliament and President Viktor Orbán’s administration, wrote in a tweet.

Hungary has previously announced additional pro-family policies, including one that will exempt mothers who have at least four children from paying income tax for the rest of their lives.

Working adults will also be exempt until the age of 25 in an effort to give them a hand in saving for starting their own families.

“According to the government’s calculations, tens of thousands of young mothers with an income could avail themselves of the possibility of tax exemption,” Hungary’s Secretary of State for Family Policy, Ágnes Hornung, told Breitbart News. “They are eligible not only for the new income tax exemption, but equally for all other forms of family support, including the family tax allowance, the baby expecting support [loan], and the childcare fee,” she added.

Trump adviser: 'This is not a true tax reform bill'

The GOP is Two-Faced

  • The GOP will allow giant corporations to deduct state and local taxes, but the average Joe is banned from doing the same thing.  For reasons beyond my understanding the idiot GOP Oligarchs think increasing taxes on many in the middle class is a winning campaign platform.
  • Taxes are being cut. That is something. Keep in mind though that not one penny, NOT ONE CENT, of spending is being cut by the "small government" GOP.

(Politico)  -  One of President Donald Trump’s top outside economic advisers says the individual side of the GOP tax plan never should have happened and threatens to “hurt a lot of different people.”

“The individual side of this is maybe not the worst thing I’ve ever seen,” said Larry Kudlow, a prominent economic commentator and former adviser to President Ronald Reagan, in the latest POLITICO Money podcast. “But when you end the state and local deduction, because rates are still relatively high, you are going to hurt a lot of different people. So the internal logic was not good and this is not a true tax reform bill.”

"Donald Trump has ended the war against business.”

(Newsmax)  -  Republican tax reform will translate into between 3 and 4 preen economic growth “for as far as the eye can see,” economist Larry Kudlow says.

“There are warts in this bill — I've never been crazy about the individual side — but the big economic bang is coming from the business tax cuts,” he said. “This is powerful stuff. The economics profession doesn't understand, nor does the Joint Tax Committee, nor does the [Congressional Budget Office], just how powerful this is going to be.”
“I believe you're looking at 3 percent to 4 percent economic growth for as far as the eye can see,” he said. “We're moving into a higher gear. And that's why I think people should hang on to their stocks."
He also reiterated his assertion that "Donald Trump has ended the war against business.”

13 Republicans vote against higher taxes

The GOP
A Party of Fucking Morons

  • The idiot GOP leadership is forcing Republican Congressmen in states like New Jersey, California and New York to run on a platform of increasing taxes on the middle class.
  • The idiots in the GOP are allowing Democrats to run as the party of lower middle class taxes.
  • It is as if the Republicans are trying to hand over control of the House to Democrats.

(CNSNews.com) - Thirteen Republicans broke with their party leadership and voted “no” as the House voted 227-205 to pass a tax reform bill. No Democrats voted for the bill.
Rep. Tom McClintock (R.-Calif.) argued, as did other Republican dissenters, that the bill would actually increase federal taxes on some middle-class households.
“It is claimed that the average taxpayer will see their taxes reduced,” McClintock said. “This invokes the mystery of the 6-foot man who drowned in a pond whose average depth was 5-feet.  It is undeniable that a significant portion of taxpayers will see an increase in their taxes, particularly in California, and particularly over time as the temporary relief provisions phase out.”
The thirteen Republican dissenters included five from New York, four from New Jersey, three from California and one from North Carolina.

"The complete removal of the deduction for state income taxes and the limitation on deductions for local property taxes will impact New York families more severely than taxpayers in other states,” said Rep. John Faso (R.-N.Y.). “While the full SALT income tax deduction for individuals is repealed, full deductibility will remain in effect for corporations and other business entities, thereby protecting taxpayers in states like Texas which rely more heavily on corporate taxes.
“Since New York taxpayers already send over $40 billion more in tax dollars to Washington than we receive back in federal benefits and services, we are not being subsidized by any state,” said Faso. “Frankly, I resent the accusation that New Yorkers are being subsidized by the rest of the nation, when in fact the opposite is true.”

Rep. Darrell Issa (R.-Calif.), whose district is in Orange County, opposed the tax reform on similar grounds.

"I didn't come to Washington to raise taxes on my constituents and I do not plan to start today," said Issa. "It's disappointing that the bill approved today will not provide the same tax relief to Californians as it does to the rest of the nation.”
“Constituents in my district have picked up extra shifts, stayed late, and worked hard only to see less and less of their take-home pay as taxes have skyrocketed across the state,” said Issa. “My constituents deserve to see a tax cut too. Before reform reaches the President’s desk, I will continue fighting for changes to deliver tax relief for all taxpayers--regardless of where they live."
d Feedback"I didn't come to Washington to raise taxes on my constituents and I do not plan to start today," said Issa. "It's disappointing that the bill approved today will not provide the same tax relief to Californians as it does to the rest of the nation.”“Constituents in my district have picked up extra shifts, stayed late, and worked hard only to see less and less of their take-home pay as taxes have skyrocketed across the state,” said Issa. “My constituents deserve to see a tax cut too. Before reform reaches the President’s desk, I will continue fighting for changes to deliver tax relief for all taxpayers--regardless of where they live."

McClintock argued that while the business side of the tax bill may be good, the elements dealing with individuals and families are not.
“I am convinced that the business side of this bill will produce dramatic growth for the national economy,” said McClintock. “However, I believe the personal income tax side does significant harm, particularly to many families in high-cost, high-tax states like California.

“This was entirely avoidable, if higher priority had been given to family tax relief than was given to tax simplification,” said McClintock. “The current major deductions for such expenses as mortgage interest, state and local income taxes, medical and casualty expenses and student loan interest could all have been retained in the bill, while still providing a significant, across-the-board reduction in all tax rates, assuring that no taxpayer was left behind.

“Unfortunately,” he said, “the amendment that I offered to do so failed, and despite many discussions, I have yet to receive assurances that the final bill will protect every taxpayer against tax increases.”

McClintock additionally argued that the bill violated the principle of federalism.
“The state and local tax deduction is removed under this bill, further disproportionately affecting Californians,” he said.

GOP Senator Joins Dems on Trump Tax Returns

The GOP Bullshit Never Ends

  • I am sick of these TRAITOR Republicans attacking Trump.
  • If Sen. Lankford had any balls he could easily turn any question. For example he could have said, "Why are you asking about Trump's tax returns? You should be asking Hillary why she took hundreds of millions in bribe money from foreign dictators."
  • But Republicans refuse to defend Trump and side with Democrats whenever they think they can get away with it.

(Washington Examiner)  -  A Republican senator is joining critics calling for President Trump to release his tax returns.
Sen. James Lankford, R-Okla., told "Fox News Sunday" that he hopes the president releases his returns so people can move on.
"Follow through on what you said you were going to do so the American people can move on," Lankford said.
Trump refused to release his returns during the campaign and since he has taken office. He has said he will release them upon completion of an Internal Revenue Service audit, even though IRS officials have said that the audit doesn't preclude Trump from releasing his returns.

Clintons donate $1 million to "charity", the Clinton Foundation

"Corruptus in Extremis"

  • The Hildabeast as set up a new family "charity" and has donate $1,000,000 to it to avoid taxes.
  • I would bet hard cash that 90% of this new charity's money is also eaten up in inflated overhead and salaries. But don't expect the Corporate Media Machine to investigate.

WASHINGTON (AP) — Hillary and Bill Clinton earned $10.6 million last year, according to a tax filing released by her campaign that sought to pressure presidential rival Donald Trump to disclose his tax returns.
The filing shows that the Clintons paid a federal tax rate of 34.2 percent in 2015. The bulk of their income — more than $6 million — came from speaking fees for appearances made largely before Hillary Clinton launched her campaign in April 2015.
They gave more than $1,042,000 to charity, with $1 million going to the Clinton family foundation. That is the financial vehicle the family uses to give money to museums, schools, churches and other charitable causes. It is not the same organization as the better-known Clinton Foundation.
The Clintons' income puts them well within the ranks of the top 0.1 percent of Americans, though they pay a higher tax rate than many of their elite peers, according to an analysis by the nonpartisan Tax Foundation, based on 2013 data.

Socialist Bernie pays a "huge" 13.5% income tax rate

Another Phony Socialist
Funny how the "share the wealth" Left always
manages to line their own pockets with cash.

Bernie Sanders released his 2014 tax return this weekend, revealing that he and his wife took $60,208 in deductions from their taxable income.
These deductions are all perfectly legal and permitted under the U.S. tax code, but they present a morally inconvenient, if delicious, irony: The Democratic socialist from Vermont, a man who rages against high earners paying a lower effective tax rate than blue-collar workers, saved himself thousands using many of the tricks that would be banned under his own tax plan.
With all of his itemized deductions, Sanders’s taxable income was significantly lower than it would have been if he had taken the standard deduction. The deductions left Sanders and his wife paying $27,653 in federal income taxes in 2014, on a joint income of $205,271 — an effective federal tax rate of 13.5 percent.

Establishment Mitt Romney trashes Trump, helps Democrats

A Liar and an Asshole

  • Mitt Romney failed to defeat Comrade Obama.  So without any evidence Romney goes out of his way to claim there is good reason to believe that Donald Trump is hiding secrets in his tax returns.
  • Unless Romney has a copy of Donald's 1040 then he is a liar looking to help Democrats in the November election.

(CNN)  -  Mitt Romney warned Wednesday that Donald Trump's tax returns could contain a "bombshell" in a biting attack that hinted at clear signs of alarm in the Republican establishment at the billionaire's tightening grip on the party's presidential race.
"We have good reason to believe that there's a bombshell in Donald Trump's taxes," Romney told Fox News, and also called on the top anti-Trump contenders Sens. Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio to disclose their tax information as well.
"Either he's not anywhere near as wealthy as he says he is, or he hasn't been paying taxes we would expect him to pay or perhaps he hasn't been giving money to vets or to the disabled like he's been telling us he's been doing," Romney added.
The irony of the moment struck one key member of Obama's re-election campaign.
"Did Mitt Romney just do to Donald Trump on tax returns what he was so mad at Harry Reid for doing to him?" said former Obama political adviser and current CNN commentator Dan Pfeiffer on Twitter.
Under intense pressure, Romney did finally release his tax returns during the campaign, but when it emerged that he had paid around 14% taxes on his 2010 return -- less than most Americans -- there was political uproar that played into the hands of the Obama campaign.

GOP gives IRS the power to take your passport

The "small government" GOP in action
    • The Big Government loving GOP wants to give the IRS the brand new power to yank your passport without any court order or hearing before a judge.
    • I will be long dead in my grave before I see the flat income tax enacted by the big government loving Republican Party.  Both the GOP and the Dems want the income tax in order to extort campaign cash from groups in society.

    By Congressman Ron Paul

A little-noticed provision in the highway funding bill Congress passed this week threatens a right most Americans take for granted: the right to travel abroad. The provision in question gives the Internal Revenue Service the authority to revoke the passport of anyone the IRS claims owes more than $50,000 in back taxes.
Congress is giving the IRS this new power because a decline in gas tax receipts has bankrupted the federal highway trust fund. Of course, Congress would rather squeeze more money from the American people than reduce spending, repeal costly regulations, or return responsibility for highway construction to the states, local governments, and the private sector. On the other hand, most in Congress fear the political consequences of raising gas, or other, taxes. Giving the IRS new powers allows politicians to increase government revenue without having to increase tax rates. Some even brag about how they are “cracking down on tax cheats.”
Pro-IRS politicians ignore how this new power will punish Americans who have actually paid all the taxes they are legally obligated to pay. This is because the provision does not provide taxpayers an opportunity to challenge a finding that they owe back taxes in federal court before their passport is revoked. Because IRS employees are not infallible, it is inevitable that many Americans will lose their right to travel because of a bureaucrat’s mistake.
It is particularly odd that a Republican Congress would give this type of power to the IRS considering the continuing outrage over IRS targeting of “Tea Party” organizations. This is hardly the first time the IRS has been used to intimidate its opponents and/or powerful politicians. Presidents of both parties have used the IRS to target political enemies.

    Donald's Trump's Conservative Socialism

"In this world nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes."
    Benjamin Franklin

    By Gary;

With his new tax plan Donald Trump has fully embraced the mainstream position of Conservative Republican Socialism.

While Trump's move is positive there was no talk about abolishing the IRS or a simple flat tax.

Under Trump fewer and fewer voters will have to pay taxes, but those voters who do not pay taxes will still receive benefits from the state that will be paid for by others.

Pro-Business Conservative Socialism, and the Marxist re-distribution of the wealth, dates back to the GOP of William Howard Taft which enthusiastically rammed through the Federal income tax constitutional amendment.

The aim of the GOP was to buy the votes of those who would not have to pay the tax and use that new cash to spend on projects benefiting those voters.  The entire income tax is Marxist class warfare that flares up as a useful campaign issue every two years on election day.

Trump's buying of votes is good politics

Only a few "insane" people like me would abolish the IRS and the income tax.  So Trump's move is good politics from the mainstream GOP viewpoint.

Trump would consolidate the current seven tax rates to four:  0%, 10%, 20% and 25%.  Those changes would exempt all married couples makes $50,000 or less from the income tax.  Business taxes would drop to 15%.

Certainly simplifying the tax code and lowering rates moves us closer to the freedom end of political spectrum.  With this plan The Donald firmly places himself in the camp of political and financial freedom.

The real test will come on spending where the "small government" Republicans can't stop themselves from ringing up the nation's Visa card and piling debt up to the moon.

Rand Paul takes a chainsaw to the tax code

    Defeating The Marxist Income Tax
    • Bottom Line  -  The "small government" GOP has controlled Congress for 16 out of the last 20 years.  Not only has there been no flat income tax, but not one dime of spending has been cut and trillions of brand new debt approved by the GOP.
    • Rand's plan is needed, but there is a snowball's chance in Hell of the Leftist GOP adopting it.

How Would You Kill the Tax Code?

(Politico)  -  Rand Paul really, really doesn’t like the tax code.

The Kentucky senator and Republican presidential candidate released a video Tuesday of him taking on the tax code with fire, a woodchipper and a chainsaw to a rock-and-roll rendition of the “Star Spangled Banner.”

“Hey, I’m Rand Paul, and I’m trying to kill the tax code — all 70,000 pages of it,” says a T-shirt clad Paul before directing viewers to his website to learn more about his proposals.

His website leads to a page asking visitors, “How would you kill the tax code?” Paul is in the background holding up a chainsaw in front of a pile of papers. It asks for name and contact information before users can vote for their tax destruction method of choice.

Paul’s “Fair and Flat Tax” tax plan, which he introduced last month, would cut more than $2 trillion and replace the current multitiered tax system with a 14.5 percent tax across the board. It would also eliminate the payroll tax, gift and estate taxes, telephone taxes and duties and tariffs. Paul says his plan “would eliminate nearly every special-interest loophole.”

IRS FASCISM - Banks demand you explain every deposit or withdrawal

    Bi-Partisan IRS Fascism

    • Fascism and Corporatism are alive, well and growing in the U.S.
    • Banks are now acting as agents for the all-powerful Big Brother State and demanding that you give them an accounting of every deposit or withdrawal of your own money.  That info is then turned over to the IRS.
    • Meanwhile neither of our Big Government loving political parties stands up for the people.  Why should they?  The bank provided information allows the bi-partisan funded IRS to gain more control over the people and wring them dry for more tax money.

(Infowars News)  -  Banks are beginning to demand that customers account for every deposit and withdrawal in their account before they can obtain a mortgage, another illustration of how capital controls imposed on the middle class are intensifying.

“My sister just bought a house and to get the mortgage she had to explain every deposit and cash withdrawal in her account going back five years. My mother had simply written her a check for $400 to reimburse her for picking up some medicine. They wanted her to explain why my mother gave her $400,” writes economist Martin Armstrong, adding that his sister was also grilled on the $2,000 she withdrew ever few months to pay for incidental purchases.

Another of Armstrong’s friends who shared an apartment with his girlfriend was also forced to account for five and a half years worth of rent checks he had written her before they could get a mortgage together.

“It is no longer good enough that you pay your taxes. Now they want to know to whom you are giving any money, right down to $50,” writes Armstrong, warning that the controls will have a negative impact on the housing market and force buyers to leave the United States.

The details are also reportedly being passed on to the IRS, with those who fail to account for payments being subject to five years in jail.

“This is all under the pretense of terrorism, whereby they have to know where every penny goes,” according to Armstrong, who is best known for predicting the 1987 Black Monday crash as well as the 1998 Russian financial collapse. “This is not applying a new law with notice that from this date forward you have to keep track of everything you do with anyone else, as in East Germany, Stasi, this is being applied retroactively.”

The financial elite are currently attempting to impose a myriad of new capital control on the middle class under the justification of preventing tax fraud and the financing of terrorism, including the idea of banning cash altogether which has already picked up steam in countries like Denmark and Sweden.

IRS steals $107,000 from man in North Carolina

    Lyndon McLellan

    IRS Fascism

U.S. Attorney admonishes small business owner

    to keep his mouth shut.

(Institute for Justice)  -  Lyndon McLellan has spent more than a decade running L&M Convenience Mart, a gas station, restaurant and convenience store in rural Fairmont, North Carolina. Then, almost one year ago, agents from the IRS came to the store and announced that they had seized his entire bank account, totaling more than $107,000.
Lyndon did nothing wrong, and the IRS has never alleged that he committed a crime—much less charged him with one. Despite this, in December 2014, the IRS and Department of Justice (DOJ) filed a civil forfeiture complaint in federal court, which, if successful, would allow them to keep Lyndon’s money permanently. The DOJ’s actions came months after the IRS announced a formal policy change prohibiting the agency from using civil forfeiture to take money from law-abiding citizens like Lyndon.
Yesterday, the Institute for Justice (IJ), a national public interest law firm leading the fight to end civil forfeiture, filed court documents contesting the IRS’s forfeiture of Lyndon’s money.
“This case demonstrates that the federal government’s recent reforms are riddled with loopholes and exceptions and fundamentally fail to protect Americans’ basic rights,” said Institute for Justice Attorney Robert Everett Johnson, who represents Lyndon. “No American should have his property taken by the government without first being convicted of a crime.”

In February 2015, during a hearing before the U.S. House of Representatives Ways & Means Oversight Subcommittee, North Carolina Congressman George Holding told IRS Commissioner John Koskinen that he had reviewed Lyndon’s case—without specifically naming it—and that there was no allegation of the kind of illegal activity required by the IRS’s new policy. The IRS Commissioner responded, “If that cases exists, then it’s not following the policy.”
When news of the IRS Commissioner’s statement got back to the United States Attorney in charge of Lyndon’s case, he advised Lyndon’s attorney and accountant that he was “concerned” that Lyndon’s case document was provided to Congress, and that:
Whoever made [the document] public may serve their own interest but will not help this particular case. Your client needs to resolve this or litigate it. But publicity about it doesn’t help. It just ratchets up feelings in the agency. My offer is to return 50% of the money. The offer is good until March 30th COB.
Lyndon is unwilling to give the government a single penny of his hard-earned money. As he puts it, “It took me 13 years to save that much money, and it took fewer than 13 seconds for the government to take it away.”
“As Congress is considering civil forfeiture reforms, it is clear that recent policy changes by the IRS and Department of Justice are not enough,” said Institute for Justice Attorney Wesley Hottot, who also represents Lyndon. “Lyndon is not a criminal; he’s a hardworking small business owner whose life has been turned upside down by the IRS and a prosecutor who does not seem to care about new policies designed to protect people like Lyndon. This is exactly why Congress needs to pass new laws to protect property owners.”

1984 - IRS uses license plate tracking

    The IRS is Big Brother

    • Both big government loving political parties protect, expand and fund the IRS to control every aspect of your life.

(The New American)  -  Despite the objections of millions of Americans and civil liberties advocates, the Department of Homeland Security refuses completely to abandon its license plate tracking program. And now, other government and industry agencies are joining in the surveillance.

While there has been some slight scaling back of the scope of the surveillance, DHS will continue using the controversial technology in almost half of the United States, comprising most of the largest population centers.

"The LPR [License Plate Reader] data service shall compile LPR from at least 25 states and 24 of the top 30 most populous metropolitan statistical areas to the extent authorized by law in those locations," a contract issued by DHS Immigration and Customs officials reports.

There will be a corresponding decrease in the number of images gathered by the devices that are subsequently reported to DHS. One source indicates that the inventory will be reduced from 30 million images, as originally requested by DHS, to six million.

Last year Bloomberg reported that the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the Forest Service (among others) awarded nearly half a million dollars to Vigilant Solutions, a California-based company that provides tools for tracking license plates and for accessing license plate databases.

Why would the IRS and the Forest Service need the technology to track the license plates of Americans? Bloomberg explained:

"The IRS uses a variety of investigative tools similar to other law-enforcement agencies to assist with criminal cases,” Eric Smith, an agency spokesman, said in an e-mail. He declined to say how the IRS used the records in its investigations.

The Forest Service, part of the Department of Agriculture, awarded Vigilant a contract valued at as much as $47,019 for its “CarDetector” system in August 2009, records show. The product scans and captures license plate numbers, compares the data to law enforcement lists of wanted vehicles and sends alerts when such vehicles are detected, according to the company’s website.

“License plate readers are helpful to our law enforcement officers with illegal activities on national forest system lands in California,” Tiffany Holloway, a spokeswoman for the agency, said in an e-mail. She declined to comment about what types of crimes the tools are used to investigate or provide examples of how the technology has helped law enforcement.

Constitutionalists should sense something sinister in the IRS’s purchase of license plate tracking technology. Their senses would be right.
