(Infowars)  Nearly every Republican on the House Rules Committee on Monday voted against a Democrat amendment calling for a full congressional vote on whether or not to publicly release the Jeffrey Epstein files.

Only one GOP member of the committee, Rep. Ralph Norman (R-S.C.), voted yes on the amendment, with all four Democrats joining.

The House Rules Committee voted 7–5 to block Rep. Ro Khanna’s amendment demanding a full vote on releasing the Epstein files..

“The public’s been asking for it. I think there are files. All of a sudden not to have files is a little strange, We’ll see how it plays out … I think the president will do the right thing,” Norman said.

The amendment would have had Congress vote on forcing Trump AG Pam Bondi to publish all documents the DOJ has related to Epstein on a website for public viewing within 30 days of Congress approving the measure.

GOP committee members who voted against the amendment argued it had nothing to do with the bill it was added to.

MAGA supporters questioned the vote on social media, with General Michael Flynn’s son Michael Flynn Jr. asking, “Are there any explanations out there why Republicans voted to block this? What am I missing here?”

(MSN)  Reps Andy Ogles (R-Tenn), Randy Weber (R-Texas), and Jeff Duncan (R-SC) on Wednesday, May 8 introduced a bill in the House of Representatives that seeks to send "any person convicted of unlawful activity on the campus of an American university" to Gaza for at least six months. 

According to Fox News, the bill was brought up in response to anti-Israel protests raging on college campuses across the United States, some of which have taken a chaotic turn and resulted in clashes between law enforcement officials and activists.

While the text of the bill does not mention Israel or anti-Israel groups, it is specifically aimed at unlawful activities on college campuses after October 7, 2023, when the Hamas attack took place and which set off a counter-assault by Israel.

If passed, the legislation would force a convicted person to serve a minimum six-month community service sentence in Gaza, which is facing a humanitarian crisis at present as a result of Israel's relentless assault led by Benjamin Netanyahu.

Speaking with Fox News, Ogles stated, "Students have abandoned their classes to harass other students and disrupt campus-wide activities, including university commencement ceremonies nationwide. Enough is enough."

"That's why I introduced legislation to send any person convicted of unlawful activity on the campus of an American university since October 7th, 2023, to Gaza to complete a minimum of six months of community service," he added.

New York City Mayor Eric Adams on Tuesday demanded the federal government help pay for what he said was a wave of asylum seekers pouring into the city, claiming its safety net was being strained by busloads of people coming from border states and elsewhere.

Adams’ comments echo those of Washington D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser, who took to national TV Sunday morning to say her city’s homeless shelters were filling up because of buses being sent en masse to the city from Texas and Arizona.

But as opposed to D.C., the problem in New York City is exacerbated by its “right to shelter” mandate, which means any homeless asylum seeker who comes to town, by any means, has to be put in a bed somewhere.

“Currently, New York City is experiencing a marked increase in the number of asylum seekers who are arriving from Latin America and other regions. In some instances, families are arriving on buses sent by the Texas and Arizona governments, while in other cases, it appears that individuals are being sent by the federal government,” Adams said in a statement, adding that more than 2,800 asylum seekers had entered the shelter system in recent weeks.

“Localities are going to have to make decisions the way the law works and that is going to be up to individual decisions but, again, from the governor’s office, you won’t see mandates from me,” Youngkin clarified in a one-on-one interview over the weekend.

(Summit News)  -  People on the volcano-stricken island of St. Vincent have been told by the country’s Prime Minister that they won’t be rescued if they haven’t taken the COVID vaccine.

Yes, really.

Cruise ships were dispatched to evacuate the island after the 4,000-foot high volcano La Soufrière erupted on Friday.

However, Ralph Gonsalves, the Prime Minister of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, gave a press conference warning that those who hadn’t taken the jab would be left to fend for themselves.

“The chief medical officer would be identifying the persons already vaccinated so that we can get them on the ship,” Gonsalves said.

16,000 people are being evacuated from the ‘red zone’ areas of the island that are most at risk, but that number won’t include those who for whatever reason haven’t taken the shot.

The censorship came as McEnany described the Democrat Party as a political group intent on keeping observers out of ballot-counting rooms to keep elections dishonest and inaccurate.

“You don’t oppose our efforts at sunlight and transparency because you have nothing to hide,” she stated. “You take these positions because you are welcoming fraud and you are welcoming illegal voting.”

“Whoa, whoa whoa,” Cavuto interjected. “I just think we have to be very clear, she’s charging the other side as welcoming fraud and welcoming illegal voting. Unless she has more details to back that up, I can’t in good countenance continue showing this.”

Bush Calls Biden; Says Election “Fundamentally Fair”

Former President George W. Bush issued a statement Sunday saying he has called to congratulate Democrat presidential nominee former Vice President Joe Biden and running mate Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) following media outlets declaring them the winner of the presidential election on Saturday. 

In his statement, Bush praised President Trump for a “hard fought” campaign, however, while acknowledging Trump’s right to challenge the election results in court he called the election “fundamentally fair” and said the “outcome is clear”.

I just talked to the President-elect of the United States, Joe Biden. I extended my warm congratulations and thanked him for the patriotic message he delivered last night. I also called Kamala Harris to congratulate her on her historic election to the vice presidency. 

Though we have political differences, I know Joe Biden to be a good man, who has won his opportunity to lead and unify our country. The President-elect reiterated that while he ran as a Democrat, he will govern for all Americans. I offered him the same thing I offered Presidents Trump and Obama: my prayers for his success, and my pledge to help in any way I can.

The American people can have confidence that this election was fundamentally fair, its integrity will be upheld, and its outcome clear.

(SF Chronicle)  -  Ahead of the Halloween and Thanksgiving holidays, California Health and Human Services Secretary Dr. Mark Ghaly addressed new guidelines the state released this week allowing private outdoor gatherings with friends if specific conditions are met.

Ghaly said attendees must be from no more than three separate households and gatherings should last no more than two hours.

Gatherings "should be and must be done outside," he added. People are also expected to take safety precautions, including wearing masks, practicing physical distancing and washing hands.

In the past, the state discouraged any gatherings outside of a single household.

• Now in the name of COVID he is abolishing the voting booth.

Maryland is set to transition from approximately 1800 polling places to 282 voting centers for November’s election in an effort to prevent the spread of coronavirus among voters, according to a plan proposed by the state’s Board of Elections and authorized by Republican Gov. Larry Hogan.

Unlike polling places, voting centers are large, open spaces like gymnasiums or convention centers, Nikki Charlson, the deputy administrator for Maryland’s Board of Elections, told the Daily Caller News Foundation. 

Though almost 85% of the state’s usual polling places will be closed, election officials think that voting centers’ ability to hold more in-person voters, voting absentee and voting early will ultimately prevent any voters from being disenfranchised, Charlson said.

In addition to the voting centers’ ability to better handle influxes of in-person voters, those registered are eligible to vote in any center in their home county, according to the plan.

The refusal to sell ‘Free Hong Kong’ jerseys is a continuation of the NBA’s tacit support for the Communist Chinese regime that has oppressed democracy activists since riots erupted last year and recently passed a “national security law” which makes it easier for China to target and punish dissenters within Hong Kong.

Gov. Inslee (D - Washington) announced Tuesday that face coverings will be mandatory statewide, issuing an order that takes effect Friday, June 26.

“We need to remain vigilant, diligent, and resourceful,” to stop this virus, Inslee said.

Unfortunately, the governor reported, there has been an uptick of cases in Washington state as businesses and public places start to reopen.

Inslee noted that Washingtonians were committed and disciplined when businesses had to be shut down early in the pandemic response to maintain social distancing. As we have reopened our economy, the same social distancing strategy is not as available to us, the governor said. As a result, cases are rising, as is the number of people that one person infects.

So the Pentagon on Monday requested that Virginia send in between 3,000 to 5,000 National Guardsmen to bolster enforcement.

Northam said no.

“I am not going to send our men and women in uniform of a very proud National Guard to Washington for a photo-op,” Northam said

The Pentagon on Monday requested that Virginia send between 3,000 and 5,000 members of its National Guard to fight unrest in the nation’s capital, which like many cities across the country, has seen peaceful and violent demonstrations in protest of police brutality, particularly toward people of color.

In a call with Defense Secretary Mark Esper on Monday afternoon, Northam declined Esper’s request, out of concern that D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser had not been consulted.

The Northam administration also expressed concern about President Donald Trump’s rhetoric during a call with governors at noon Monday, during which he urged governors to “dominate” protests with an “occupying force,” a military reference.

The Mayor launched the service on Saturday to encourage New Yorkers to report people who violate social distancing rules.

However, the response didn’t quite go as planned as it was deluged by trolls seeking to stick the figurative middle finger up at the Stasi-like nature of the hotline.

“An NYPD source said that “dick pic” photos of real penises have also been texted to 311, and a caller phoned in a tip that de Blasio was seen performing oral sex on someone “in an alleyway behind a 7-11” early Sunday,” reports the New York Post.

Another individual sent a meme of Adolph Hitler along with the words, “TO THOSE TURNING IN YOUR NEIGHBORS AND LOCAL BUSINESSES — YOU DID THE REICH THING.”

Other messages included a sign saying “EAT A BAG OF DICKS” that was accompanied by an image of candies arranged in the shape of male genitalia.

Another user sent the message “We will fight this tyrannical overreach!” while another message accused de Blasio himself of spreading the virus by deliberately coughing on people.

Over the last week, the U.S. has seen a number of anti-lockdown protests, with one expert even suggesting that the demonstrations could metastasize into full blown “mass civil unrest.”
