Out comes the "phony" Balanced Budget Amendment again

The so-called Balanced Budget Amendment . . . you can smell the elephant crap from here.

By Gary;

Utah Sen. Orrin Hatch Saturday called for Congress to approve a balanced budget amendment to the Constitution in the weekly GOP radio and Internet address.

"Think of how different our fiscal picture would be if we'd passed one in 1997," Hatch said. "Fourteen years later, our nation faces a debt crisis of epic proportions. Our national debt has gone from roughly $5 trillion in 1997 to over $14 trillion today.

"That's more than $45,000 for every man, woman, and child in America."

Baaaaa . . . . The Sheeple believe the political hack of their choice because that hack has a "D" or an "R" after their name.  They love being lied to.

Like a good magician, always distract the audience from what you are really doing up on the stage.

If you are a Democrat Socialist politician you scream "tax the rich" in a campaign to destroy private enterprise and jobs while making yourself and / or your supporters wealthy through your corrupt legislation.

If you are a big spending Republican Socialist politician and the nation is going bankrupt.  What do you do?

Why bring up the dead-in-the-water Balanced Budget Amendment to distract the voters.  Bring up a bill that has no chance of passing the Senate and less than zero chance of being ratified by the states in a process that takes years to play out.  That way the Sheeple voters will think you really care and want to do something to help.

Advocating the Amendment gives the illusion of doing something while actually doing nothing.  It is the perfect scam to fool the ignorant.

Article One; Section seven of the Constitution:   "All bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives."

No more.  No less.

The hard truth is you do not need a Balanced Budget Amendment.  You have not needed a Balanced Budget Amendment since 1787.  The Republicans control the House.  They have TOTAL POWER over spending.  Period.

Cutting spending and balancing the budget is in their hands . . . . if they really want to.  They don't need to consult with Comrade Obama or his fellow travelers in the Senate.  Just do it.

This Elephant Crap has to end.  The knee-jerk Sheeple support of these liars needs to end.   The people need to wake up and hold both parties accountable.
BI-PARTISAN SOCIALISM
No matter which Socialist party controls Congress or the White House, the spending, the growth of
government and the Marxist re-distribution of the wealth goes on and on.
