Federal Gun Control To Be Blocked at The State Level

State level action is the only hope

(Tenth Amendment Center)  A bill filed in the Ohio House would ban state and local enforcement of a wide range of federal gun control; past, present and future. Passage into law would represent a major step toward effectively ending federal acts that infringe on the right to keep and bear arms within the state.

Rep. Mike Loychik (R) and Rep. Jean Schmidt (R) introduced House Bill 51 (HB51) on Feb. 15. The “Second Amendment Preservation Act” would ban state and local law enforcement officers from enforcing any past, present, or future federal “acts, laws, executive orders, administrative orders, rules, regulations, statutes, or ordinances” that infringe on the right to keep and bear arms.

“All federal acts, laws, executive orders, administrative orders, rules, and regulations, regardless of whether they were enacted before or after the enactment of this section, that infringe on the people’s right to keep and bear arms as guaranteed by the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution and Section 4 of Article I, Ohio Constitution, shall be invalid to this state, shall not be recognized by this state, shall be specifically rejected by this state, and shall not be enforced by this state.”

The legislative findings emphasize that the state respects “the proper role of the federal government but rejects the proposition that such respect requires unlimited submission.”

HB293 is similar to a law that was passed in Missouri in 2021, which is already having a significant impact on ATF enforcement capabilities in that state.

Thor Destroys George Floyd Mural?

Devine Intervention By Thor?
j
At last a God takes sides in
the insane affairs of man.

A mural of deceased fentanyl user and Black Lives Matter icon George Floyd was destroyed earlier today in Toledo, Ohio after it was inexplicably struck by lightning, collapsing the wall entirely and likely offering a devastating blow to the morale of the local Black Lives Matter movement.

Local media reports that the “north Toledo mural has been reduced to rubble” after reportedly being struck by lightning. Fire and rescue responded to the previous site of the mural, but were unable to render aid to the collapsed wall featuring Floyd’s face.

“A witness who saw the wall fold told TFRD they had seen a lightning bolt strike the building,” local media reported. “The department later confirmed the strike to be the cause of the collapse.”

Video indicates the mural was created on July 10, 2020, meaning the idol to George Floyd lasted just over one year before being felled by nature.

Judge Mandates Covid Vaccines as Condition For Probation

OBEY - QUESTION NOTHING

(Infowars)  A Ohio judge has sparked controversy after mandating Covid-19 vaccines as part of a defendant’s probabtion conditions.

Franklin County Judge Richard Frye told one defendant in particular that he had a choice between five years of probation or just one year if he takes a COVID-19 shot.

“That’s not like picking up trash,” the defendant said. “I know I’m in your courtroom and you have the absolute say-so over things but I feel like, that’s my health.”

The judge nixed the three-year probation deal prosecutors made with the defense in a ruling which effectively punished the defendant with an extra two years of probation if he doesn’t take the vaccine.

“Neither the Ohio Attorney General or the Franklin County Prosecutor wanted to comment on the matter,” reported ABC6.

Franklin County is home to Columbus, Ohio, one of the most liberal areas of the state.

"Compulsory double-masking" adopted in Ohio

RETARD ALERT
I Guess Breathing is Optional

A school district in Ohio wants students and staff to double up on facial coverings when in-person learning returns later this month.

As students return to campus, Bexley City Schools in Columbus will be handing out three-ply masks due to recommendations from the CDC claiming two masks are better than one.

“The Bexley City Schools Evaluation Team… discussed ‘compulsory double-masking or CDC equivalent thereof,’ which was adopted by the Board of Education on Friday, February 19, as a component of the resolution regarding the learning mode (All-In Person Learning),” the school board wrote in an update to parents.

Included in the district’s press release are four options to comply with the new double mask mandate, including, “Wearing two cloth masks together, or wearing two disposable masks together.”

Children are also allowed to wear a “3-ply” disposable or cloth mask if they use a “mask fitter” to keep it in place, or a KN95 or N95 surgical mask, despite them being “challenging for children to wear.”

The district will have 3-ply masks on hand: “To ensure all students and staff have access to a mask meeting the quality standards required under this option, the District intends to purchase this type of mask for all.”

GOP Puts Entire State Under House Arrest

The GOP COVID Police State

  • So-called "Conservative" GOP Governors in Ohio and Iowa are eagerly issuing Imperial Edicts ordering curfews and demanding people stay home under Republican House arrest.

In an address to the state Tuesday afternoon, Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine (R) announced a three-week curfew effective Thursday that will run from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. in order to slow down transmission of the COVID-19 China coronavirus.

Retail business will be ordered closed for those hours and residents should stay home. DeWine said Monday he does not want to order a statewide lockdown.

DeWine said the curfew will have “common sense” exemptions including for people going to work, the hospital, picking up or delivering food.

Pharmacies and grocery stores would be exempt. In response to a reporter’s question DeWine said he will not close bars and restaurants for the duration of the curfew to see if that works.

GOP COVID Fascism in Ohio, Texas & Idaho

GOP Governors Eagerly Violate Your Rights

The COVID Plandemic is the latest excuse for GOP officials to piss all over the Bill of Rights.

Our voting choices are slim:  Democrats are openly Marxist Authoritarians while large numbers of Republican office holders refuse to support internet Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Religion and the 4th Amendment right to privacy.

Idaho Christians arrested for singing without masks

(Daily News)  -  A “psalm sing” attended by more than 150 people Wednesday in the Moscow City Hall parking lot led to three arrests, including that of Latah County commission candidate Gabriel Rench.

Rench, a Moscow Republican running against incumbent Moscow Democrat Tom Lamar in November’s election, was one of five people cited by Moscow police for suspicion of being in violation of Moscow's mask/social distancing order, according to Moscow Police Chief James Fry.

Of the five cited, two also were arrested for suspicion of resisting or obstructing an officer. The fifth, Rench, was arrested but not charged with allegedly refusing to identify himself to police, according to Fry.

Fry said the officer who arrested Rench knew who he was but that Rench refused to provide his identification after the officer requested it.

Fry said none of the five cited were wearing masks or social distancing.

The five mask order citations were the first given by Moscow police, Fry said. The mask order took effect in early July and states face coverings must be worn in indoor and outdoor public settings where 6-foot social distancing cannot be maintained with nonhousehold members.

Those who violate the order are subject to a misdemeanor, which carries a maximum punishment of six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.

The Moscow City Council extended the mask order to Jan. 5 at Monday's council meeting.

Abort Black Children Says Ohio Democrat

Killing Black Babies
in the Name of Liberalism

(Newswars)  -  Ohio Rep. Janine Boyd (D-Cleveland Heights) filed an amendment Tuesday aiming to remove protections for African American babies in the “heartbeat bill” the Ohio House is expected to pass Wednesday.

The “heartbeat bill” would ban abortions after a fetal heartbeat is detected and allow the state to prosecute doctors who perform abortions after a heartbeat is found.

During her testimony, Boyd argued black women should be allowed to abort their children to counter slavery-era atrocities.

“I consider the slave trade and how black slaves were considered like cattle and put out to stud in order to create generations of more slaves,” she testified.

Continuing, she said, “I consider how many masters raped their slaves. I consider how many masters forced their slaves to have abortions and I consider how many pregnant slaves self-induced abortion so they would not contribute children they have to this slave system.”

“Our country is not far enough beyond our history to legislate as if it is, and so I ask you with all of your values to vote yes to this amendment,” Boyd concluded.

While the statements made regarding the treatment of black women during slavery are accurate, Boyd ignores multiple ironies.

For example, it’s ironic that Boyd, and African American herself, is dehumanizing black fetuses based on their race.

What about white, Asian or Hispanic mothers and babies?

Another irony is that she only targets black children for abortion which was one of the goals of eugenicist and KKK sympathizer Margaret Sanger who founded Planned Parenthood.

Sanger believed black people were like weeds who need to be controlled and was the founder of the “Negro Project,” which sought to completely eliminate black births.

Now, recent statistics show more black babies are aborted in the state of New York City than are born, while nationally, the CDC reports that nearly half of all pregnancies among black women end in abortion.

As the abortion battle to intensify nationwide, the race issue is sure to be a focal point as the Democratic Party is completely obsessed with identity politics.

LGBT student arrested for making death threats against herself

Manufactured Hate Crimes
When you can't find any hate then just create it yourself

(WND)  -  A journalism major who’s a member of the Student Senate at Ohio University made headlines when she said she received hate-filled, homophobic death threats because she’s a member of the LGBT community.
Now, she’s facing criminal charges for allegedly sending those threats to herself.
Anna Ayers, 21, of Ligonier, Pennsylvania, had claimed she discovered three notes in her desk drawer at the Student Senate office and at her residence.
Ayers said she found the first “hateful, harassing” note on Sept. 27, which mentioned her LGBT identity.
According to the school newspaper the Post, the Student Senate actually discussed the notes, as it was originally speculated the messages were written by a fellow member of the student government.
According to the university’s police department, making false alarms is a first-degree misdemeanor, punishable by a maximum of six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
Ayers’ arrest is already receiving some comments on social media.
“How can people like this even be trusted?! They can’t,” wrote Elpidia Saavedra on Facebook. “People with no moral standards and character can’t be trusted and this women is [clearly] one of those people. Shame on her!”

Kasich: If GOP "can't be fixed," I can't support it

Asshole Alert

  • One has to wonder which parts of Trump's "horrible" divider program does Kasich oppose?  Repealing Obamacare? Bringing jobs back for blue collar workers? or securing our border?
  • My message to Kasich is, "Fuck you and your little dog too."  (Apologies to the Wicked Witch who is a much nicer person than Kasich.)

(CNN)  -  Ohio Republican Gov. John Kasich said on CNN's "State of the Union" Sunday that a time could come when he no longer supports the Republican Party.
"If the party can't be fixed, Jake, then I'm not going to be able to support the party. Period. That's the end of it." Kasich said in an interview with anchor Jake Tapper.
Asked what that meant for his future in the GOP, Kasich said he was committed to the party and intended to win it over from the surging nationalist wing.
"What I'm trying to do is struggle for the soul of the Republican Party the way that I see it," Kasich said. "And I have a right to define it, but I'm not going to support people who are dividers."
Kasich made clear he did not support former Judge Roy Moore, the far-right Republican nominee for Alabama's Senate seat.

1984 - Big Brother now tracks your pacemaker

“Nothing was your own except the few cubic

centimetres inside your skull.”
― George Orwell1984

(The Daily Sheeple)  -  An Ohio man pleaded not guilty to arson charges Tuesday after police arrested him, in part, based on information obtained from the man’s pacemaker. According to officials, 59-year-old Ross Compton stands accused of burning his home down on September 15 and faces charges of aggravated arson and insurance fraud.
Police say they obtained a warrant to search all electronic information stored on Compton’s pacemaker when he gave statements that were not consistent with the evidence found at the fire. He told authorities that he packed belongings when he saw the fire, threw them out of a window and carried them to his car.”

According to court documents, a cardiologist who reviewed the data on the pacemaker determined it is highly improbable Mr. Compton would have been able to collect, pack and remove the number of items from the house, exit his bedroom window and carry numerous large and heavy items to the front of his residence during the short period of time he has indicated due to his medical conditions.”
The case raises the issue of privacy rights with regard to sensitive medical data. Electronic Frontier Foundation Criminal Defense Staff Attorney Stephanie Lacambra is concerned that technological advancements will lead to a loss of individual privacy, with this case setting a dangerous precedent.Cases like this could be the canary in the coal mine concerning the larger privacy implications of using a person’s medical data,” she told SC Media.
As Lacambra went to point out:
“Americans shouldn’t have to make a choice between health and privacy. We as a society value our rights to maintain privacy over personal and medical information, and compelling citizens to turn over protected health data to law enforcement erodes those rights.”

"Nearly all children nowadays were horrible. What was worst of all was that by means of such organizations as the Spies they were systematically turned into ungovernable little savages, and yet this produced in them no tendency whatever to rebel against the discipline of the Party. On the contrary, they adored the Party and everything connected with it... All their ferocity was turned outwards, against the enemies of the State, against foreigners, traitors, saboteurs, thought-criminals. It was almost normal for people over thirty to be frightened of their own children."

Trump gets revenge, helps oust Kasich loyalist from Ohio GOP post

Screw Kasich and the dog he rode in on

(Fox News)  -  Donald Trump claimed some measure of political revenge against Ohio Gov. John Kasich for shunning his presidential campaign, after helping oust a key Kasich loyalist from atop the state Republican party.
Trump threw his support behind Jane Timken, who on Friday narrowly defeated Ohio GOP Chairman Matt Borges. The president-elect even got personally involved, calling members of the 66-person Central Committee to lobby on Timken's behalf.
"At first I thought it was a fake phone call," Cincinnati-area committee member Greg Simpson told Cleveland.com. "Then all of the sudden, he's talking to me."
Simpson said Trump touted Timken, a party activist and donor, without bashing Borges, who last year offered only lukewarm support for Trump’s campaign.
Borges appeared largely caught in the political crossfire, considering Kasich, a failed 2016 GOP presidential candidate, refused to endorse Trump after he won the party primary, despite signing a pledge to support the eventual nominee.
Kasich then refused to officially attend the Republican convention this past summer in Cleveland, despite being governor of the host state.
Still, Borges was at least partially responsible for drawing Trump's ire. He said last summer on Twitter that then-Trump Campaign Manager Paul Manafort “still has a lot to learn about Ohio politics” and that Manafort “doesn't know what he's talking about.”
The campaign later suggested Borges was hopping on the Trump bandwagon late in the race to further his career, with an eye on becoming the next Republican National Committee chairman.
"It's no great secret that Chairman Borges was never fully on board, but his actions over the past week demonstrate that his loyalties to Governor John Kasich's failed presidential campaign eclipse his responsibility as chairman of the Ohio Republican Party," Trump’s Ohio campaign manager, Rob Paduchik, said in an October letter to the state central committee.
Paduchik, who is Trump’s pick for RNC co-chairman, also reportedly appealed to committee members to vote for Timken, which has resulted in a complaint that such meddling is in violation of RNC rules.

Trump 'wall' a popular GOP fundraiser at Ohio Fair

Just another brick in the wall

  • I've run out of fingers and toes to count all the so-called "Conservatives" who oppose the wall and want to keep our borders wide, wide open.
  • That is why I no longer call myself a Republican. I am a Constitutional Federalist. A man without a party.

CANFIELD, Ohio (WFMJ NBC) - A fundraising effort put on by Donald Trump supporters at the Canfield fair appears to be a success, in spite of upsetting a few people.

The pro-Trump contingent set up a board in front of the Republican tent at the fair last week.

Since then, contributors have been buying faux bricks made out of wood, to build a “wall”, like the one Trump is proposing to be built along the U.S. - Mexican border.

The “bricks” can be purchased for a donations ranging from $5 to $20.

Buyers have been writing messages on the bricks, many of those messages supporting construction of the wall to stem the tide of illegal immigration.

The response has been so great, the wall has been disassembled and rebuilt three times already.

Some people have expressed displeasure with the wall fundraiser, claiming it breeds hate.

Mahoning County GOP Chairman Mark Munroe defends the idea. In addition to calling it a fun way to raise money, Munroe denies that the wall is about hate, but instead about national security.

In addition to the wall, GOP officials say people have been dropping by their tent buying t-shirts, buttons, and signs to show their support for Trump.

Muslims Videotaping Catholic Church Service Cause Scare

If you believe their story then I have some
swampland in Florida I would like to sell you.

(Dayton Daily News) Ohio  -  Kettering Police and Ascension Catholic Church leaders say two to three Arab men who entered the church Sunday and began videotaping the service were studying Christianity.
The men’s activity alarmed some parishioners who contacted police which prompted officers to respond.
“While their actions did arouse suspicion, we believe their actions were simply a breach of proper etiquette,” a statement on Ascension’s website read Thursday morning. “While current evidence suggests that they intended no ill will, the Kettering police and other appropriate agencies are continuing to thoroughly investigate the matter and are keeping us aware of their findings.”
Police said the individuals were questioned outside the sanctuary at the church on Sunday and told officers they were studying Christianity.
The individuals were taking videos of portions of Sunday’s mass and discontinued their filming after speaking with officers and were permitted to return to the sanctuary, church officials said in a statement.

Kasich: Warmonger McCain should be Senator for life

Kasich Loves Bloodthirsty McCain

  • This is why I back Trump. No more bloodthirsty foreign wars to bring "democracy" to third-world shit holes.  America first.

(CNSNews.com) - "I think John McCain is a hero," Ohio Gov. John Kasich told CNN's "State of the Union" on Sunday.

"As far as I'm concerned, McCain shouldn't even have to run for election in the Senate. He ought to be in the Senate as long as he wants to be. You know, he is in a tough race out there. I'm going out there. I don't care what it takes. I have got to go out there and help McCain.

"And he really, truly is -- for the people that watch this show, he is a remarkable guy. He so loves his country."

Kasich demands more immigration, says "nationalism" is the problem

Robots & computers are abolishing millions of jobs.

Brain-dead Republicans

  • Jobs are vanishing by the tens of millions because of technology and so-called "free trade" agreements.
  • But brain-dead political hacks like John Kasich want to import millions of new workers into the U.S. to drive wages even lower.

(CNS News.com) - Ohio Gov. and former Republican presidential candidate John Kasich (R-Ohio) told an audience in Cleveland that he looks at immigration as an opportunity because Ohio has a “stagnant growth of population – we want people to come to Ohio.”
“When I look at immigration I look at a new level of energy,” Kasich told an International Republican Institute gathering on Tuesday.
“I look at immigration as an opportunity. One of the things that we face in Ohio is a stagnant growth of population – we want people to come to Ohio. We want to integrate these folks and we want them to become part of our economic dynamo. So this refrain we hear around the world, and I understand some of the problems we have, is this anti-immigration is unhealthy.”
Kasich also told the audience that he is concerned about extreme nationalism and isolationism.
“When I look around the world, what is it that I see, I see growing nationalism. There is nothing wrong with nationalism, until it becomes extreme -- we all love our countries. Secondly there is an increasing tide of isolationism, lets just take care of us, lets pull the shades down, lock the doors and lets just forget the rest of the world and take care of ourselves,” Kasich said.
