WOAH: Arizona GOP just declared covid injections "biological weapons" They are calling on the Governor to BAN and SEIZE all covid injections for a forensic analysis. The Republican party of Arizona just passed a "Ban the Jab" resolution. This is big news, yet I haven't seen anything about it on the mainstream media. You see, the Arizona Republican Party just declared the covid injections as "biological and technological weapons" as they passed a "Ban the Jab" resolution. With a whopping 95.62% of the votes, they passed the resolution. A massive majority.

But what is interesting is what the resolution actually says - Because it says some pretty politically incorrect things. And the Arizona GOP are also calling on the Governor to BAN the covid injections and to SEIZE the vials to do a forensic analysis of the contents. That is interesting, what will they find if they do an analysis of the injections? We now know that Pfizer for example WITHELD information from authorities about DNA contamination in the injections. Here is the text of the resolution: "Whereas: Strong and credible evidence shows Covid 19 and Covid 19 injections are biological and technological weapons, and Pfizer's clinical data revealed 1,223 deaths, 42,000 adverse cases, 158,000 adverse incidents, and approximately 1,000 side effects, and an enormous number of people have died and or have been permanently disabled after having been injected by the Covid 19 injections, and strong and credible evidence from Sweden exists that Covid mRNA shots alter human DNA, and government agencies, media, and tech companies, and other corporations have committed enormous fraud by claiming Covid injections are safe and effective, and The Florida Department of Health has called for a halt to the mRNA injections, and continued experimentation on humans and denial of informed consent are violations of the Nuremberg Code and therefore constitute crimes against humanity, Resolved: On behalf of the preservation of the human race, the 2024 Arizona Republican Party Presidential Nominating Convention Delegates call upon Governor Hobbs and the state legislature to prohibit the sale and distribution of Covid injections and all mRNA injections in Arizona, and for the Arizona Attorney General to immediately seize all Covid injections and mRNA injections in Arizona and perform a forensic analysis on these so-called "vaccines."" Kari Lake is now up 11 points on runner Katie Hobbs.

Blake Masters continues to surge in the US Senate race against radical Democrat Mark Kelly.

A new FOX 10 InsiderAdvantage poll shows the race for Governor – widening a bit. But the race for U.S. Senate is turning into a dead heat.

With less than 2 weeks to go before the November election, Republican Kari Lake leads Democrat Katie Hobbs by 11 percentage points. Only about 2% of voters are undecided. Pollster Matt Towery believes that Hobbs’ reluctance to debate Lake may be a reason why the gap has widened in recent weeks. According to InsiderAdvantage, Lake is polling higher among older adults and Hispanics.

(Gateway Pundit)  The Republican Nominee for Arizona Governor, Trump-Endorsed Kari Lake, has responded to the FBI’s raid on President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago, naming it “one of the darkest days in American history.”

The Gateway Pundit reported that President Trump’s Florida home was unexpectedly raided by the FBI, and his safe was broken into on Monday night.

“It is prosecutorial misconduct, the weaponization of the Justice System, and an attack by Radical Left Democrats who desperately don’t want me to run for President in 2024,” President Trump said in a statement.

“This illegitimate, corrupt Regime hates America and has weaponized the entirety of the Federal Government to take down President Donald Trump,” said Kari Lake.

In her statement, Lake declared, “we must FIRE the Federal Government.”

The city of Tucson, Arizona, will mandate vaccines for election workers in the upcoming May special election.

This is part of the Democrats’ plan to steal 2022 by blocking patriots out of poll worker positions.

The city of Tucson will require proof of vaccination for individuals wishing to serve as election workers for the upcoming special election in May. According to emails obtained by AZ Free News, individuals are required to bring their COVID-19 vaccination cards along with their social security cards and contact information if they would like to be a paid election worker.

Multiple studies on the demographics of the vaccinated show that the majority of vaccinated individuals self-identify as Democrats. As of press time, the FDA has authorized three booster shot brands for the COVID-19 vaccine: Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, and Janssen-Johnson & Johnson. According to Johns Hopkins Medicine, the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines’ protection wanes after five months, while the Johnson & Johnson version wanes after two months.

(Gateway Pundit)  -  Republican Arizona State Rep. Kelly Townsend is calling on Maricopa County GOP Chairman Rae Chornenky to step down, along with her first Vice Chair, for failing to show up to certify the Dominion Voting Machines.

There has been major controversy over their machines due to the company’s ties to Democrats and the Clinton Foundation.

“I just found our that Maricopa County GOP Chairman Rae Chornenky failed to show up to certify the Dominion / Machines. For this reason, I call for her resignation, along with her 1st Vice Chair,” Rep. Townsend tweeted.

The machines were used in 33 states, including Arizona, Michigan and Georgia. Mark Malloch Brown, Chairman of the Board of Smartmantics, which makes the machines, also serves on George Soros’ Open Societies Foundation Board.

In Georgia, voting was halted for two hours after the company sent an “update” to their machines. Marcia Ridley, elections supervisor at Spalding County Board of Elections, told Politico that the company “uploaded something last night, which is not normal, and it caused a glitch.”

“That is something that they don’t ever do. I’ve never seen them update anything the day before the election,” Ridley said. Ridley said she did not know what the upload contained.

(Infowars)  -  Video footage out of Arizona shows a TV reporter expressing her shock that absolutely no one has turned up for a Biden/Harris campaign event.

“There’s really not much to see, I’ll step out of the way, but it’s kind of boring out here,” says the reporter as the camera shot shows the streets absolutely deserted.

“It’s not your typical presidential campaign event, we don’t see people rallying outside, we don’t see signs, or really much of what’s going on,” she adds.

The Biden/Harris campaign explained that the crowd was thin because they hadn’t alerted anyone to the time and location of the event, which seems pretty odd for a campaign rally.

The explanation is made even more dubious by the fact that it was the first time Biden and Harris were campaigning together since the DNC.

Arizona Bill Would Require Conviction Before Asset Forfeiture

PHOENIX, Ariz. – A bill prefiled in the Arizona House would reform the state’s asset forfeiture laws to prohibit the state from taking a person’s property without a criminal conviction in most situations. The proposed legislation would build on important reforms signed into law in 2017.

Rep. Bob Thorpe (R-Flagstaff) filed House Bill 2149 (HB2149) on Jan. 9. Under the proposed law, Arizona prosecutors would not be able to proceed with the asset forfeiture process without a criminal conviction.

HB2149 is similar to another bill prefiled for the upcoming session (HB2032)

An AZCIR analysis in 2017 found that Arizona agencies seized nearly $200 million in property between 2011 and 2015 from people who may never have been charged or convicted of a crime.

In 2017, Gov. Doug Ducey signed a bill into law that enacted modest reforms to the state’s forfeiture laws and closed a loophole that enabled prosecutors to circumvent state laws by passing cases off to the feds. HB2149 would build on the foundation set in that law and further reform the state’s asset forfeiture process.

In 2017, the legislature increased the evidentiary standard necessary for the state to win a forfeiture case. It also took a big step toward closing a loophole that allows state and local police to get around more strict state asset forfeiture laws in a vast majority of situations. This is particularly important in light of a policy directive issued in July 2017 by then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions for the Department of Justice (DOJ).

A Republican-backed measure in the Arizona State Senate to formally denounce pornography as a public health crisis has passed. 

The resolution, which does not require the governor's signature for approval, will now go to the secretary of state to be certified. According to text of the bill, the legislation claims that pornography "perpetuates a sexually toxic environment that damages all areas of our society." 

It goes on to claim, without any medical citation, that pornography is "potentially biologically addictive and requires increasingly shocking material for the addiction to be satisfied" leading to "extreme degradation."

"The societal damage of pornography is beyond the capability of the individual to address alone," the measure states. 

Introduced by Republican Rep. Michele Udall and backed by six other Republican co-sponsors, the measure also claims that pornography harms the nation's youth by contributing to the "hyper-sexualization of teens."

While the bill first passed in the Arizona state House back in February in a 32-28 vote, the bill stops short of of outlawing or restricting the consumption of pornographic material. 

For now, the measure states that it seeks to "counteract these detrimental effects" by educating individuals about the "harms" and potentially develop "pornography recovery programs" nationwide.

. . . . in Arizona, a new bill seeks to force applicants to hand over a sample of their DNA and pay a $250 processing fee. The proposed legislation would apply to anyone in Arizona who is required to be fingerprinted for a job.

Bill 1475 was introduced by Republican State Senator David Livingston. According to the Arizona Republic, it has sparked a modest outcry from local individuals and organizations. If passed, the bill would require teachers, police officers, child day care workers, and many others to submit their DNA samples along with fingerprints to be stored in a database maintained by the Department of Public Safety.

President Donald Trump has signed the Rapid DNA Act into law which means the police can routinely take DNA samples from people who are arrested but not yet convicted of a crime.

The law, which was signed in 2017 and comes into effect this year, will require several states to connect Rapid DNA machines to Codis – the national DNA database controlled by the FBI.

These machines, which are portable and about the same size as a desktop printer, are expected to become as routine a process as taking fingerprints.

Speaking to Daily Star Online, he said: “The fact of the matter is that these machines are not full-proof.

“But we could look at a situation in which someone could be arrested, have their mouth swabbed and then be charged within hours after generating a DNA profile.

“We are looking at the erosion of the concept of innocent before proven guilty because it will allow police to go on fishing expeditions.

“When you sit on a park bench, you shed DNA. That is now up for grabs by police who could swab it, and run it through a DNA database. If they find a match, or if misconduct occurred anywhere in the vicinity where your DNA was found, you might find yourself charged with a crime you never committed merely because you happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.

(AZ Central)  -  Citing concerns about the proliferation of erotic images online and their "toxic" effect on behavior, Arizona lawmakers are pushing to declare pornography a public health crisis.

State Rep. Michelle Udall, Republican - Mesa, introduced a measure that declares the crisis and states porn "perpetuates a sexually toxic environment that damages all areas of our society." 

“Like the tobacco industry, the pornography industry has created a public health crisis," Udall told lawmakers. "Pornography is used pervasively, even by minors."

Udall's proposal, House Concurrent Resolution 2009, is largely symbolic and has no legal effect, but supporters say they hope it opens the door to new restrictions on porn.

Similar measures declaring a crisis have passed in at least 11 states, using similar text from model legislation written by the National Center on Sexual Exploitation. The group, formerly known as Morality in Media, contends porn is directly connected to other acts of exploitation.

Arizona's resolution cleared its first hurdle in the state House of Representatives on Thursday, passing out of the House Committee on Health & Human Services on a 5-3-1 vote, with Republicans in support.

Democrats said while porn addiction is a problem, supporters don't have the scientific evidence necessary to show it has risen to the level of a "public health crisis."

"There are statements in here that seem hyperbolic and unproven," said Rep. Kelli Butler, D-Paradise Valley.“I just don’t think there’s necessarily the science to back up those claims."

She questioned why, if proponents are concerned about the sexual exploitation and health of minors, they aren't calling for better sex education in schools.

Arizona ranks fourth-lowest in the country for offering comprehensive sexual education in middle school, according to a 2016 report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Committee Chairwoman Nancy Barto, R-Phoenix, cut off debate on that topic, calling it a "peripheral discussion that we don’t want to get into at this time.”
