Wind and Solar Failed During Winter Storm

Solar and Wind Failed

It Was Fossel Fuels That Kept People From Freezing to Death

(Gateway Pundit)  The recent snow storm that overtook Texas reportedly crashed the state’s wind and solar energy generators, leading to natural gas, coal, and nuclear providing most of the state’s electricity.

Kerry Clapp, an online writer cited by meteorologist Ryan Maue, reported in his Substack last week that “renewable generation declined almost immediately” as the snow storm took over.

“Wind, solar, and batteries fell from briefly supplying ~63% of generation to ~7% within roughly 48 hours,” he wrote. “Battery storage played a negligible role, constrained by high prices and lack of surplus electricity.”

In conclusion, Clapp reported that “natural gas, coal, and nuclear carried the grid, covering both lost renewables and rising demand.”

Useless Frozen Wind Turbines Covered in Ice

According to David Blackmon, an energy-related public policy analyst and consultant, by the early morning hours of Jan. 26, natural gas, coal, and nuclear were providing 89 percent of all the state’s power.

“Natural gas alone is chugging along at an impressive 68%,” Blackmon reported online on Substack later that same day.

Politico similarly reported that the U.S. energy grid “leaned heavily on coal and natural gas generation to satisfy the energy appetite from Winter Storm Fern.”

Thanks to natural gas, coal, and nuclear energy, Texas experienced far fewer outages and deaths than it did during the winter storm of 2021.

“No systemwide power outages were reported,” according to the Houston Chronicle.

Illegal Alien Charged in Dallas Beheading

Authorities say Yordanis Cobos-Martinez, released from ICE custody earlier this year, used a machete to behead a motel manager in Old East Dallas.

By yourNEWS Media Newsroom

A gruesome crime in Dallas has drawn national attention after police identified the suspect as an illegal alien released into the United States by the Biden Administration earlier this year.

According to investigators, Yordanis Cobos-Martinez, a Cuban national, brutally murdered 50-year-old motel manager Chandra Nagamallaiah on Wednesday morning at the Downtown Suites motel in Old East Dallas. Authorities said Cobos-Martinez repeatedly struck the victim with a machete before beheading him.

Surveillance footage captured the suspect kicking the victim’s severed head across the parking lot before picking it up and discarding it in a dumpster, according to Fox News.

Fox reporter Bill Melugin noted that Cobos-Martinez carried a prior criminal record spanning multiple states. His history included charges of false imprisonment in California, indecency with a child in Texas (dismissed), grand theft of a vehicle in Florida (dismissed), and carjacking with false imprisonment in California, where he was acquitted of carjacking but convicted of false imprisonment.

Red states should prepare NEW CURRENCY PLANS after dollar collapse

The 10th Amendment
is the Key to Freedom
  • The 10th Amendment gives states the power to tell the Feds to Fuck Off.
  • The states can protect gun rights, save children from being chemically castrated by insane parents or establish gold and silver as money.

The Texas Bullion Depository

The depository accepts deposits of gold, silver, platinum, palladium and rhodium.

The depository eliminates the need for out-of-state storage and gives Texas the opportunity to become a “commodities hub for the continent.”

Texas Independence Now?

Independence?
Why the Hell not?

  • The thirteen original states is one thing, but a good argument can be made that the U.S. is way, way too big to be effectively governed.

By Gary;

Borders are fluid.

If Ireland can become independent from Britain or Armenia independent from Russia, then why not Texas from the U.S.?

The evil Marxist Biden has abandoned the Constitution, any semblance of justice and is encouraging invasion.

It's not like the national "Conservative" GOP is much better. Open borders and fucking the American middle class has been the platform of Republicans for decades.

Only down at the state level is there even a small spark of freedom.

Texas can take two roads: independence or total 10th Amendment and simply ignore Washington.

Texas Has Authority To Repel Border ‘Invasion’ - Gov. Abbott

Lexington and Concord

A New American Revolution???

  • What happens if Gov. Abbott has the Texas National Guard arrest Biden's Federal troops for breaking the law?
  • And what happens if 4 Patriot Governors send troops to the Texas border to repel the invasion and are fired upon by the Feds?

Republican Texas Gov. Greg Abbott doubled down Wednesday on the state’s “constitutional right to self-defense” days after the Supreme Court ordered the Texas National Guard to remove barbed wire to keep illegal migrants out.

The Supreme Court, in a 5-4 decision Monday, agreed to vacate an injunction that temporarily blocked Border Patrol from cutting wire Texas had placed along the border. Texas authorities appeared to ignore the ruling, with a video circulating on social media showing authorities setting up razor wire for the border in Eagle Pass, Texas.

Abbott doubled down on the state’s response, invoking the Founding Fathers.

“The federal government has broken the compact between the United States and the States. The Executive Branch of the United States has a constitutional duty to enforce federal laws protecting States, including immigration laws on the books right now,” Abbott said in a statement. “President Biden has ignored Texas’s demand that he perform his constitutional duties.”

Lexington Minuteman Statue, Lexington, Mass.

“James Madison, Alexander Hamilton, and the other visionaries who wrote the U.S. Constitution foresaw that States should not be left to the mercy of a lawless president who does nothing to stop external threats like cartels smuggling millions of illegal immigrants across the border,” Abbott continued, citing Article IV Section 4 which says the federal government “shall protect each [State] against invasion” and Article I, Section 10, Clause 3 which says the states have a “sovereign interest in protecting their borders.”

“The failure of the Biden Administration to fulfill the duties imposed by Article IV, § 4 has triggered Article I, § 10, Clause 3, which reserves to this State the right of self-defense. For these reasons, I have already declared an invasion under Article I, § 10, Clause 3 to invoke Texas’s constitutional authority to defend and protect itself. That authority is the supreme law of the land and supersedes any federal statutes to the contrary. The Texas National Guard, the Texas Department of Public Safety, and other Texas personnel are acting on that authority, as well as state law, to secure the Texas border.”

Border Patrol agents have recorded a record-breaking amount of illegal migrants. More than 2.2 million illegal migrant encounters were recorded in fiscal year 2022 at the southern border and more than 2 million in fiscal year 2023, federal data shows.

"During the whole affair the Rebels attacked us in a very scattered, irregular manner, but with perseverance & resolution, nor did they ever dare to form into any regular body. Indeed, they knew too well what was proper, to do so. Whoever looks upon them as an irregular mob, will find himself much mistaken. They have men amongst them who know very well what they are about, having been employed as Rangers against the Indians & Canadians, & this country being much covered with wood, and hilly, is very advantageous for their method of fighting."

Texas Sues Pfizer for ‘Conspiring to Censor’ COVID-19 Vaccine Critics

(Daily Signal)  Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, a Republican, filed a lawsuit Thursday against Pfizer Inc., arguing that the pharmaceutical corporation misrepresented the effectiveness of its COVID-19 vaccine and “conspired to censor” critics.

The lawsuit alleges Pfizer “deceived the public” by claiming its vaccine was 95% effective, as well as through suggestions it made about the vaccine’s duration of protection, protection against transmission, and protectiveness against variants.

Pfizer then “coerced social media platforms to silence prominent truth-tellers,” including former Food and Drug Administration Commissioner Brett Giroir and journalist Alex Berenson, engaging in a “censorship campaign” to suppress content that would negatively impact sales, according to the lawsuit.

“Pfizer intentionally misrepresented the efficacy of its COVID-19 vaccine and censored persons who threatened to disseminate the truth in order to facilitate fast adoption of the product and expand its commercial opportunity,” Paxton’s complaint alleges, adding:

In light of the multibillion dollar bet that Pfizer made on the vaccine and its need to quickly establish the product as the marketing leader, Pfizer was heavily incentivized to, and in fact did, make misrepresentations intended to confuse and mislead the public in order to achieve widespread adoption of its vaccine.

The complaint filed by Texas also states that government reports show that by 2021, in some places “a greater percentage of the vaccinated were dying from COVID-19 than the unvaccinated.”

Texas Sues Pfizer Over Medicaid Fraud

Corruptus in Extremis
  • Both bought and paid for parties in Congress fall all over each to protect and grant immunity to Big Pharma.
  • Only the states can take down Pharma. It is not an accident that corrupt elements in Texas tried to impeach state Attorney General Ken Paxton . . . . the very man taking on Big Pharma.

(The Gateway Pundit)  In a bold move to address corporate malpractice in drug manufacturing, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has announced the filing of a lawsuit against pharmaceutical giants Pfizer, Inc., Tris Pharma, Inc., and Tris Pharma CEO Ketan Mehta.

The companies are accused of engaging in deceitful practices that resulted in defrauding the Texas Medicaid program by providing adulterated pharmaceutical drugs specifically designed for children.

The lawsuit, brought forth by the Attorney General’s Civil Medicaid Fraud Division, leverages the provisions of the Texas Health Care Program Fraud Prevention Act (THFPA).

Paxton’s office stated that Pfizer and Tris Pharma collaborated to produce and distribute Quillivant XR, a medication developed for pediatric attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), despite recurring failure in quality control assessments.

The deceit not only compromised the integrity of the Texas Medicaid program but also risked the well-being of the children who received Quillivant XR. Family reports indicate that the drug was often ineffective, aligning with the periods when Tris Pharma reportedly tampered with the quality tests.

Employees can be FIRED for “misgendering”

(Natural News) City employees in Dallas who fail to use a person’s “preferred pronouns” can now be terminated from their jobs thanks to new rules put forth by the Dallas City Council.

The “Workplace Gender Transition Protocols & FAQ” or “toolkit,” as they are calling it, claims that there are many different ways in which a person can choose to identify as a “transgender.”

“Transition may include ‘coming out’ (telling family, friends, and coworkers), changing the name and / or sex on legal documents, and / or accessing medical treatment such as hormones and / or surgery,” it states.

This “coming out” caveat means that even if a male who still looks male in every way suddenly decides to self-identify as a “female,” everyone else around this person must refer to the male as “female” or else face repercussions and punishment.

The new guidelines stipulate that all city employees are “expected to respectfully use the transitioning employee’s preferred name and pronouns, regardless of whether or not they ‘believe in,’ approve of, or accept an individual’s right to be transgender or undergo a gender transition.”

Gold and Silver Legal Tender in Texas?

The 10th Amendment
is the Key to Freedom
  • The 10th Amendment gives states the power to tell the Feds to Fuck Off.
  • The states can protect gun rights, save children from being chemically castrated by insane parents or establish gold and silver as money.

AUSTIN, Texas. (Tenth Amendment Center) – A bill introduced in the Texas Senate would take important steps toward treating gold and silver as money instead of commodities. Passage would set the stage for the people to undermine the Federal Reserve’s monopoly on money.

Sen. Tan Parker (R) introduced Senate Bill 1558 (SB1558) on Mar. 3. The legislation would establish “specie issued by the United States” as legal tender in the state, making it receivable in payment of all public and private debts contracted for in the state of Texas.

Under Texas law, “specie” is defined as “a precious metal stamped into coins of uniform shape, size, design, content, and purity, suitable for or customarily used as currency, as a medium of exchange, or as the medium for purchase, sale, storage, transfer, or delivery of precious metals in retail or wholesale transactions.

Practically speaking, this would allow Texans to use gold or silver coins as money rather than just as mere investment vehicles.

Texas could become the fourth state to recognize gold and silver as legal tender. Utah led the way, reestablishing constitutional money in 2011. Wyoming and Oklahoma have since joined.

The effect has been most dramatic in Utah where United Precious Metals Association (UMPA) was established after the passage of the Utah Specie Legal Tender Act and the elimination of all taxes on gold and silver. UPMA offers accounts denominated in U.S.-minted gold and silver dollars. The company was also instrumental in the development of the “Utah Goldback,” described as “the first local, voluntary currency to be made of a spendable, beautiful, physical gold.”

Texas has already taken steps to facilitate the use of gold and silver in everyday transactions with the Texas State Bullion Depository. The depository was created by a bill signed into law by Gov. Abbott in 2015. The Texas depository received its first deposits in the summer of 2018. The following year, the state exempted precious metals in these depositories from taxation.

Ultimately, depositors will be able to use a bullion-funded debit card that seamlessly converts gold and silver to fiat currency in the background. This will enable them to make instant purchases wherever credit and debit cards are accepted.

Establishing gold and silver as legal tender would take another step toward treating gold and silver as money, setting the stage to undermine the Federal Reserve’s monopoly on money.

Texas National Guard Blocking Illegal Crossings

(Zerohedge)  Texas National Guard troops deployed to El Paso have constructed a razor-wire barrier along the Rio Grande and have been blocking people from making unauthorized crossings into the United States amid a migrant surge and legal back-and-forth about ending Title 42, a Trump-era rule that helped stem the tide of illegal immigration.

Acting under orders from Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, a Republican, several hundred soldiers that are part of a “contingency border force” have set up along the river channel separating El Paso from Ciudad JuĂ¡rez, Mexico, with the aim of preventing people from crossing the border illegally.

“This morning, service members deployed to El Paso, Texas constructed a triple-strand concertina barrier near the border to secure the area from illegal crossings,” the Texas Military Department, which oversees the state’s National Guard, said in a Dec. 20 statement.

The Texas National Guard told media outlets that its service members are trying to funnel asylum-seekers to designated ports of entry while their “primary goal” is to prevent “illegal crossings into Texas.”

A group of around 75 people seeking to enter the United States through an unauthorized crossing faced off against National Guard members and state troopers on Tuesday, according to the Texas Tribune, which reported that a National Guard service member told them through a bullhorn that they would be unable to enter.

In 1916 General Blackjack Pershing took charge of the 8th Brigade in San Francisco.  His mission was to patrol the Mexican – American border in response to the wave of instability and revolution sweeping Mexico.

Modern Americans are frightened to death
to defend their own borders.

Imperial America "defends" borders all over the world - - - but we have ZERO interest in defending our own borders.

Naturally there is a reason:  Marxist Dems want voters and the GOP wants cheap labor.

Back in the olden days when men were men Democrat President Woodrow Wilson had no problem deploying the U.S. Army to secure our southern border.

On March 15, 1916 on orders from Wilson, Major General John J. Pershing led an expeditionary force of 4,800 men into Mexico to capture Pancho Villa and to protect American cities in Texas from attack.
