Obama gives 179,600 work permits to aliens

Aliens Flood U.S. Job Market

  • To better serve their Masters on Wall Street demanding cheap labor, both Democrats and Republicans are flooding the country with legal and illegal workers to compete directly with American citizens for jobs.

(Editor  -  On a personal note, I can relate to the fucking over the GOP and Dems are giving the American Sheeple.  My wife's company outside of L.A. has three floors.  They fired all the American citizen workers on the 3rd floor and shipped those jobs to the Philippines.  They then fired all the American citizen workers on the first floor and imported Indian "guest workers" at lower wages to replace them.  My wife and the remaining American citizens on the second floor await their fate.  In 2014 I protested the only way I could.  I left blank all the statewide offices on my California ballot.  I refused to vote for either of the open borders parties.)

(Breitbart News)  -  In February, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Director León Rodríguez announced that, come May, the Obama administration would be extending employment authorization eligibility to a category of immigrant previously ineligible to work in the U.S. — dependent spouses of H-1B immigrants.
DHS began accepting applications under the new H-4 employment rule — which was part of the executive actions on immigration President Obama put in motion on November 20 — Tuesday.
When the Obama administration announced the expansion in February, it anticipated that the number of individuals eligible to apply for work permits under the rule could be 179,600 in the first year and 55,000 for each subsequent year.
Last month, a group of former Southern California Edison employees — displaced by H-1B visa holders — sued the administration over the new H-4 rule, arguing that it negatively impacts their job prospects.
“DHS’s H-4 Rule, which grants work authorization to H-4 visa holders, injures Save Jobs USA’s members by (1) depriving them of statutory protections from foreign labor…(2) by increasing the number of economic competitors; and (3) by conferring benefits to their economic competitors on H-1B visas,” the lawsuit read.

American Workers Replaced by Aliens
.
(Computer World)  -  Information technology workers at Southern California Edison (SCE) are being laid off and replaced by workers from India. Some employees are training their H-1B visa holding replacements, and many have already lost their jobs.

The employees are upset and say they can't understand how H-1B guest workers can be used to replace them. The IT organization's "transition effort" is expected to result in about 400 layoffs, with "another 100 or so employees leaving voluntarily," SCE said in a statement. The "transition," which began in August, will be completed by the end of March, the company said.
"They are bringing in people with a couple of years' experience to replace us and then we have to train them," said one longtime IT worker. "It's demoralizing and in a way I kind of felt betrayed by the company."
