It would appear Gov. Noem does not believe in free speech or equality before the law. She believes in protected groups who are more equal than others.

South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem (R) on Thursday boasted that she signed the “strongest” hate crime bill in America into law to “stop antisemitism” and “ensure the security of God’s chosen people.”

Noem said in a press release after signing the bill that South Dakota is giving Jews additional special privileges under their anti-discrimination laws because they are “God’s chosen people.”

‘Rainbow Library’ Pushes LGBTQ To 5 Year Olds

The Gay, Lesbian, and Straight Education Network (GLSEN), a nationally known LGBTQ activist organization, uses its “Rainbow Library” program to teach kids about “they/them” pronouns and push books on gender identity and sexual orientation in the classroom, according to a video unearthed by the Daily Caller News Foundation.

Launched in 2019 by a third-grade teacher, GLSEN’s “Rainbow Library” program, which provides “LGBTQ+ affirming K-12 text sets,” is in 5,800 schools and libraries across 31 states, according to a 2022-2023 school year request form. 

The initiative makes books and resources on transgenderism and sexual orientation available to children as young as 5, according to a GLSEN 2021 recorded online workshop on the initiative.

“The Rainbow Library, we send LGBTQ+ affirming books to schools and libraries for free along with additional GLSEN resources,” Michael Rady, the Rainbow Library Program manager, said in the 2021 workshop. “We have four different grade ranges for the books that we send out: K-2, 3-5, 6-8 and 9-12. We put a major emphasis on books that center the voices of trans and nonbinary people as well as books that attend to the voices of BIPOC [black, indigenous, people of color] LGBTQ+ people.”

Employees can be FIRED for “misgendering”

(Natural News) City employees in Dallas who fail to use a person’s “preferred pronouns” can now be terminated from their jobs thanks to new rules put forth by the Dallas City Council.

The “Workplace Gender Transition Protocols & FAQ” or “toolkit,” as they are calling it, claims that there are many different ways in which a person can choose to identify as a “transgender.”

“Transition may include ‘coming out’ (telling family, friends, and coworkers), changing the name and / or sex on legal documents, and / or accessing medical treatment such as hormones and / or surgery,” it states.

This “coming out” caveat means that even if a male who still looks male in every way suddenly decides to self-identify as a “female,” everyone else around this person must refer to the male as “female” or else face repercussions and punishment.

The new guidelines stipulate that all city employees are “expected to respectfully use the transitioning employee’s preferred name and pronouns, regardless of whether or not they ‘believe in,’ approve of, or accept an individual’s right to be transgender or undergo a gender transition.”

“Here’s a little known fact, women were among the very first to brew beer ever,” Glazer says, adding, “Centuries later, how did the industry pay homage to the founding mothers of beer? They put us in bikinis.”

“It’s time beer made it up to women,” Glazer continues.

“So now Miller Lite is on a mission not just to clean up its own shit but the whole beer industry’s shit,” Glazer states, unveiling the company’s “Bad $#!T to Good $#!T” campaign asking for old marketing materials like ones featuring near-naked women to be sent back to the beer giant for upcycling.

(Natural News) If you live in Ireland and refuse to play make-believe with a transgender and its mental delusions about being something other than its natural biological sex, you could be thrown in the slammer for up to five years.

Dubbed an “anti-hate speech” bill, legislation that is moving through the Irish parliament right now received 110 votes in favor and just 14 against, despite widespread public opposition to the Orwellian nightmare it threatens to unleash on the normal parts of society that still exist.

Passed through the Dáil, Ireland’s lower parliamentary chamber, the Criminal Justice (Incitement to Violence or Hatred and Hate Offences) Bill 2022, as it is officially called, received endorsements all across the political spectrum, including the Labour and Green parties.

The premise of the bill deals with the new LGBT golden calf of alternative pronouns, which fragile transgenders demand be used at all times or else they might have a meltdown or possibly commit suicide.

The legislation aims to “amend the law relating to the prohibition of incitement to violence or hatred against a person, or a group of persons, on account of certain characteristics of the person, or the group.” These characteristics include race, color, nationality, religion, national or ethnic origin, descent, gender, sex characteristics, sexual orientation, and disability.

(Newswars)  License fee-funded state broadcaster the BBC hired “trans and nonbinary inclusion” consultants to train its staff that there were at least 150 different genders.

Yes really.

The Global Butterflies consultants were hired to provide diversity training revolving around the proper use of pronouns.

During the brainwashing sessions, staff were told, “people can self-identify themselves in over 150 ways, and increasing!”

Employees were ordered to include their own gender pronouns in company emails, a list which has now apparently expanded to include newly invented ones such as “xe, xem, xyrs.”

Staffers who insisted on using traditional he/she pronouns were warned they “can create discomfort, stress and anxiety” and lead to depression and suicide risk in trans people.

“If you overhear a colleague using the incorrect pronouns for someone, take them aside and remind them of the correct pronouns,” attendees were told.

(Infowars)  -  The UK’s National Health Service has instructed midwives to stop using the term “breastfeeding,” in favor of the gender-neutral variant “chestfeeding.”

In a mission statement from the University of Brighton and the University of Sussex, the baby-delivering health care workers are instructed to use the new terms as part of a new gender-inclusive “language replacement” initiative.

“We are taking a gender-additive approach to the language used to describe our services. For us, a gender-additive approach means using gender-neutral language alongside the language of womanhood, in order to ensure that everyone is represented and included,” the Orwellian-sounding 19-page instructional explains.

The term “chestfeeding” appears in a section addressing which qualifiers to use when referring to a “woman or person at a specific point in their perinatal journey.”

A chart featured in the guide also provides examples on how to incorporate the new terms, including switching out the word “breastmilk” with “human milk.”

(National File)  The University of Michigan’s “Words Matter Task Force” (WMTF), created by the university’s Information & Technology Services (ITS) Department, has unilaterally decreed that it finds more than two dozen words and phrases offensive to people.

Included in the list of the offensive words are including “picnic,” “brown bag” and “blacklist,” among others.

“To effectively communicate with customers, it is important for ITS to evaluate the terms and language conventions that may hinder effective communication, harm morale, and deliberately or inadvertently exclude people from feeling accepted to foment a healthy and inclusive culture,” the pseudo task force said in a memo.

The WMTF said that acceptable alternatives to use are “gathering” instead of “picnic,” and “lunch and learn” instead of “brown bag.” The task force urges their woke sycophants to insist others alter their language to reflect their purview.

The task force – which bestowed the authority to redefine words and phrases upon itself, ignorantly targeted the word “picnic” because of the false narrative bouncing around social media that its genesis is related to lynchings. Of course, this calls into question the legitimacy of any edict emanating from the task force.

The Daily Mail reported that “The word ‘picnic’ appears to be banned because of false suggestions on the internet that it originates from the racist, extrajudicial killings of African Americans…The word picnic actually comes from the 17th century French word ‘pique-nique,’ a term used to describe a social gathering in which attendees each contributed with a portion of food.”

Among some of the other words included in the WMTF’s “Kristallnacht word burning” edict:

• “Dummy” which should be replaced by “sample”
• “Crippled” which should be replaced with “weakened”
• “Crazy” which should be replaced with “unthinkable”

The task force also declared “off the reservation” should be replaced with “outside the norms” or “rogue.”

The “rogue” task force also went after “low-hanging fruit.” The Oxford Dictionary defines the idea as “a thing or person that can be won, obtained, or persuaded with little effort.”

But an activist, “outside the norm” college professor labeled the term as racist. “For African-Americans, if you say ‘low-hanging fruit,’ we think lynching,” said Mae Hicks-Jones, an adjunct faculty member of Elgin Community College in Illinois.

Hicks-Jones, who apparently sees everything through a lens of racism, also said “grandfathered” is a racist term. She said the phrase is reminiscent of a “grandfather clause,” which, she insists has connections to “privileged White people’s” right to vote over that of Blacks during the Jim Crow South.

WORD PURGE - Scrabble Bans 236 Words

(Washington Examiner)  -  Scrabble banned 236 words deemed to be racial and ethnic slurs from its official word list in the wake of increased racial sensitivity after George Floyd's death on May 25 in police custody. 

The North American Scrabble Players Association received more than 1,000 responses in a survey put out that asked the Scrabble community what players think about removing the N-word and other slurs from the word list. 

NASPA CEO John Chew said Wednesday that he received a variety of responses that allowed him to learn a lot about the kind of people involved in the game's community. 

"We have a lot of racists, and we have a lot of bleeding-heart liberals," he said in a statement. "We have people of every color on every side of the debate."

Chew added that he loved that Scrabble attracted racists because it "says so much about the power" of the game and the community that they can put aside their beliefs when they play the game.

NASPA's word list is used in competitive tournaments, which is separate from the Merriam-Webster Official Scrabble Players Dictionary, according to NPR. 

Hasbro, which owns the U.S. and Canadian trademark for Scrabble, has worked to eliminate offensive words from the dictionary with every new printing of it.

‘Freedom’ Removed From ID Cards Because It Reminds Some Students Of ‘Slavery’

A university in Pennsylvania is to remove the word ‘freedom’ from ID cards after a few students created a petition complaining that the word is offensive to minorities because it reminds them of ‘slavery’.

Robert Morris University in Pennsylvania now plans to change  its “Freedom Cards” to “RMU ID Cards,” Campus Reform reports after students created a petition that argued black students feel “dehumanized” by the term ‘freedom card’.

The term “has made minority students (black students in particular) feel like we are being dehumanized. Gifting us with IDs that grant us our ‘freedom’ is of extremely poor taste. Especially coming from a University that is named after a slave owner,” the petition claims.

“We would like to rename our Freedom Cards to something that is not insensitive,” it further demands.

It continues, “If Robert Morris University is the welcoming place that the other 76 percent of students know and love; we ask that these changes be made so that minority students can also feel that same pride in being a Colonial.”

It had only received 130 signatures when the RMU Dean of Students immediately caved, and announced that the name and design of the cards is to be changed.

Burger King Takes the ‘Ham’ Out of ‘Hamburgers’ to Avoid Offending Muslims

In a gesture of respect toward its Muslim customers in South Africa, Burger King is dropping the word “ham” from the names of hamburgers on its South African menu.

The practice will affect three items offered by the restaurant chain, the company said in a statement to Business Insider.

The “Double Spicy Hamburger” will now be known simply as the “Double Spicy Burger.” The “Triple Hamburger with Cheese” is now the “Triple Burger with Cheese.” Meanwhile, the “Hamburger King Jr” will now be known as the “Kids Burger.”

Burger King made the change in order “to be more respectful of” customers seeking halal items, according to the statement.

Halal, a word meaning “lawful or permitted” in Arabic, is the dietary standard prescribed in the Quran. The Quran forbids Muslims from eating pork.

In September, Burger King introduced bacon into its South African restaurants for the first time, Insider reported. Previously, all of its stores in South Africa had been fully halal.

Since the company added bacon to its menu, 44 South African locations are no longer halal certified.

However, a non-profit organization has certified Burger King’s remaining halal outlets as being in compliance with Shari’ah law.

Burger King South Africa’s nod to Muslims

As noted by Insider’s Phillip de Wet, the word “ham” in hamburger has nothing to do with pork. Rather, “ham” is a reference to Hamburg, Germany, where the sandwich allegedly originated.

Juan Klopper, chief operating officer for Burger King’s South African market, told Insider that his company is aware of this fact.

“It is just to be super-sensitive to perceptions, and to be super clear,” he said.

Klopper also told Insider that Muslim customers have inquired about the “ham” part of its hamburger items in the past.

Words "America", "Male" & "Female" Must Be Avoided Demands University

Taxpayer Funded Universities Are Brainwashing Students

Colorado State University claims that “American” is a non-inclusive word that should be avoided.

CSU's online Inclusive Language Guide, compiled by the school’s Inclusive Communications Task Force, lists certain words and phrases to avoid while providing  replacements in an effort to help “communicators practice inclusive language and [help] everyone on [its] campus feel welcomed, respected, and valued.” The school's Women and Gender Collaborative website directly links to the document. 

CSU lists both “American” and “America” as non-inclusive words "to avoid," due to the fact that America encompasses more than just the U.S. By referring to the U.S. as America, the guide claims that one “erases other cultures and depicts the United States as the dominant American country.” The school suggests using “U.S. citizen” or “person from the U.S.” as substitutes. 

The university additionally lists many gendered words and phrases to avoid. These include “male,” “female,” “ladies and gentlemen,” and “Mr./Mrs./Ms.” 

“Male and female refers to biological sex and not gender,” says the guide. “In terms of communication methods (articles, social media, etc.), we very rarely need to identify or know a person’s biological sex and more often are referring to gender.”

“Straight” is another word to avoid, according to CSU. The guide explained that “when used to describe heterosexuals, the term straight implies that anyone LGBT is ‘crooked’ or not normal,” and says to use the word “heterosexual” instead.

“Normal person” was also listed as a phrase to avoid because it “implies that ‘other’ people… are not whole or regular people.” The guide offered no substitute word because it claimed that it is never appropriate to use the phrase to describe someone.

According to the list, the phrase “handicap parking” should also not be used because it can “minimize personhood” and offend disabled people. The guide recommends “accessible parking” as an alternative.

“War,” “cake walk,” “eenie meenie miney moe,” “Eskimo,” “freshman,” “hip hip hooray!”, “hold down the fort,” “starving,” and “policeman” were among other words and phrases deemed non-inclusive by CSU.

CSU states that the document listing terms and phrases to avoid is "not an official policy or required practice," but rather "is intended as a resource to help our campus community reflect our Principles of Community, particularly inclusion, respect, and social justice."

"Our first order of business is to approve the committee rules. I'd like to note -- in respecting the fact that we are now a state recognizing the non-binary designation as a gender -- he and she, we are now merging them so we are using what my grammar teacher would have had a heart attack over: we are using the phrase ‘they’ and replacing other designations so it's a gender neutral designation: ‘they’” announced the Democrat. “Basically, that’s the primary reforms and revisions to the committee rules.”

“In the spirit of gender neutrality for the rules of this committee, we now designate the chair as ‘they,’” Jackson corrected the record.

“The world is a different place. My grammar teacher is long gone and we won’t be hearing from her," the senator noted, before correcting herself: "— from them! From they!”

(WND)  -  A mother sporting a shirt declaring that women are female was bounced from a pub in England after a gay man complained.

Rebekah Wershbale, 34, said she was “stunned” when a staffer at the Five Clouds Tap and Bottle in the town of Macclesfield in the North Midlands on Sunday informed her she was banned because of her shirt, the Daily Mail of London reported.

The writing on her shirt, in dictionary style, read: “Woman – noun – adult human female.”

Wershbale said she was told by the pub staff member the black T-shirt “was upsetting people because it was transphobic and not inclusive, so I was barred.”

“What she meant was that I was somehow offending men who say they are women because my T-shirt did not include them in the definition of a woman,” Wershbale said. “There aren’t even any transgender staff or patrons at the pub. It’s crackers.”

The Daily Mail said Wershbale is a supporter of the feminist group Fair Play For Women, which opposed a government proposal to allow people to self-identify as the gender they believe they are without any medical diagnosis.

The complaint was issued by a man drinking at the pub, Mika Johnson. Wershbale said she had sat down next to him and asked him how he was doing.

Wershbale said he told her he wanted to be left alone, and so she complied.

Thirty minutes later, the Daily Mail reported, a member of the staff named Heather told Wershbale she had to leave the pub.

“Heather said I’d been upsetting people and Mika was crying,” Wershbale said.

The Daily Mail said Johnson posted a tweet the same day: “When you’re trying to relax in your fave pub and there is a TERF [trans exclusionary radical feminist] wearing an anti-trans T-shirt… it’s disgusting and I’m so upset by it.”

The pub manager, Tom Lewis, told the Daily Mail there had been a series of incidents in which Wershbale had upset staff and customers by challenging them about their views on men identifying as female.

Wershbale insisted the claims were “untrue” and an attempt to smear her. While admitting she promoted the feminist campaign by Fair Play For Women while at the pub, she insisted she was not “transphobic.”

Her concern is that the new law would put women’s safety at risk by allowing men who say they are female to enter women-only spaces, such as rest rooms.
