NAZI State Troopers Raid Amish Organic Farm

Police State
.
1st They Came For The Amish

Next They Are Coming For You

(Infowars)  State troopers on Thursday raided an organic farm in Pennsylvania that specializes in selling raw milk, organic eggs, grass-fed beef and other nutritious foods to private buyers.

Footage out of Bird-in-Hand filmed by The Lancaster Patriot’s Chris Hume shows state agents executing a search warrant and confiscating products at the Millers Organic Farm owned by Amish farmer Amos Miller.

As reported by Hume on a GoFundMe page created in support of the Millers, “Under the watchful eye of Pennsylvania State Troopers, and the backing of a search warrant, agents of the state entered Amos’ property, spent hours inside his buildings, and then hauled off some of his products. The remaining products they are forbidding Amos from selling, effectively ending his business until further notice.”

Hume gave updates from the scene as the raid was carried out, reporting agents wouldn’t allow Miller to be present while they rifled through his company’s items.

While a precise reason for the latest raid has not been given, Miller’s all-natural farm, which only sells to people in its private member association, has been under the microscope of state and federal agencies in recent years for operating outside of agricultural regulations.

For instance, the Millers do not pasteurize their raw milk, they don’t inject their animals with vaccines or other chemicals, and they don’t use fertilizer to grow crops.

“The farm raises its animals and other pure foods the way nature intended and we are proud to be entirely chemical, cruelty and GMO-free,” the Miller’s website states.

Trump is Out of Touch

MAGA Crowd Unimpressed as Trump Touts Friendship With Johnson & Johnson Heir At Rally

EDITOR - I got off the Trump Train back in 2020 when Trump fully embraced Fauci and pushed the untested Jim Jones Death Juice on the public.

But even before that Trump and his two Attorney Generals did exactly Jack Shit to protect Conservative internet free speech and and our right to banking services. Also, the entire Trump Administration did NOTHING as the Marxists closed churches, businesses and put Americans under house arrest.

(Newswars)  Former President Trump appeared off message and out of touch with his base after introducing the billionaire heir of COVID-19 vaccine maker Johnson & Johnson during a Pennsylvania rally on Friday.

Trump touted his friendship with Jets owner Woody Johnson, heir to the Johnson & Johnson pharmaceutical company, during a “Save America” rally in Greensburg, Pennsylvania in support of Senate candidate Dr. Mehmet Oz, drawing little to no applause from the audience.

“Woody Johnson. A great gentlemen. You ever hear of Johnson & Johnson? He owns the place. I tell you what, this guy’s got cash like nobody’s got cash,” Trump announced.

To make matters even more awkward, Trump then bragged about how Johnson’s wife Suzanne is from Ukraine who is “having a hard time” coping with its conflict with Russia.

The incident drew widespread condemnation by conservatives on Twitter.

“This is exactly why every candidate should get into the 2024 GOP primary. Donald Trump has never been off message and out of touch. He’s now off message and out of touch,” said conservative commentator Jesse Kelly. “Only competition can bring him back. Either he gets back or he loses. Either way, the country wins.”

Conservative rapper Bryson Gray said: “Y’all support Johnson and Johnson now? Even though their jab is causing blood clots? Because Trump called the owner amazing and said he has a lot of money? Im just checking.”

FOOD NAZIS Threaten to Jail Amish Farmers

“The Marxist promise that the state will "wither away" is like the guy's promise that he will only insert the tip.”
.
― A.E. Samaan

(Free Thought Project)  Amos Miller and his family has been running Miller’s Organic Farm for over a century, providing willing and highly satisfied customers with milk, chicken, beef, and eggs.

All of the food coming from Miller’s farm is beyond organic, humanely raised in a non-factory setting and the animals treated with dignity as they spend their entire lives naturally and stress-free out on pasture. By any moral standard, Miller’s farm is the leading example of what farming in America should look like.

Unfortunately, because Miller uses humane techniques and treats his animals well, this has put a government target on his back. Recently, federal Judge Edward G. Smith, imposed sanctions on his farm, ordering the family farm to pay over $250,000 in fines or go to jail. Because the Millers don’t use the USDA factory farm methods, this makes them non-compliant and thus an enemy of the state.

“In order to effect defendants’ future compliance, by making them aware of the seriousness of their violations and the consequences for future violations, defendants are ordered to pay to the United States, within 30 days of the date of entry of this Order — and pursuant to written instructions that the United States will provide to defendants—a fine of $250,000, or face further monetary and other penalties, possibly including imprisonment of Amos Miller,” the order says.

“Smith also ordered Miller to reimburse USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) for its enforcement costs, totaling $14,436.26. Miller has 60 days to make the reimbursement,” according to Food Safety News.

According to the USDA, the farm is not complying with USDA regulations on how to label and process their food. But Amos says the methods which they use pre-date the USDA and the farm and its members have a right to free assembly and the right to choose how their food is processed without the USDA dictating to them on how to do it.

To be clear, not a single one of the farm’s customers has filed a complaint.

Joe Biden “Making Taliban Great Again” Billboards Go Up in Pennsylvania

A former Pennsylvania state senator has commissioned roadside billboards that claim Joe Biden is “Making the Taliban Great Again!”

The sign features Biden dressed like a Taliban insurgent holding a rocket launcher and wearing a turban.

The signs were paid for by former Penn. State Sen. Scott Wagner (R), who told local media he thinks Biden really screwed the pooch in Afghanistan.

“I saw the image [of Joe Biden,] I got it from a friend a few weeks ago. The picture tells the story. We pulled out of Afghanistan too quickly and we left so much of American equipment,” Wagner told WHTM.

“Joe Biden has made us look like a fool. I feel so bad, words can’t describe what I would say to someone who was wounded or someone’s family who had a soldier pass away in the country after all this happened.”

Gym Re-Opens In Defiance Of Dem Governor

A gym in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania, has joined a long list of businesses that have chosen to either remain open, or re-open in defiance of Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf’s three-week ban on indoor dining and gatherings, The Times Tribune reported.

Browns Gym re-opened on Monday in defiance of Gov. Wolf’s latest partial three week lockdown, The Times Tribune reported. As part of the partial lockdown, gyms and fitness centers are prohibited from remaining open, while restaurants and bars are prohibited from continuing indoor dining. The governor’s lockdown is in effect from Dec. 12 until Jan 4.

Jim Brown, the owner and founder of Browns Gym explained in an interview with the Daily Caller that, “Both times we were told to shutdown, we did what we were told to do.”

“They still shut us down again the second time, even though we followed everything,” Brown added.

“By Monday afternoon we realized that there’s no help coming, and we’re on our own and we’re closed,” Brown explained. “The landlord expects full payment on Jan. 1, and there’s rent increases in it.”

Mostly Peaceful Protesters Loot Walmart Attack Police

Just in Time For The Election

(Fox)  Riots breakout in Philadelphia after fatal police shooting

Philadelphia police clashed with protesters hours after a Black man armed with a knife was shot and killed by two officers in the western part of the city. At least 30 cops were injured.

The Pennsylvania National Guard was deployed to Philadelphia Tuesday as the city braces for a second night of violent riots after tense confrontations between angry demonstrators and police hours after two officers shot and killed a Black man.

Several hundred guardsmen will assist local agencies in “protecting life, property and the right to peacefully assemble and protest,” Lt. Col. Keith Hickox said in a statement Tuesday. “We are able to conduct operations in support of civil authorities to enhance local law enforcement’s ability to provide continued public safety and critical infrastructure security.”

The move by Gov. Tom Wolf, a Democrat, to activate the guard is a stark difference from other Democratic governors who have been hesitant or slow to mobilize troops in response to unfolding unrest.

The Philadelphia Police Department will also beef up its presence across the city in anticipation of possible unrest over the death of Walter Wallace Jr., 27, city leaders said.

The gathering turned violent. About 30 officers were injured, including one who was “intentionally run over” by a pickup truck. Some officers were pelted with objects and 91 people were arrested.

Outlaw said eight police vehicles were damaged, including one that was set on fire.

Voting Equipment Stolen From Warehouse

(The Inquirer)  -  A laptop and several memory sticks used to program Philadelphia’s voting machines were stolen from a city warehouse in East Falls, officials confirmed Wednesday, setting off a scramble to investigate and to ensure the machines had not been compromised.

Though it remains unclear when the equipment was stolen, sources briefed on the investigation said the items vanished this week. The laptop belonged to an on-site employee for the company that supplies the machines. It and the USB drives were the only items believed to have been taken.

City officials vowed Wednesday that the theft would not disrupt voting on Nov. 3.

“We are confident,” said Nick Custodio, a deputy to Lisa Deeley, chair of the city commissioners, who oversee elections, “that this incident will not in any way compromise the integrity of the election.”

But behind the scenes, they fretted about how President Donald Trump and his allies might use the news to cast doubt on the integrity of the city’s elections in light of false claims and conspiracy theories he cited during Tuesday’s presidential debate.

The commissioners initially refused to confirm the theft or that an investigation had been opened. They only did so after The Inquirer informed them it would be reporting the incident based on sources who were not authorized to publicly discuss it.

GOP gains voters at 5 times the rate of Democrats in Pennsylvania

The Blue Collar Billionaire
  • SHOCK - Appealing to the average Joe gets you more votes than kissing Wall Street's ass.

(WND)  -  Pennsylvania lived up its moniker as "the Keystone State" in regard to Donald Trump's upset victory over Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton in the 2016 presidential election.

The magic moment for the then-New York businessman came when network anchors called Pennsylvania for Trump, putting the GOP nominee over the top in the Electoral College vote.

Going into the evening, CNN determined Clinton already had 268 of the 270 votes she needed to win the White House, while the network gave Trump only 204.

The final tally was Trump 306 to Clinton's 232.

The experts believed Pennsylvania certainly would go for the former secretary of state. After all, no Republican had carried the commonwealth since George H.W. Bush in 1988.

The Real Clear Politics average of polls showed Clinton with a lead of 2 percentage points, but when all was said and done, Trump carried Pennsylvania with 48.2 percent to Clinton's 47.5 percent.

The Philadelphia Inquirer reported that Democrats currently have an 800,000-registered-voter advantage over Republicans in Pennsylvania, which should bode well for Biden.

However, that total is down from a 936,000-voter lead Democrats enjoyed in 2016, when Trump won the state.

The reason is Republicans are registering voters at a rate five times greater than Democrats.

Since 2016, the GOP has added 165,000 net voters to its rolls in Pennsylvania, while the Democrats' ranks have grown by just 30,000.

The Inquirer did a careful county-by-county analysis and found that while Democrats have built on their strongholds in and around Philadelphia, the party has lost ground nearly everywhere else, including Allegheny County, which encompasses Pittsburgh.

Westmoreland County, adjacent to Allegheny, used to be a Democratic bastion, but it is the county in which the GOP saw the greatest gains and now leans Republican.

The leftward movement of the Democratic Party away from issues of concern for traditional blue-collar voters appears a likely cause.

All Gun Shops Ordered Closed on Monday

One by one they take your rights

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has denied an emergency request that would have blocked the governor’s order to close all gun retailers in the state in response to the coronavirus pandemic.

The court ruled on Sunday evening that the gun shops could be closed down, letting the order go into effect on Monday.

The gun shop shut down was part of an order by Democrat Governor Tom Wolf that closed all businesses that are not considered to be “life sustaining.” Gun rights groups argued before the Supreme Court that this should include weapons retailers, but they were denied.

The order shut down the stores on Monday without any timeline for when they can reopen.

The Free Beacon reports that in a dissent joined by two other justices, Justice David Wecht said the order, as written, represented an “impermissible intrusion upon a fundamental constitutional right,” pointing to other industries that have been exempted from the shutdown. He said that there should be accommodations made for constitutionally protected gun shops, the same way there were exceptions made for restaurants.

“In my view, it is incumbent upon the Governor to make some manner of allowance for our citizens to continue to exercise this constitutional right,” Wecht said, arguing gun stores could be permitted to operate on a limited basis. “Such an accommodation may be effectuated while preserving sensible restrictions designed to slow the spread of COVID-19, but nonetheless provide a legal avenue for the purchase and sale of firearms, thus avoiding an impermissible intrusion upon a fundamental constitutional right.”
The majority judges were not required to provide an explanation or argument for why they voted the way that they did.

SJW Classes taught at Catholic University

SJWs Brainwash Students for "Christ"

The oldest Catholic university in Pennsylvania is offering a number of courses next term focusing on subjects such as how Jesus would approach the Black Lives Matter movement and the racism “imbedded within American Law.”

Students enrolled in “Agitating for Justice,” for instance, will learn how to “agitate Christian theologies” by “re-reading the Jesus tradition for communal liberation.” Participants will learn how “students and people of color, grounded in faith, have mobilized successful campaigns to redistribute power and resources to those who have been denied access,” according to the course description.

At the end of the term, students will use what they’ve learned to “participate in local organizing.” The course schedule specifically mentions opportunities available through Philadelphians Organized to Witness, Empower, and Rebuild (POWER), a faith-based group that advocates for universal healthcare and “climate justice.”

Another course, titled “Do Black Lives Matter to God?" will be rebranded as “Black Theology and Black Power: An Exploration of Race, Justice and Christianity” in fall 2019. The upcoming course will be taught by theology and religious studies professor Dr. Timmy Lucky, who told Campus Reform that the course will “primarily focus on the history of racism and the racial injustices on which the USA has been founded.”

“I also highlight the role American Christianity has played to perpetuate those historical wrong-doings,” Lucky said. “Finally, I encourage the students to develop a fundamental sensitivity & understanding for the way God views racism & injustice, and the role He expects His church to play in the fight against those ills in the USA.”

According to the course syllabus, the same class will “explore the implications of ‘Racist Ideas’ imbedded within American Law and Policies” and analyze such practices along with theological practices to “drive towards a call for justice and liberation commonly articulated in the ‘Black Lives Matter’ movement.” Students will address the question “If God is benevolent, just and powerful, how can/does He permit evil persist [sic] in the lives of Black people living in the United States of America?”

Trans Boys Can Shower With Girls Says Supreme Court

What the Fuck????

  • I am so fucking sick and tired of the worthless pieces of crap who call themselves "Conservatives".
  • The "Conservatives" on the Supreme Court had a chance to bring a bit of sanity back to society and fight creeping Transgenderism - - - but as usual the "Conservatives" ran from the issues.

(WND)  -  The U.S. Supreme Court decided Tuesday not to take a case against a Pennsylvania school district that secretly implemented a program allowing boys into the girls’ shower rooms.
The fight erupted when officials in the Boyertown Area School District in Pennsylvania allowed a boy who says he’s a girl to use the rest rooms and showers for girls based on his “gender identity.”
However, the district officials refused to let other students or their parents know that their privacy rights were being violated. Students who were were exposed to members of the opposite sex protested and eventually sued.
School officials told those protesting the change to get used to it.
The Alliance Defending Freedom, which represented the students, confirmed on Tuesday the court declined to take up the case.
The decision leaves standing a lower court ruling that the “Pennsylvania school district [can disregard] its students’ bodily privacy rights.”
“The Boyertown Area School District secretly implemented the policy during the 2016-17 school year,” ADF said. “Some male students learned about it only because they were undressing in their locker room and discovered that a female student was changing clothes with them. Embarrassed and confused, the students sought help from school officials, who told them they should just ‘tolerate it’ and ‘make it as natural as possible.’ One of those male students left the school entirely as a result.”
ADF Senior Counsel John Bursch said students “struggling with their beliefs about gender need compassionate support, but sound reasons based on common sense have always existed for schools to separate male and female teenagers in showers, restrooms, and locker rooms.”
“No student’s recognized right to bodily privacy should be made contingent on what other students believe about their own gender,” he said. “Because the 3rd Circuit’s decision made a mess of bodily privacy and Title IX principles, we believe the Supreme Court should have reviewed it. But we hope the court will take up a similar case in the future to bring much needed clarity to how the lower courts should handle violations of well-established student privacy rights.”
ADF explained the litigation is the result of the Obama administration’s “unilateral and extraordinary decision in 2016 to issue a written edict to public schools which, by fiat, interpreted Title IX’s sex discrimination provisions (‘no person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity’) to require public schools to allow students to access bathrooms and locker rooms based on ‘an individual’s internal sense of gender.’
“As a result, transgenderism, also known as gender dysphoria, was read into a statute written solely to address sex, not gender identity. As a result, bathroom and locker room access in many public schools, including in the Boyertown Area School District, became based on subjective feelings, not objective facts or biology,” ADF explained.

College promotes men's cuddling group to 'redefine masculinity'

Retard Alert
Your college tuition dollars at work

A Pennsylvania university is promoting the concept of men cuddling as a way to help them deal with stress and "redefine masculinity."

Dr. Christopher Liang, a counseling psychology professor at Lehigh University’s College of Education, recently came out in support of a Philadelphia area “Men‘s Therapeutic Cuddle Group,” a function advertised by Lehigh University in a news release. The Meetup.com page for the group currently has 69 members and the group has held 46 events so far. The meetups are held once every other week.

Organizers have established quite an expansive set of guidelines for attendees. The men attending must be “hygienically sound” and  “remain fully clothed at all times.” The group’s organizers state that all cuddling is “non-sexual.” However, they do note that participants may become aroused during cuddling and that if that occurs, it should be treated as a normal thing.

Liang believes that “these types of groups can be healthy and helpful for men and women,” according to the news release.

The professor suggested that groups like the “Men’s Therapeutic Cuddle Group” can help men who didn’t learn to deal with stress in healthy ways, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported. He also hopes that such groups will help men get past a singular, binding version of masculinity, according to the article.

Dr. Liang was also recently on a board of the American Psychological Association (APA). He helped create the organization’s first set of guidelines for psychologists whose practices involve working with men and boys.

Socialist-backed Democrats win Pennsylvania primaries

(The Hill)  -  Four Democratic candidates backed by the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) won primary elections for legislative seats in Pennsylvania on Tuesday.
In the Pittsburgh area, Summer Lee and Sara Innamorato, Democrats who are both members of the DSA, won primaries for state House Districts 34 and 21.
Lee and Innamorato defeated state representatives Paul Costa and Dom Costa, both Democrats. They do not have Republican opponents in the general election.
Paul Costa congratulated Lee on her victory, telling the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette that her campaign had done a better job getting people out to vote.”
“They energized a lot of people, and they showed up at the polls,” he told the outlet.
In Philadelphia, Democrats Elizabeth Fiedler and Kristin Seale won legislative primaries for House Districts 184 and 168. Fielder does not have a GOP opponent in the general election, while Seale will take on Rep. Christopher Quinn.
It was a great night for female candidates in the Keystone state in general, as all four women unseated male state representatives. Pennsylvania has an all-male delegation to the U.S. Congress, but several women won primaries for the House on Tuesday night and will be favorites in November.
The DSA hailed the legislative victories as a huge moment for the socialist movement.
