Trump court appointees will change America

"It is emphatically the province and duty of the judicial department to say what the law is."
- - - - Federalist Chief Justice John Marshall

By Gary;

Our Federal courts with lifetime appointments are the last vestige of the Constitution written by the Federalist Party.

Everything else has been corrupted.  Only Conservative courts give us half a chance to save the Republic.

The House of Representatives is no longer the "People's House".

Districts have grown so large that no one gets elected unless they drop their pants, bend over and receive an injection of millions and millions of dollars in multi-national corporate bribe money . . . excuse me, "contributions".

The same is true of the Senate when the 17th Amendment to the Constitution passed giving the voters the power to directly elect Senators.  Our Senators no longer represent states, but act as paid for agents for different Wall Street factions.

There will be zero election reform so both chambers will be permanently corrupted, bought and paid for by the Billionaire Oligarchs who fund what passes for our "elections".

The Federal Courts

With Congress on the payroll of special interest groups that brings us to the Courts.

President Trump has a fantastic opportunity to fill the courts with huge numbers of Conservatives holding their jobs for life. (see charts below)

I am no fool.  Many so-called "Conservative" judges and politicians have eagerly embraced big government and the 1984 Police Surveillance State.  Moron Right-Wing judges have violated the 4th Amendment and issued search warrants for hundreds of millions of Americans at one time.

While I cannot figure out what the Hell a Republican stands for, I do know that Democrats are full-throated Marxists.

Even a four year term for Trump will give us Conservative judges who will stand in the way of Marxists for generations to come.  An eight year Trump would wipe out much of the Left in the court system.

Federal Judges and the President who appointed them

.
When Trump fills the 108 vacancies the party ratio will be 337 GOP to 340 Democrat.  That alone will even out politics for a generation or more while keeping insane Marxists off the courts.
.
Add in that a number of Democrat judges will die or retire. This will add even more Conservative judges to the grand total.
.
Older GOP judges can safely retire and be replaced by younger Conservatives.

INSANE Ted Cruz wants to overthrow the Supreme Court

The Great Whore Ted Cruz

  • The scumbag Cruz just spent months pushing Obamatrade that is top secret and no one was allowed to read.  Now Cruz wants to burn down the Supreme Court in a quest for personal power.

By Gary:

The Great Whore Ted Cruz is why our Founding Fathers created an independent Federal Court system in the first place.

With a massive 4% in the last Fox News poll for President, Ted Cruz is trying to pump up his failing campaign with a populist plan to overthrow the Supreme Court.

The truly independent Court was created by great men like George Washington, Alexander Hamilton, Rufus King and James Madison to be able to stand up against crass politicians who pander to the masses for votes and raw power.

But the supremely ambitious Cruz wants the voters to be able to throw Supreme Court justices out in popular elections.

INSANITY  -  Leftist Democrats have won four of the six elections for President.  Imagine the majority left-wing voters tossing out all of the pro-2nd Amendment judges in a national election!

Cruz is a mad man looking to use Supreme Court decisions he does not like as an excuse to undermine the Constitution and obtain personal power.

Our Federalist Founding Fathers knew that a strong Constitutional Republic needed a balance between the fire breathing un-thinking masses and politicians wanting to use those temporary passions to accumulate personal power.

Cruz has proven the Founders were right.  Cruz pandered by butt-kissing on Obamatrade and now he attacks the independent judiciary looking for votes.

As I wrote before, Ted Cruz is as phony as a $3 bill.

From Senator Ted Cruz:

"The time has come, therefore, to recognize that the problem lies not with the lawless rulings of individual lawless justices, but with the lawlessness of the Court itself. The decisions that have deformed our constitutional order and have debased our culture are but symptoms of the disease of liberal judicial activism that has infected our judiciary. A remedy is needed that will restore health to the sick man in our constitutional system."

"Rendering the justices directly accountable to the people would provide such a remedy. Twenty states have now adopted some form of judicial retention elections, and the experience of these states demonstrates that giving the people the regular, periodic power to pass judgment on the judgments of their judges . . . "

"Judicial retention elections have worked in states across America; they will work for America. In order to provide the people themselves with a constitutional remedy to the problem of judicial activism and the means for throwing off judicial tyrants, I am proposing an amendment to the United States Constitution that would subject the justices of the Supreme Court to periodic judicial-retention elections. Every justice, beginning with the second national election after his or her appointment, will answer to the American people and the states in a retention election every eight years."

The Federalist Papers #78
"The interpretation of the laws is the proper and peculiar province of the courts. A constitution is, in fact, and must be regarded by the judges, as a fundamental law. It therefore belongs to them to ascertain its meaning, as well as the meaning of any particular act proceeding from the legislative body."

Obama's pandering to illegal aliens slapped down by what is left of the Federalist Party

Simply, Politicians are Whores

  • Our Federalist Founding Fathers knew full well the corruption in men's hearts.  Today both Democrat and Republican hacks eagerly drop their pants and bend over for open borders interest groups.
  • The Federal Courts are the last bastion of the Constitution still operating as our Founders intended.  With lifetime appointments the judges are as far above politics as possible.  While Congress panders to illegal aliens, here we see a single Federal Judge with the power to block the unconstitutional acts of a President.  The immigration battle is far from over and other judges will rule.  Hopefully the Supreme Court will stop the insanity.

A federal judge’s decision blocking President Obama’s executive action to shield up to 5 million immigrants from deportation undercuts a White House push to play down concerns about the legitimacy of the directive.

Regardless of whether the temporary injunction late Monday by U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen stands — the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit in New Orleans will soon decide how to proceed — it did lasting damage to a sales pitch already met with suspicion from illegal immigrants who would qualify for new protections.

The administration has been scrambling in recent weeks to convince those living in the U.S. illegally to come “out of the shadows.” The White House had planned on launching sign-ups Wednesday for the expansion of Obama’s program granting deportation deferrals to illegal immigrants who moved to America as children.

Instead, the White House and its defenders were forced to recalibrate their message as Hanen effectively put the brakes on the implementation of the most sweeping overhaul to the immigration system in decades.

The Supreme Court works just as our Federalist Founders planned

The Supreme Court
  • Our Federalist Founders would be proud.  The Supreme Court is the only part of the Federal government still operating the way they wrote the Constitution.
  • With lifetime appointments nine Americans have been removed from everyday politics as far as humanly possible.  They are tasked with protecting the freedoms of the people against a government that is always looking to limit those freedoms.

No human institution is perfect, but our Federalist Founders struck gold when they designed our court system of lifetime appointed judges.

Alternately you hear screams of anger directed at the Court from both the Left and the Right depending on the issue of the moment.  But someone has to wade through thousand pages Congressional bills filled with legalistic BS and decipher its meaning and Constitutionality.

Protecting Our Freedom

Depending on the issue involved both the Democrats and the Republican are eager to limit the Constitutional freedoms of the American people.

4th Amendment
Police State Democrats and Republicans around the country want to get into your cell phone and download your data without a search warrant from a judge.  But our lifetime appointed judges from both parties unanimously ruled that a search warrant is needed.  (Politico)

1st Amendment
In a unanimous decision the Court concluded that a 35-foot zone around clinics that provide abortion services prevent protesters from any free speech rights.  "The buffer zones burden substantially more speech than necessary," Chief Justice John Roberts wrote for the court.  (San Jose Mercury News)

Limiting the President's Power
The Supreme Court delivered a blow Thursday to President Obama, ruling that he went too far in making recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board.  In a unanimous decision, the high court sided with Senate Republicans and limited the president's power to fill high-level vacancies with temporary appointments. It was the first-ever Supreme Court test involving the long-standing practice of presidents naming appointees when the Senate is on break.  (Fox News)

Property Rights
The Supreme Court protected property rights when it ruled that the Internet streaming service Aereo acted illegally.  The Court handed traditional broadcasters a resounding victory against an upstart that threatened to upend their business model.  In a 6-3 decision, the high court ruled that Aereo is infringing broadcasters’ copyright when it picks up over-the-air TV signals and streams them over the Internet to its subscribers.  (Politico)

A rousing thank you to our Founders for setting up our Federal Courts as a check against the endless attacks on our freedoms.
