2012 - Yet another One Trillion Dollar Deficit
“President Obama has given us four years of trillion-dollar-plus deficits." - - - Congressman Paul Ryan
- Naturally Ryan managed to "forget" that not one single cent can be spent without the approval of the GOP House of Representatives.
- Both parties are addicted to massive spending.
- If the Republicans win, will the GOP be able to cut any spending program?
The Congressional Budget Office made it official and projected a $1 trillion-plus budget deficit for the fourth straight year. The CBO said this year's red ink will total $1.1 trillion for fiscal year 2012, which ends Sept. 30.
Republicans quickly jumped on the new deficit projection, blaming Comrade President Obama while promoting GOP candidate Mitt Romney.
"With four years of trillion dollar deficits and an economy threatened by the president's failed policies, Americans deserve real leadership that will create jobs, responsibly reduce our massive debt and return economic growth and prosperity," said House Majority Leader Eric Cantor, R-Va.
I love the lies politicians of both parties tell. Since 2011 the insane spending and debt has been approved by the Republican House.
On the other hand, Democrats belong in padded cells. They never met an interest group they did not want to buy off with other people's tax money.
Congress Is Addicted To Spending
Congress is addicted to money, plain and simple.
“We ought to stop spending money we don’t have,” VP candidate Paul Ryan told a crowd at the Iowa State Fair. “President Obama has given us four years of trillion-dollar-plus deficits. He’s making matters worse, and he’s spending our children into a diminished future.”
Comrade Obama says the Republicans are blocking efforts to reduce the deficit by opposing his plans for higher taxes on the nation's job creators; the president also says Romney's plans for more tax cuts will increase budget deficits and the federal debt.
