Eric Holder cuts a deal with the corrupt scumbags at Citibank

"Corruptus in Extremis"
The little guy gets screwed by government and Wall Street

By Gary;

The magician's trick works every time.

Draw the attention of the audience away from where they were looking and by the time they look back the "magic" trick has been preformed.

Today, with everyone's attention drawn to the Mexican border, Eric Holder announces that Citibank has "agreed" to pay $7 billion to settle a U.S. investigation into shoddy mortgage-backed securities that totally imploded the American economy.

Translation  -  No one goes to jail in the most massive loan fraud scheme in the history of the world.

For good measure, if you were able to follow the money trail you would no doubt see that the $7 billion fine was covered by the Federal Reserve or the White House.

"The penalty is appropriate, given the strength of the evidence of the wrongdoing committed by Citi," said Holder.

Pure Bullshit.  Aside from deliberately  making bad loans, these bastards chopped up the crooked home loans into ultra-tiny slices and sold them off to unsuspecting investors.  This is fraud of the highest order, and no one is punished because the Elites do not want them to be punished.

Both parties, the Federal Reserve and Congress pumped up the real estate bubble to an insane size and the banks were partners ever step of the way.

Since everyone was in on the scam together no one at any regulatory agencies or banks is charged with a crime.  Phony "fines" are charged to the banks, the political class moves on with their corrupt careers.

Meanwhile the Average Joe sees his job abolished and his home go into foreclosure in a Depression and economic meltdown.

The Socialists are right to a great extent.  The super rich and the well connected political class line their pockets with cash while the rest of us get screwed over.

Going back in history the question has always been,
"Quis custodiet ipsos custodies?"
or "Who watches the watchmen?"
.
In our case no one is watching anyone and
everyone in lining their pockets with cash.
