Traitors to the American People
- Thank God for The Donald. I don't believe one damn word the traitors McConnell and Ryan say on ANY subject.
- The corrupt GOP worked with the Democrats to keep the Obamatrade deal top secret and far away from the American public during the entire election.
- The GOP also treated the Obamatrade Treaty as a simple bill and not a treaty. A bill passes by majority vote while the Constitution requires a 2/3s vote for a treaty.
(Fox News) - Making good on a campaign promise, President Trump on Monday signed an executive order withdrawing the United States from the controversial Trans-Pacific Partnership trade deal.
He also signed two other orders -- one placing a hiring freeze on some federal workers and the other reinstating a ban on funding for international groups that perform abortions.
The corrupt GOP has been in bed with Obama from day one. |
The TPP, a giant and semi-secret 12-member free-trade agreement advocated by the Obama administration, aimed to deepen economic ties between the U.S. and 11 other Pacific Rim nations, cut taxes and foster trade to boost economic growth in the process.
"We’ve been talking about this for a long time," Trump said, as he signed the document. He called the order to pull out of TPP a “great thing for the American worker.”
Trump argued on the campaign trail that the TPP is harmful to U.S. workers and robs the manufacturing sector.
"We're going to have trades but we're going to have one on one...if somebody misbehaves we will send a letter and they'll have 30 days to work it out," Trump said.

TPP in a nutshell
The pact aimed to deepen economic ties between these nations, slashing tariffs and fostering trade to boost growth. Members had also hoped to foster a closer relationship on economic policies and regulation.
The agreement was designed so that it could eventually create a new single market, something like that of the EU.
The countries participating in the trade partnership include the United States, Canada, Chile, Peru, Mexico, New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Brunei and Vietnam. Their aim is to counter the power of China, as well as the barriers on product prices in 18,000 categories ranging from cheese to cancer treatment. The TPP also sets minimum standards on worker’s rights and environmental protection.
A summary and the full text of the TPP agreement - which runs to 30 chapters - can be read here.

wrong move ... better to keep it and changed the rules that us don`like
now maybe goes the some blake and mortimer comic book
the way is to improve for all the minimal standars on workers rights and environment protection ... then things will go as human as we must enforce to
now as we see the future the imperial ... no rights , lots of smoke ... fake mumbo Jumbo globalization ... , will impose the one rule party
The TPP would have set up a EU style unelected Oligarch Elite makeing laws for the peasants. It stunk from the start.
maybe not Gary ... thats not a political organization the TPP , only a common market on trade , with some social goals on rights and environment ...
a reset and new paly on it, i think would better keep US and the other countries on the right track ...
now those bilateral deals must be enforced , mano a mano , and they are many ones to deliver
